서번트 리더십이 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 임파워먼트의 매개효과를 중심으로 = A Study on the Effects of Servant Leadership on Organizational Citizenship Behavior : Focus on the mediating role of Empowerment

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구에서는 서번트 리더십과 임파워먼트와의 관계, 서번트 리더십과 조직시민행동 간의 관계, 임파워먼트와 조직시민행동 간의 관계, 서번트 리더십과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 있어서 임파워먼트의 매개역할을 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 우선적으로 서번트 리더십, 임파워먼트, 조직시민행동에 대한 이론적 논의들을 기초로 하며 연구모형과 가설들을 설정하여 한지역의 기초지방자치단체를 대상으로 총 496명으로부터 획득된 데이터를 통해 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과를 살펴보면 서번트 리더십은 임파워먼트, 조직시민행동과 유의한 정(+)의 관계를 가지는 것으로 나타났으며, 서번트 리더십과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에 부분매개역할을 하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 본 연구결과를 통해 공공조직에 효율적인 인적자원관리를 위해서는 서번트 리더십의 개념 및 조직시민행동개념을 도입해야 할 필요성을 확인하였다.
