심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 희망을 매개변인으로 = The Effect of Psychological Career Barriers and Environmental Career Barriers on Career Preparation Behavior: Hope as a Mediating Variable

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of study was to examine the mediating effect of hope in the between career preparation behavior and each of psychological career barriers and environmental career barriers. For this study 371 Korean undergraduates answered for 4 different questionnaires which measure psychological career barriers, environmental career barrierse, hope, and career preparation behavior in Seoul and Gyeonggi. The results showed that psychological career barriers and environmental career barriers showed a negative influence with career preparation behavior by analyzing the regression to know direct influence among variables. The mediating effects were examined using structural equation modeling(SEM). As s result, regarding the relationship between psychological career barriers and career preparation behavior, partial variable model was suitable for hope, between environmental career barriers and career preparation behavior, complete variable model was suitable for hope. Finally, based on the finding results, the implications and limitations of this study were discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 대학생 371명을 대상으로 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽, 희망, 진로준비행동을 측정하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 심리적 진로장벽과 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아본 결과, 심리적 진로장벽과 환경적 진로장벽은 진로준비행동에 유의한 부적 영향력을 보였다. 둘째, 구조방정식을 사용하여 심리적 진로장벽, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망의 매개모형을 검증하였다. 그 결과 심리적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망은 부분매개 모형이, 환경적 진로장벽과 진로준비행동의 관계에서 희망은 완전매개 모형이 적합한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 즉, 심리적 진로장벽과 환경적 진로장벽이 진로준비행동을 방해할 때 희망이 매개역할을 하여 직, 간접적으로 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 끝으로 본 연구의 의의 및 제한점과 향후 연구 방향을 기술하였다.
