Individual characteristics (personality, positive emotion, negative emotion, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation) are set as independent variables affecting the creativity of R&D researchers. This is to conduct an integrated analysis considering all individual characteristics of the researcher rather than just a single variable that affects the creativity of the researchers. Also, in relation to individual characteristics and creativity, we analyzed the moderating effect of social support within the organization from various angles, such as peers, bosses, and organizational support. The study results are as follows. First, hypotheses 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 establish that personality, positive emotion, negative emotion, intrinsic motivation, and extrinsic motivation have a great positive influence on the creativity of R&D researchers. Second, some of hypotheses of 6, 7, 8 establish that support from colleagues has a moderating effect on the relationship between individual characteristics(especially positive emotion and extrinsic motivation, and creativity. Third, hypothesis 9 establish that creativity has a positive (+) effect on creative behavior of R&D researchers. Fourth, as co-workers support has a moderating effect, companies should set appropriate measures to utilize such efforts.
간호 대학생을 위한 전문직간 약물관련 교육프로그램의 연구동향: 주제범위 문헌고찰

Purpose: This study investigated how interprofessional education (IPE) related to medication for un-dergraduate healthcare students, including nursing students, has been designed and conducted. Fur-thermore, the outcomes of these IPE programs were evaluated. Methods: A scoping review was per-formed to understand the content and methods of IPE on medication for undergraduate healthcare students, including nursing students. A literature search was done using PubMed, Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature, Embase, Research Information Sharing Service, and Korean Nurs-ing Database in English between January 2000 and December 2022. In total, 14 papers were selected and reviewed. Results: Eleven research studies were conducted on the implementation of one-time IPE on medication safety or errors. Among them, six studies focused on providing IPE to nursing stu-dents alongside medical and pharmacy students, while three studies targeted nursing and medical students, and two studies focused on nursing and pharmacy students. The most commonly employed educational method was simulation, which was utilized in 12 studies. All studies consistently reported a positive impact on attitudes toward IPE and effective communication. Additionally, five studies eval-uating medication knowledge reported improvements in participants’ understanding of drugs. Conclu-sion: The effects of IPE related to medication for undergraduate nursing students have been con-firmed. It is necessary to introduce IPE in the field of pharmacology.

Lysine-specific demethylase 1 (LSD1) is an epigenetic regulator that modulates the chromatin status, contributing to gene activation or repression. The post-translational modification of LSD1 is critical for the regulation of many of its biological processes. Phosphorylation of serine 112 of LSD1 by protein kinase C alpha (PKCα) is crucial for regulating inflammation, but its physiological significance is not fully understood. This study aimed to investigate the role of Lsd1-S112A, a phosphorylation defective mutant, in the cigarette smoke extract/LPS-induced chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) model using Lsd1<sup>SA/SA</sup> mice and to explore the potential mechanism underpinning the development of COPD. We found that Lsd1<sup>SA/SA</sup> mice exhibited increased susceptibility to CSE/LPS-induced COPD, including high inflammatory cell influx into the bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and airspace enlargement. Additionally, the high gene expression associated with the inflammatory response and oxidative stress was observed in cells and mice containing Lsd1-S112A. Similar results were obtained from the mouse embryonic fibroblasts exposed to a PKCα inhibitor, Go6976. Thus, the lack of LSD1 phosphorylation exacerbates CSE/LPS-induced COPD by elevating inflammation and oxidative stress. [BMB Reports 2021; 54(10): 522-527]
