부모의 긍정적 관여와 자기효능감이 대학생의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향 = The Effects of Positive Involvement of Parent and Self Efficacy on Career Decision and Career prepared Behaviors of Adolescents

This study aimed to evaluate the effects of positive involvement of parent and self efficacy on career decision and career prepared behaviors of adolescents. IPPA(1987), self efficacy(1982), CDS(1990) and career prepared behavior scale(1997) was adapted to adolescents. 422 college students in Seoul and Kyung-Gi-Do completed self reported measures. Hierarchical regression analysis showed there was a negative relations between father's detachment and career decision; whereas there was a positive relation between mother's reliable attitude and career decision. Self efficacy had mediated effects through positive involvement of parent on career decision. Also it's effects is different according to the sex. These model suggest roles of career decision for successful career prepared behaviors. These results are discussed in the contexts of discrepancy of parents attitude, measurement error and modulator possibility of self efficacy.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 부모의 긍정적 관여와 자기효능감이 대학생들의 진로결정과 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 총 422명의 대학생(남자= 174명, 여자= 248명)을 대상으로 부모의 긍정적인 관여, 자기효능감, 진로결정수준, 진로준비행동 척도를 실시하였고, 위계적 회귀분석을 통해 진로결정수준에 영향을 주는 하위 변인들을 확인하였다. 부모의 긍정적인 관여와 진로결정과의 관계에서 특히, 자기효능감의 역할을 살펴보기 위해 매개 효과를 검증한 후 표본을 성별로 구분하여 하위집단 방식의 경로분석을 추가하였다. 아버지와의 소원함과 어머니와의 신뢰감이 진로결정에 영향을 주는 결정적인 변인이었고, 자기효능감은 부모의 긍정적인 관여와 진로결정을 매개하였으나, 이 효과는 여학생에게만 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 대학생들의 진로준비행동이 진로결정수준에 의해 영향을 받는 과정임이 확인되었다. 논의에서는 자녀를 대하는 부모 태도의 일치여부와 보완성 정도 등이 필요하다는 최근 연구동향을 소개하였고, 부모의 긍정적인 관여를 산출하는 측정의 문제와 자기효능감이 중재변인일 가능성에 대해 시사하였다.
