다문화 유아 경험 여부에 따른 유아교사의 다문화교육 오개념, 태도 및 교수효능감의 차이 = A difference in early childhood teachers` multicultural misconceptions, attitudes and teaching efficacy according to their experience teaching multicultural children

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 유아교사의 다문화 유아 경험의 유무가 다문화교육에 대한 오개념 및 태도, 다문화 교수효능감에 어떠한 차이를 보이는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 현장의 유아교사 341명에게 다문화 유아를 담당해 본 경험이 있는지 물었으며 다문화교육 오개념과 태도, 다문화 교수효능감을 측정하기 위한 검사도구를 배부하여 회수하였다. 연구결과, 다문화교육 태도에서 다문화 유아 경험 유무에 따른 차이를 보였고 다문화 교수효능감은 경험 유무에 따라 전체 점수와 수업기능 효능감은 차이가 있었으나 일반기능 효능감과 인간관계 효능감은 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 다문화 오개념은 다문화 유아 경험 여부에 따른 차이가 없는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다문화 교육에 대한 경험이 유아교사의 다문화에 대한 편견, 교수방법 및 태도 등 교사변인에 미치는 영향에 대하여 깊이 있는 탐색이 필요함을 논하였다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was to examine the differences in early childhood teachers` multicultural misconceptions, attitudes and teaching efficacy according to their experience teaching multicultural children. For this, questionnaires on multicultural misconceptions, attitudes and teaching efficacy were distributed and collected from 341 early childhood teachers. Collected data were analyzed with SPSS 19.0 Program: Frequency analysis and t-test. The results of this study were as follows: First, the multicultural attitudes of early childhood teachers were different according to their experience teaching multicultural children. Second, in the case of multicultural teaching efficacy, total scores and instructional function efficacy were different according to experience teaching multicultural children. But general life efficacy and human relations efficacy were not different. Third, it revealed that multicultrual misconceptions were not different according to that.
