      • 개인의 사회적 자기효능감과 팀원 간 관계 갈등 인식 및 팀 갈등관리 전략의 효과에 관한 연구

        박지혜 ( Park¸ Jihye ) 한국협상학회 2020 협상연구 Vol.23 No.1

This research investigates the relationship between the individual’s social self-efficacy and the perception of relationship conflict (e.g., frequency, intensity) in the individual level. Moreover, the team’s conflict management strategy is considered as a group-level moderator of the social self-efficacy and relationship conflict perception link. Using HLM (hierarchical linear model) analysis with 72 participants in 17 teams, there are interaction effects of dominating strategy and avoiding strategy on the relationship between social self-efficacy and relationship conflict perception although the main effects are not statistically significant. As expected, when the level of conflict management strategy (e.g., dominating or avoiding) is high, the relationship conflict perception level is not different in accordance with the level of individual’s social self-efficacy. However, when the level of conflict management strategy (e.g., dominating or avoiding) is low, the relationship between the social self-efficacy and the relationship conflict perception amplifies. Theoretical and practical implications, limitations, and future research are discussed.

Photo-induced hybrid nanopatterning of titanium dioxide <i>via</i> direct imprint lithography

        Park, Hyeong-Ho,Choi, Dae-Geun,Zhang, Xin,Jeon, Sohee,Park, Seong-Je,Lee, Soon-Won,Kim, Sarah,Kim, Ki-don,Choi, Jun-Hyuk,Lee, Jihye,Yun, Dae Keun,Lee, Ki Joong,Park, Hyung-Ho,Hill, Ross Henry,Jeong, J Royal Society of Chemistry 2010 Journal of materials chemistry Vol.20 No.10

<P>A novel ultraviolet (UV)-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive titanium(<SMALL>IV</SMALL>) di-n-butoxide bis(2-ethylhexanoate) is presented for the fabrication of well-ordered titanium dioxide (TiO2) nanostructures at room temperature. The main novelty of this technique is the use of the photosensitive titanium organic compound, rather than a commonly used UV-curable resin, for direct UV-assisted nanoimprint lithography. Fourier transform infrared and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy studies suggest that exposure to UV light resulted in the gradual removal of organic groups from films prepared from titanium(<SMALL>IV</SMALL>) di-n-butoxide bis(2-ethylhexanoate) photochemically and successively converted the films to TiO2 at room temperature. This approach allows direct fabrication of TiO2 nanopatterns with lines down to 35 nm in width, hole arrays of 265 nm in diameter, and three-dimensional TiO2 hybrid micro/nano-patterns without observable defects for use in applications where ordered surface nanostructures are required, such as photovoltaics, photonics, and optical waveguides.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>A novel UV-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive Ti(<SMALL>IV</SMALL>) di-n-butoxide bis(2-ethylhexanoate) is presented for the fabrication of well-ordered TiO2 and 3-D TiO2 hybrid micro/nano-patterns at room temperature. <IMG SRC='http://pubs.rsc.org/services/images/RSCpubs.ePlatform.Service.FreeContent.ImageService.svc/ImageService/image/GA?id=b921343k'> </P>

Effects of alloying elements of Fe80P13C7 alloys on thermal and soft magnetic properties

Park Jihye,Kim Sumin,Choi-Yim Haein 한국물리학회 2023 THE JOURNAL OF THE KOREAN PHYSICAL SOCIETY Vol.82 No.5

The efects of adding alloying elements to melt-spun Fe80P13C7-based ribbons on their amorphous nature, thermal ability, and soft magnetic properties were examined. We inferred that substituting Si, Ge, Sn, and Sb for P in these alloys could enhance their thermal stability, while excessive substitution would degrade their amorphous-forming ability (AFA). Additionally, the ribbon-shaped amorphous Fe80P13-xC7Mx (M=Si, Si0.5Ge0.5, Ge, Sn, or Sb and x=0–6 at. %) alloys exhibited noticeable soft magnetic properties, featured by a high saturation magnetization (Ms). Particularly, the content of additional element Ge increased the Curie temperature (Tc), resulting in a higher Ms of up to 1.57 T.

Plastid genome of Aster altaicus var. uchiyamae Kitam., an endanger species of Korean asterids

Park, Jihye,Shim, Jaekyung,Won, Hyosig,Lee, Jungho The National Institute of Biological Resources 2017 Journal of species research Vol.6 No.1

Aster altaicus var. uchiyamae Kitam. is an endemic taxon of Korea and is protected by law as an endanger taxon. The genetic information of A. altaicus var. uchiyamae is unavailable in Genbank. Here we sequenced chloroplast genome of A. altaicus var. uchiyamae. The cp-genome of Aster altaicus var. uchiyamae was 152,446 bps in size: LSC was 84,240 bps, IR 25,005 bps, SSC 18,196 bps. The cp-genome contains 112 genes and 21 introns consisted of 79 protein coding genes(PCGs), 4 RNA genes, and 29 tRNA genes, with 20 group II introns and one group I intron. There were three pseudo-genes including ${\psi}$-ycf1, ${\psi}$-rps19, and ${\psi}$-trnT_GGU. Eighteen genes, five introns, and parts of two genes and an intron are found within the IR, which has two copies. The cp-DNA of Aster altaicus var. uchiyamae is distinguished from A. spathulifolius, only known cp-genome of the genus Aster, by 172 SNP in genic regions of 43 PCGs and 21 indels in 11 PCGs and SSU. The chloroplast genome sequence was deposited at GenBank (KX35265).

      • Low Temperature Thermochromic Polydiacetylenes: Design, Colorimetric Properties, and Nanofiber Formation

        Park, In Sung,Park, Hye Jin,Jeong, Woomin,Nam, Jihye,Kang, Youngjong,Shin, Kayeong,Chung, Hoeil,Kim, Jong-Man American Chemical Society 2016 Macromolecules Vol.49 No.4

<P>Owing to their stimulus responsive color changing properties, polydiacetylenes (PDAs) have been extensively investigated as colorimetric sensors. Thermochromic properties of PDAs have been the central focus of a number of investigations that were aimed not only at gaining a fundamental understanding of the physical basis of the color change but also at developing practical applications as temperature sensors. The thermochromic transition temperature of a PDA polymer is closely related to the melting point of the corresponding diacetylene (DA) monomer. In addition, the majority of PDAs described to date undergo a blue-to-red color change above room temperature because PDAs are generally derived from DA monomers that have melting points above room temperature. In the current study, we developed a series of low temperature colorimetric PDAs that were designed based on the reasoning that removal of the sources for strong headgroup interactions would lower the melting points of the corresponding DA monomers. This strategy was used to design and fabrication of PDA sensors that display color transitions in the range of 5-30 degrees C. Moreover, the thermochromic transition temperatures of the PDAs were found to decrease by ca. 10 degrees C when the alkyl chain length in the DA monomer is truncated by two methylene units. The results of FTIR and Raman spectroscopic analyses suggest that the PDA alkyl chain adopts an all-trans conformation in the blue-phase and some gauche forms exist in the alkyl chain in the red-phase FDA. Finally, the new PDAs are stable up to 300 degrees C, and their processable nature enables them to be fabricated in nanofiber forms by employing an anodized aluminum oxide (AAO) membrane as a template.</P>

Hydrogen Permeation of SiC-CeO2 Composite Membrane by Dip-coating Process

Park, Jihye,Jung, Miewon The Korean Ceramic Society 2013 한국세라믹학회지 Vol.50 No.6

A SiC-$CeO_2$ composite membrane was successfully fabricated using an ally-hydridopolycarbosilane (AHPCS) binder and treated by dip-coating at 60 times with a $CeO_2$ sol solution. The dip-coated SiC membrane was calcined at 773 K and then sintered at 1173 K under an air atmosphere. The coated membrane was characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) and a BET surface analysis. The difference in permeation performance between $H_2$ and CO gases was measured by varying the temperature. The permeation flux of $H_2$ on the SiC membrane with layered $CeO_2$ was obtained as $8.45{\times}10^{-6}\;mol/m^2sPa$ at room temperature. The CO permeation flux was $2.64{\times}10^{-6}\;mol/m^2sPa$ at room temperature. The reaction enthalpy (${\Delta}H^{\circ}$) for the hydrogen permeation process was calculated as -7.82 J/mol by Arrhenius plots.

Preparation and Permeation of La2Ce2O7 Membrane

Park, Jihye,Jung, Miewon The Korean Ceramic Society 2015 한국세라믹학회지 Vol.52 No.4

$La_2Ce_2O_7$ and $CeO_2$ membranes were fabricated from the corresponding powders derived from sol-gel process with polyvinyl alcohol binder. These powders and membranes were characterized by XRD, BET, and FE-SEM analysis. Hydrogen and CO gas permeation experiments were performed using Sievert's type equipment. Both fluxes on these membranes were found to decrease with increase of the temperature. This phenomenon was followed by the surface and Knudsen diffusion mechanism. The hydrogen permeability of the $La_2Ce_2O_7$ membrane was found to be $7.27{\times}10^{-5}mol/m^2sPa$, with perm-selectivity of 7.24 at 303 K.

      • Facile nanopatterning of zirconium dioxide films <i>via</i> direct ultraviolet-assisted nanoimprint lithography

        Park, Hyeong-Ho,Zhang, Xin,Lee, Soon-Won,Kim, Ki-don,Choi, Dae-Geun,Choi, Jun-Hyuk,Lee, Jihye,Lee, Eung-Sug,Park, Hyung-Ho,Hill, Ross H.,Jeong, Jun-Ho Royal Society of Chemistry 2011 Journal of materials chemistry Vol.21 No.3

<P>A novel ultraviolet (UV)-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive zirconyl 2-ethylhexanoate is presented for the fabrication of both amorphous and crystalline zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) nanostructures. Upon annealing at 400 °C for 1 h, the lateral shrinkage and thickness shrinkage of ZrO2 nanostructures were 69.8 and 66.7%, respectively, indicating an isotropic volume loss. During UV irradiation and annealing treatment, the refractive index of UV-irradiated ZrO2 film is gradually increased by improvement in the packing density and crystallinity of the film. With increasing UV exposure time and annealing temperature, the optical band gap (<I>E</I>g) of the UV-irradiated ZrO2 film is red-shifted from 5.745 to 5.265 eV, due to the removal of organic groups and the resultant densification of the film during the photochemical reaction and the heat-induced increase in the crystallinity of the film. These results suggest that the refractive index and optical <I>E</I>g of ZrO2 nanostructures could be controlled by tuning the conditions of UV exposure time and annealing treatment. Nanopatterns of ZrO2, fabricated by direct UV-assisted nanoimprint lithography, are potential candidates for protective coatings for optical mirrors and filters, <I>e.g.</I> high-reflectivity mirrors and broadband interference filters, as well as active electro-optical devices where ordered surface nanostructures are necessary.</P> <P>Graphic Abstract</P><P>A novel ultraviolet (UV)-assisted imprinting procedure that employs photosensitive zirconyl 2-ethylhexanoate is presented for the fabrication of both amorphous and crystalline ZrO2 nanostructures.
