지체장애인의 관광활동 만족, 삶의 질, 행동의도 간의 관계 = (A) study on the relationship among satisfaction of tourism activities, quality of life and behavioral intention of physically disabled persons

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 지체장애인의 관광활동 만족과 삶의 질, 행동의도 간의 관계를 분석하여 지체장애인을 위한 맞춤형 관광활동 프로그램 개발을 위한 방안을 제시하고, 이를 통하여 지체장애인의 삶의 질을 향상시키는 관광정책을 추진하는데 필요한 기초자료를 얻고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위해 설정한 연구과제는 다음과 같다.
첫째, 관광활동을 하고 있는 지체장애인의 관광활동 만족, 삶의 질, 행동의도에는 어떤 관련성이 있는가.
둘째, 지체장애인의 관광활동 만족과 삶의 질의 선택요인에는 어떤 관련성이 있는가.
셋째, 지체장애인의 삶의 질과 행동의도 선택요인에는 어떤 관련성을 갖고 있는가.
본 연구의 대상은 대구경북지역에 거주하고 있는 19세 이상의 남녀 중 관광을 한 경험이 있는 지체장애인을 모집단으로 선정하였다. 자료 수집은 2011년 7월 1일부터 7월 30일까지 실시하였으며, 총 320부의 설문지를 배포하여 320매가 수집되었지만 무성의한 응답한 26부를 제외한 후 최종 294부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 14.0과 AMOS4.0 프로그램을 이용하였다. 연구문제의 분석은 빈도분석, 교차분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 경로분석을 이용하여 검증하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to obtain the basic data necessary to propel the tourism policy to enhance the quality of life of physically disabled persons by providing a plan to develop a tourism activity program tailored for by analyzing the relation among satisfaction of tourism activities quality of life and behavioral intention of the physically disabled persons. For this purpose, the project was established as follows. First, the relation among satisfaction of tourism activities, the quality of life and behavioral intention of the physically disabled persons who are doing the tourism activities. Second, what is the relation between satisfaction of tourism activities and choice factors of quality of life of physically disabled persons. Third, what is the relation between quality of life and choice factors of behavioral intention of physically disabled persons.
The population of this research is the physically disabled persons of the age of 19 or older living in Daegu/Kyungbuk province and having tourism experience. The questionnaires were collected between July 1st ,2011 to July 30th, 2011. A total of 320 questionnaires distributed were collected, but 26 were rejected and 294 used. The data was processed by statistical data processing programs SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 4.0. The data were analyzed using frequency test, cross tabulation, exploratory factor analysis confirmed factor analysis and course analysis. The analysis result of the research problems and the suggestion points are summarized as follows. First, it is verified that the satisfaction of tourism activities of the disabled has a meaningful influence on the quality of life. The tourism activities are very important for the disabled to get satisfaction with themselves and their own positive and highly motivated lives. Second, it is verified that the quality of life has a meaningful influence on the behavioral intention. Therefore, if they participate in tourism activities with various people continuously, it has a positive influence on self-identity and contributes to enhancing the recognition of self-role and the quality of life, as a component of the structure of society. Third, in order to subdivide the tourism activities of the disabled, it is testified whether, according to demographic characteristics, the relation of satisfaction of tourism activities, quality of life and recommendation intention makes a meaningful difference. The results show the coordinating effect by sex and age. The result proves that men show re-visit and recommendation intention according to the personal relations while women don't. The other factors don't show a meaningful difference by sex. It proves that in terms of age, the low-aged show re-visits and recommendation intention while the old-aged don't. It also proves that the older people show re-visits and recommendation intention by formation of self-respect while in the case of younger disabled people self-respect doesn't influence re-visit or recommendation.
