RESTful Architecture of Wireless Sensor Network for Building Management System
( Ngoc-thanh Dinh ),( Younghan Kim ) 한국인터넷정보학회 2012 KSII Transactions on Internet and Information Syst Vol.6 No.1
The concept of an “intelligent building” received significant attention from academic, industry and standard development organizations when technically termed a building management system (BMS). Wireless sensor networks (WSNs) and their recent development enhanced monitoring and control applications for the building`s areas. This paper surveys and analyzes advantages of the main current and emerging approaches that may be fit for BMS. Specifically, we discuss challenges including interoperability, integration, overhead, and bandwidth limitation of WSNs in BMS. Based on analyses, we highlight the advantages of an IP-based and RESTful architecture approach as the most suitable solution for BMS using WSNs (BMS-WSN). The paper also describes our future direction and design for BMS-WSN based on these advantages. The purpose is to enable interaction of users with BMS-WSN in the same way as with any website while ensuring energy efficiency. A test-bed implementation and evaluation of a BMS application is also introduced in this paper to demonstrate the feasibility and benefits of IP-based and RESTful architecture for BMS.

In Vietnam, young people are gradually becoming the most accessible objects to social networks. With the development of technology, they usually use online social networks (ONS) as a tool to update information through multimedia content, which may contain other people s information. In different cases, other people s information will be shared and received for different purposes. Therefore, the risk is inevitable and may affect the privacy of individuals whose information is shared, causing turbulence in the community. This study aims to measure impact and find out the factors that influence the willingness of others to share information on social networks in Ho Chi Minh City by examining young people s perceptions that their activities on Facebook may be risky for other people s information. Besides that, the study proposes solutions to avoid possible risks when sharing information with others.
Factors of Being a Good Leader: A Case of University of Finance-Marketing in Vietnam
Dinh Thi Thanh Hien,Dang Thuy Ngoc Quynh,Chu Nhat Vinh Hung 한국유통과학회 2017 KODISA ICBE (International Conference on Business Vol.2017 No.-
This research attempted to determine the important factors influencing on effective leadership. To understand the vital role of leadership in business for improving performance and productivity in business, the aim of this article was to investigate some critical factors to become a good leader in terms of students. This research applied quantitative approach to validate the hypothesis. I gather information from 200 students range from 18-22 years old by questionnaire in the University of Finance - Marketing on Pho Quang Street, Tan Binh District. It was concluded the factors that strongly affected on the successes of a good leader. Not only factors that we can see obviously, besides that, through some main factors directly affected on the features of a good leader like trust, motivation, learning and learning, organizational culture, teamwork and communicational skills. The limitation of this research relates to the small size of sampling, inadequate literature review and lack of considering environmental impact on individuals. The future research will attempt to gather more literature review and enlarge the sample size, while trying to analyze based on practical evidence.
The Role of Fintech Development in Financial Inclusion in Asia
Dinh Thi Thanh Van,Hoang Thi Ngoc Anh,Tran Thi Phuong Diu 국제금융소비자학회 2021 The International Review of Financial Consumers(IR Vol.6 No.1
Over the past years, financial technology (Fintech) has been known as an industry that uses technology to provide financial services and make financial systems more efficient. Fintech plays an important role in improving access to financial services for all, at the same time, promoting financial inclusion. Financial inclusion represent for availability of financial system which is straightforward to access to useful financial products and services by everyone at reasonable prices. The study examined the relationship between Fintech development and financial inclusion in 45 Asian countries. Using the GMM regression technique, the paper confirms the correlation between Fintech development and financial inclusion through the enhancement of Fintech infrastructure and Fintech ecosystems to facilitate improved financial inclusion.
Mathematical Modeling of a Variable Displacement Vane Pump for Engine Lubrication
Bui Ngoc Minh Truong,Dinh Quang Truong,Nguyen Thanh Trung,Ahn Kyoung Kwan 제어로봇시스템학회 2015 제어로봇시스템학회 국제학술대회 논문집 Vol.2015 No.10
This paper developed a complete and accurate mathematical model for a typical variable displacement vane-type oil pump to investigate the working performance of the pump. Firstly, the detailed theoretical model was built based on pump’s geometric design and dynamic analyses. Next, numerical simulations with the constructed model and experiments on the real pump system were carried out to analyze the main power loss factors in order to develop the complete model with high accuracy. The estimated pump performance using the complete pump model was finally verified by numerical simulations in comparison with the practical tests.
