健康是儿童发展的保障,幼儿体育是实现儿童健康的重要途经。随着“健康中国”战略将幼儿作为健康关注的重点人群之一,幼儿体育迎来的新的发展机遇。但由于轻视幼儿体育活动、体育发展目标与评价单一以及教师的过渡主导与幼儿的主体性不足,当前我国幼儿体育存在系统性不足、低质、低效等问题。优化幼儿体育教学应寓学于身,重新审视幼儿体育教学的外延价值;完善的幼儿体育发展目标,构建促进幼儿全面发展的测评体系;联手学前专业与体育教育专业,共建幼儿体育专业人才联合培养机制。 Health is the guarantee of children s development, and infant sports is an important way to realize children s health. As the healthy China strategy takes children as one of the key groups of health concern, children s sports usher in a new development opportunity. However, due to the neglect of children s sports activities, the single goal and evaluation of sports development and the lack of teachers transition leading and children s subjectivity, there are systematic deficiencies, low quality, low efficiency and other problems in China s children s sports. To optimize children s physical education teaching, we should combine learning in the body and re-examine the extension value of children s physical education teaching. Perfect the goal of children s sports development, and build an evaluation system to promote children s all-round development; Cooperate with preschool major and physical education major to build a joint training mechanism for sports professionals in early childhood.
Competitive Resource Sharing Based on Game Theory in Cooperative Relay Networks

This letter considers the problem of resource sharing among a relay and multiple user nodes in cooperative transmission networks. We formulate this problem as a sellers’ market competition and use a noncooperative game to jointly consider the benefits of the relay and the users. We also develop a distributed algorithm to search the Nash equilibrium, the solution of the game. The convergence of the proposed algorithm is analyzed. Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed game can stimulate cooperative diversity among the selfish user nodes and coordinate resource allocation among the user nodes effectively.
Fundamental period estimation of steel frames equipped with steel panel walls

Steel frames equipped with beam-only-connected steel panel wall (SPWF) system is one type of lateral resisting systems. The fundamental period is necessary to calculate the lateral force for seismic design, however, almost no investigations have been reported for the period estimation of SPWF structures, both in theoretically and in codes. This paper proposes a simple theoretical method to predict the fundamental periods of the SPWF structures based on the basic theory of engineering mechanics. The proposed method estimates the SPWF structures as a shear system of steel frames and a shear-flexure system of SPWs separately, and calculates the fundamental periods of the SPWF structures according to the integration of lateral stiffness of the steel frames and the SPWs along the height. Finite element method (FEM) is used to analyze the periods of 45 case steel frames or SPWF buildings with different configurations, and the FEM is validated by the test results of four specimens. The errors cannot be ignored between FEM and theoretical results due to the simplifications. Thus the finial formula is proposed by correcting the theoretical equations. The relative errors between the periods predicted from the final proposed formula and the results of FEM are no more than 4.6%. The proposed formula could be reliably used for fundamental period estimation of new, existing and damaged SPWF buildings.

Freshwater gobies Rhinogobius cliffordpopei and R. giurinus are invasive species with particular concern because they have become dominant and were fierce competitors in the invaded areas in Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau (southwest of China). Information about genetic characteristics of R. giurinus have been published, but there were still no relevant reports about R. cliffordpopei. In present study, the complete mitochondrial genome of R. cliffordpopei was determined, which was 16,511 bp in length with A + T content of 51.1%, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNAs, 2 ribosomal RNAs, and a control region. The gene composition and the structural arrangement of the R. cliffordpopei complete mtDNA were identical to most of other teleosts. Phylogenetic analyses placed R. cliffordpopei in a well-supported monophyletic cluster with other Rhinogobius fish. But the phylogenetic relationship between genus Rhinogobius and Tridentiger remained to be resolved.

Polygonatum odoratum (Mill.) Druce (P. odoratum) is a traditional Chinese herb. The isofavonoids of P. odoratum are important medicinal bioactive compounds for the treatment of hypoimmunity, rheumatic heart disease, cardiovascular diseases, and diabetes. This study used RNA sequencing to identify potential genes regulating isofavonoid biosynthesis in P. odoratum. To do this, we generated an overview of metabolic and secondary metabolic pathways, using MAPMAN, and identifed 96 genes encoding seven key enzymes involved in isofavonoid biosynthesis through their KEGG annotation. Alignment of phenylalanine ammonia-lyase or chalcone synthase amino acid sequences revealed well-conserved sequences, spatial structures, and active sites. We also verifed the expression of key genes encoding phenylalanine ammonia-lyase and chalcone synthase by quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR). This analysis of the isofavonoid biosynthesis pathway and its crucial enzymes in P. odoratum lays the foundation for uncovering the regulatory mechanism of isofavonoid biosynthesis.

<P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>Considering inherent large structural deterioration of conversion-type anode materials during repeated sodiation/desodiation process, the ingenious integration of both nanostructure engineering and chemical hybridization is highly desirable and challenging. Here, ultrafine CoS nanoparticles embedded in porous carbon nanorods (denoted as 7-CoS/C) were facilely fabricated via simultaneous in-situ carbonization and sulfidation of Co-metal organic frameworks (Co-MOF) and have been applied as anode materials for sodium-ion batteries (SIBs). Benefiting from the advantageous embedding architecture between the nanoparticles and porous nanorods, the 7-CoS/C delivers long-term cycling stability (542mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> after 2000 cycles with a capacity retention of 91.4% at 1Ag<SUP>−1</SUP>) and excellent rate performance (discharge capacities of 510mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> at 5Ag<SUP>−1</SUP> and 356mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> even at 40Ag<SUP>−1</SUP>), which is proved to be characterized of partial pseudocapacitive behaviors during the sodiation/desodiation process. In addition, Na<SUB>3</SUB>V<SUB>2</SUB>(PO<SUB>4</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB>/7-CoS/C full cell with excessive amount of Na<SUB>3</SUB>V<SUB>2</SUB>(PO<SUB>4</SUB>)<SUB>3</SUB> has been assembled and exhibits a capacity of 352mAhg<SUP>−1</SUP> at 0.5Ag<SUP>−1</SUP>. A novel flame-retardant plasticizer based on castor oil (FRC) was synthesized, and its potential application for polyvinyl chloride (PVC) was evaluated through the study of torque during melt processing, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), limiting oxygen index instrument, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and mechanical tests. The results suggested that the FRC has a plasticizing effect in blends with PVC. The addition of FRC resulted in reduction of processing torque, good compatibility, improvement in thermal stability and efficient flame retardant. Torque reduction was observed (33.6%), indicating the reduction of viscosity and the improvement of process. The increase (31.9%) of LOI value indicated that incorporation of FRC system had obviously improved the flame retardant property of PVC blends. The excellent flame retardant properties were obtained by forming an isolation layer on the surface of PVC blends in the process of FRC burning. FRC could improve the thermal ability of PVC blends by enhancing the decomposition temperature of PVC. The performance in all properties of PVC products could be obtained by controlling the formula blends. Therefore, castor oil-based flame retardant plasticizers would appear suitable for a wide range of application.
