부모에 대한 심리적 독립과 애착 및 진로결정 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로태도성숙에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Psychological Independence from Parents, Attachment and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy on the College Students' Career Attitude Maturity.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of attachment, psychological independence from parents and career decision-making self-efficacy on career attitude maturity.
The measurements of this study were a psychological separation inventory(PSI), inventory of parent and peer attachment(IPPA), career decision-making self-efficacy short form(CDMSE-SF), career-maturity inventory.
Data sources for the study were attachment, psychological independence, career decision-making self-efficacy, and career attitude maturity questionnaires completed by 506 Korean undergraduate students.
The result showed significant positive correlations among attachment, psychological independence, career decision-making self-efficacy and career attitude maturity. A stepwise multiple regression showed a significant effect of psychological independence, career decision-making self-efficacy on career attitude maturity. Also, a hierarchical multiple regression was completed to assess the mediating effect of career decision-making self-efficacy. The result indicated that career decision-making self-efficacy mediated the effect of attachment, psychological independence on career attitude maturity.
