This seminar focus on the relations among the tourist’s mechanism of psychological equilibrium, the standardized product of hotel services and management, and the development of hotel group. On the basis of the previous knowledge of tourism psychology and hotel management, many classical economics concepts and methods will be used in the research. The author will give three hypotheses and some assumptions, and main viewpoints conclude: the tourist’s demand is the foundation of hotel management pattern, and the process of service standardisation is that of “the machines (standard hotel service) is produced by machines (standard management and service pattern)”.
Capacity-Equivocation Region of a Special Case of Wiretap Channel with Noiseless Feedback

The general wiretap channel with noiseless feedback is first investigated by Ahlswede and Cai, where lower and upper bounds on the secrecy capacity are provided in their work. The upper bound is met with equality only in some special cases. In this paper, we study a special case of the general wiretap channel with noiseless feedback (called non-degraded wiretap channel with noiseless feedback). Inner and outer bounds on the capacityequivocation region of this special model are provided. The outer bound is achievable if the main channel is more capable than the wiretap channel. The inner bound is constructed especially for the case that the wiretap channel is more capable than the main channel. The results of this paper are further explained via binary and Gaussian examples. Compared with the capacity results for the non-degraded wiretap channel, we find that the security is enhanced by using the noiseless feedback.
Activated carbon supported VN, Mo2N, and W2N as catalysts for acetylene hydrochlorination

The development of green catalysts for the calcium carbide acetylene method synthesis of vinyl chloridemonomer (VCM), is essential material to industrial polyvinyl chloride production. The original catalystHgCl2 easy to volatile during the reaction lead to environmental pollution. Here we present threedifferent transition metal nitride load into activated carbon (AC): VN/AC, Mo2N/AC, and W2N/AC as novelcatalysts. W2N/AC and Mo2N/AC was a relatively stable catalyst to compared with VN/AC. All of themVCM selectivity can maintain 98%. More HCl ratio for Mo2N/AC lead its acetylene conversion reach 80%. The former two catalysts are promising candidates for acetylene hydrochlorination.
Energy-Efficient Traffic Grooming in Bandwidth Constrained IP over WDM Networks

Minimizing power consumption in bandwidth limited optical traffic grooming networks is presented as a two-objective optimization problem. Since the main objective is to route a connection, the network throughput is maximized first, and then the minimum power consumption solution is found for this maximized throughput. Both transparent IP over WDM (Tp-IPoWDM) and translucent IP over WDM (Tl-IPoWDM) network may be applied to examine such bi-objective algorithms. Simulations show that the bi-objective algorithms are more energy-efficient than the single objective algorithms where only the throughput is optimized. For a Tp-IPoWDM network, both link based ILP (LB-ILP) and path based ILP (PB-ILP) methods are formulated and solved. Simulation results show that PB-ILP can save more power than LB-ILP because PB-ILP has more path selections when lightpath lengths are limited. For a Tl-IPoWDM network, only PB-ILP is formulated and we show that the Tl-IPoWDM network consumes less energy than the Tp-IPoWDM network, especially under a sparse network topology. For both kinds of networks, it is shown that network energy efficiency can be improved by over-provisioning wavelengths, which gives the network more path choices.

Due to the angle of view, illumination and scene diversity, real-time dynamic face detection and recognition is no small difficulty in those unrestricted environments. In this study, we used the intrinsic correlation between detection and calibration, using a multi-task cascaded convolutional neural network(MTCNN) to improve the efficiency of face recognition, and the output of each core network is mapped in parallel to a compact Euclidean space, where distance represents the similarity of facial features, so that the target face can be identified as quickly as possible, without waiting for all network iteration calculations to complete the recognition results. And after the angle of the target face and the illumination change, the correlation between the recognition results can be well obtained. In the actual application scenario, we use a multi-camera real-time monitoring system to perform face matching and recognition using successive frames acquired from different angles. The effectiveness of the method was verified by several real-time monitoring experiments, and good results were obtained.
An hp-angular adaptivity with the discrete ordinates method for Boltzmann transport equation

This paper describes an hp-angular adaptivity algorithm in the discrete ordinates method for Boltzmann transport applications with strong angular effects. This adaptivity uses discontinuous finite element quadrature sets with different degrees, which updates both angular mesh and the degree of the underlying discontinuous finite element basis functions, allowing different angular local refinement to be applied in space. The regular and goal-based error metrics are considered in this algorithm to locate some regions to be refined. A mapping algorithm derived by moment conservation is developed to pass the angular solution between spatial regions with different quadrature sets. The proposed method is applied to some test problems that demonstrate the ability of this hp-angular adaptivity to resolve complex fluxes with relatively few angular unknowns. Results illustrate that a reduction to approximately 1/50 in quadrature ordinates for a given accuracy compared with uniform angular discretization. This method therefore offers a highly efficient angular adaptivity for investigating difficult particle transport problems.
Protective Effects of Scutellaria barbata Against Rat Liver Tumorigenesis

Scutellaria barbata D. Don (S. barbata), a traditional Chinese medicine, is used to treat cancers, inflammation, and urinary diseases. This study aimed to determine any protective effects of S. barbata crude extract (CE-SB) against rat liver tumorigenesis induced by diethylnitrosamine (DENA). Liver malfunction indices in serum were measured by biochemical examination. Hematoxylin and eosin staining was performed to examine liver pathology. Contents of malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) were measured in liver homogenates to evaluate oxidative stress. The levels of liver malfunction indices in the CE-SB groups, especially in the CE-SB high dose group, were lower than that of the model group (P<0.05). The results from histological examination indicated that the number of liver nodules in the CE-SB groups decreased compared with the model group (P<0.05). Content of MDA determined in liver was significantly decreased, and level of SOD elevated by CE-SB. CE-SB can inhibit experimental liver tumorigenesis and relieve hepatic injury in rats.

There are many key parts in the field of aerospace with aluminum alloy thin-walled parts, the problem of breaking the low efficiency in production that’s also followed. There will be a lot of deformation in processing because of its poor rigidity, poor process, which will lead to low processing efficiency. It is of great significance to improve the machining efficiency of the aluminum alloy thin-walled parts, and a series of analysis of the surface quality of aluminum alloy thin-walled parts there are carried out clamping, cutting tools, take the knife route so on, and the problems of low machining efficiency and poor surface quality are solved.

In this article we consider Lie super-bialgebra structures on the generalized loop super-Virasoro algebra ${\mathcal{G}}$. By proving that the first cohomology group $H^1({\mathcal{G}},{\mathcal{G}}{\otimes}{\mathcal{G}})$ is trivial, we obtain that all such Lie bialgebras are triangular coboundary.
