Metal Oxide/Polymer Hybrid Nanofiber as Flexible Moisture Absorbent

In order to realize flexible organic light emitting diode (OLED), it is critically important to protect moisture and oxygen penetration into the flexible device through the polymer substrates because of intrinsically poor stability of organic materials of OLED to moisture. Since complete protection of the moisture penetration is almost impossible, moisture absorbents are used inside OLED. In this study, metal oxide/polymer hybrid nanofiber with mechanical flexibility and efficient moisture absorption capability was fabricated by electrospinning. Hydrophilic poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) (PVP) or hydrophobic poly(vinylidenefluoride) (PVDF) and calcium oxide (CaO) were used as the fiber forming polymers and as the moisture absorbing particle, respectively. Polymers were first dissolved in appropriate solvents and CaO was then dispersed in the prepared polymer solutions. The hybrid solution was then electrospun, producing the hybrid nanofiber web looking like paper with thickness of about $100{\mu}m$. It was observed that all CaO particles were uniformly held by the nanofiber. It was also observed that only a small portion of the surface of CaO particles was covered by fiber since the fiber diameter was much smaller than the CaO particle size. This implied effective moisture absorption through the free surface of CaO. The hybrid nanofiber absorbed moisture very efficiently upto about 70 % of the nanofiber mass. Once moisture was absorbed by the nanofiber, it was never released even at $150^{\circ}C$ in vacuum for 2 hours. It is, therefore, expected that the nanofiber may be applied as the flexible thin moisture absorbent to improve stability of the flexible OLED.

Platinum (Pt) nanoparticles were prepared by the liquid-phase reduction of tetraammineplatinum (II) chloride $([Pt(NH_3)_4]Cl_2)$ using Nafion as a stabilizer under various conditions of the Nation phase. This method is novel in its use of electrostatic interactions between the Pt complex ions and sulfonic groups in the hydrated Nation molecules. The synthesized Pt nanoparticles of the recast film system had a cubic shape. In the case of the Nation solution system, the Pt nanoparticles mainly had a spherical shape. The shapes and sizes of the Pt nanoparticles were strongly influenced by the Nation phase.
교사의 셀프 리더십과 조직 건강 및 교사 효능감 간의 관계

본 연구는 교사의 셀프 리더십, 조직 건강 및 교사 효능감 간의 관계를 알아보는데 목적을 두었으며 서울특별시, 인천광역시 소재 초등 교사 211명을 대상으로 하였다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 교사의 셀프 리더십과 조직 건강 및 교사 효능감 간의 상관관계를 알아보기 위하여 Pearson의 상관계수를 구했으며, 교사의 셀프 리더십이 조직 건강과 교사 효능감에 미치는 영향을 살펴보기 위하여 중다회귀분석을 실시하였으며, 변인 간의 가설적 경로모형의 적합도와 인과 관계는 구조방정식 분석 방법을 통해 살펴보았고, SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 자료를 분석하였다. 연구 결과 첫째, 교사의 셀프 리더십과 조직 건강 및 교사 효능감 간에는 통계적으로 유의미한 높은 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 중다회귀분석의 결과로 교사의 셀프 리더십은 조직 건강(R²=.266) 및 교사 효능감(R²=.412)에 모두 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 가설적 경로모형의 적합도는 적합한 편이었으며, 교사의 셀프 리더십은 교사 효능감에 직접적인 영향을 미치며, 조직 건강을 통한 간접적인 영향도 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This study is to examine the relationship among Teacher s Self-Leadership, Organizational Health and Teacher’s Efficacy. This study is based on the survey 211 elementary school teachers, who have been working in Seoul and Incheon. Accordingly, this study sought Pearson s correlation to identify the correlation between Teacher’s Self-Leadership and Organizational Health and Teacher’s Efficacy. In order to examine the effects of Teacher’s Self-Leadership on Organizational Health and Teacher’s Efficacy multiple regression analysis was conducted. The suitability and causal relationship of the hypothetical path model between the variables were examined through the structural equation analysis method. All the analyses were processed by SPSS 21.0 and AMOS 21.0. The result of this study were as in the following. First, there were significant correlations among the three variables. Second, the multiple regression analysis, resulted that Teacher’s Self-Leadership provides effects on both Organizational Health and Teacher’s Efficacy. Third, fit of the research model used in this study was confirmed as good. Fourth, Teacher’s Self-Leadership affected directly Teacher’s Efficacy and indirectly Teacher’s Efficacy through Organizational Health.
