아버지의 특성과 긍정적 인지와 질문이 대학생의 진로탐색 자기효능감과 진로탐색행동에 미치는 영향 = Influences of Father Factors, Positive Thought, and Positive Questions on Career Search Self- Efficacy and Career Search Behavior

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study is to find the effects of the father factors, positive thought, and positive questions on the university students' career search self-efficacy and career search behaviour, which are important variable in the career development of the adolescents. With 336 university students in Seoul, KyungNam, and JunNam, the following inventories were carried out: Career Search Behaviour Checklist translated by Choi, Dong Sun (2003), Career Search Self-Efficacy Scale translated by Choi, Ok Hyun (2006), Automatic Thought Questionnaire - Positive standardized by Lee, Juhyung, Kim and Jihea and Juhyung, Father Factor Inventory and Appreciative Inquiry Questionnaire by Park, Eun Sun. There were significant positive correlations among all the variables. The effects of father factors, positive cognition, and positive questions on career search self-efficacy(CSE) were tested using the path analysis method. Father factors influenced directly on positive cognition and positive questions, but indirectly on CSE. Positive questions showed positive direct effect on positive cognition and CSE, and positive cognition had positive direct influence on CSE. Sex differences were founded. There was a significant effect of father factor on positive questions and a significant effect of positive questions on CSE in female student, but these effects did not reach to significant level in male student. As counselors know many effective techniques to change cognition positively, those findings, positive questions can increase positive cognition and CSE and positive cognition can changes CSE positively, have very important meaning to career counseling.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 아버지의 특성, 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 질문이 대학생의 진로탐색 자기효능감과 진로탐색 행동에 주는 영향을 알아보았다. 서울, 부산, 경남, 전북 지역 대학생 336명을 대상으로 아버지 특성 평가지, 긍정적 자동적 사고 질문지, 긍정적 질문 검사, 진로탐색 자기효능감 검사, 진로탐색 행동 검사를 실시하여 얻은 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 검증하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 아버지 특성은 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 질문에 직접적인 영향을 주었고, 둘째, 아버지 특성은 진로탐색 자기효능감에 직접적인 영향을 주지 못하였고 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 질문을 통해서 간접적인 영향을 주었다. 셋째, 긍정적 질문은 긍정적 인지에 직접적인 영향을 주었으며, 넷째, 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 질문은 진로탐색 자기효능감에 직접적인 높은 영향을 주었으며, 다섯째, 진로탐색 자기효능감은 진로탐색행동에 높은 영향을 주었다. 그리고 남녀 간의 차이가 있었는데, 여자 대학생의 경우는 아버지 특성이 긍정적 질문에 주는 영향이 유의미하였지만, 남자 대학생의 경우는 유의미한 수준에 이르지 못하였다. 또한 여학생의 경우는 긍정적 질문이 진로탐색 자기효능감에 유의미한 영향을 주었지만 남학생의 경우는 유의미한 영향을 주지 못하였다. 이 결과를 종합해보면, 아버지 특성은 긍정적 인지와 긍정적 질문을 통해서 진로탐색 자기효능감 발달에 높은 영향을 준다고 할 수 있다. 마지막으로 본 연구 결과의 의의와 제한점을 논의하였다.
