중학생이 지각한 부모의 양육태도와 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도의 관계-수도권 3학년 학생을 중심으로 = The Relationship among Perceived Parenting Attitudes, Self-efficacy and Career Maturity of Middle School Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationships among parenting attitudes, self-efficacy and the degree of career maturity, of middle school and was to provide basic information for elevation of self-efficiency the degree of career maturity to make educational program for parents. The participants of this study were 438 middle school students from 2 middle school near Seoul. In measurement tool, Parenting Attitudes scale developed by Oh, sung - sim and Lee, jong-seung, and Self-efficacy scale adapted by Hong, hye-young, Career Maturity scale developed by Han, Jong-Chul and Lee, Ki-Hak were used. The results were analyzed by t-test, two way Anova and Pearson's Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis with SPSS 12.0 for windows. The results of the present research are summarized as follows; First, In terms of the parenting attitudes of parents according to gender, the female students perceived it to be more affective and self-regulating than the male students. In terms of the self-efficacy, the female students obtained higher scores in the social self-efficacy than the male students. In terms of the career maturity, the female students obtained higher scores in the career preparedness and the career purpose than the male students. Second, In terms of the correlation of the self-efficacy and the career maturity, the higher the self-efficacy was, the higher the correlation with the career maturity was. Third, The correlation of the parenting attitudes of parents and the self-efficacy shows positive correlation in all areas. Fourth, The correlation of the parenting attitudes of parents and the career maturity was high when they perceive the parenting attitudes of parents to be affective and achieving. Fifth, In terms of the correlation of the self-efficacy and the career maturity, the higher the self-efficacy was, the higher the correlation with the career maturity was. Sixth, The predictors that affect the career maturity were the general self-efficacy, the achieving parenting attitudes of fathers, the social self-efficacy, the affective parenting attitudes of mothers and the self-regulating parenting attitudes of fathers.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 중학생이 지각한 부모양육태도와 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도의 관계를 탐색한 것으로써, 자기효능감 및 진로성숙도를 향상시키기 위한 상담이나 부모 교육 프로그램을 구성하는데 기초적인 정보를 제공하려는 목적으로 실시하였다. 연구대상은 수도권 2곳의 중학교 3학년 학생 438명이다. 측정도구는 오성심과 이종승이 제작하고 임선화가 재편성한 ‘부모 자녀 양육태도’척도와 홍혜영이 번안한 ‘자기효능감’척도, 그리고 이기학과 한종철이 개발한 ‘진로성숙도’ 척도를 사용했다. 자료 분석은 SPSS 12.0 for Windows를 이용하여 차이검증, 상관관계 분석, 그리고 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 성별에 따른 부모의 양육태도와 자기효능감, 진로성숙도는 차이가 있었다. 여학생은 남학생보다 아버지의 애정적인 양육태도와 어머니의 애정적, 자율적인 양육태도를 높게 지각했으며, 사회적 자기효능감과 진로준비성, 진로목적성이 높게 나타났다. 둘째, 부모의 양육태도와 자기효능감, 진로성숙도의 상관관계는 정적 상관을 보였다. 셋째, 부모의 양육태도에 따른 자기효능감은 유의미한 차이가 있었다. 부모의 양육태도를 애정적, 자율적, 성취적, 합리적으로 높게 지각하는 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 자기효능감이 높게 나타났다. 넷째, 부모의 양육태도에 따른 진로성숙도에는 차이가 있었다. 부모의 양육태도를 애정적, 성취적으로 높게 지각하는 집단이 낮은 집단에 비해 진로성숙도가 높게 나타났다. 다섯째, 자기효능감에 따른 진로성숙도에는 차이가 있었다. 자기효능감이 높을수록 진로성숙도가 높게 나타났다. 여섯째, 진로성숙도에 가장 영향을 미치는 예언변인으로는 일반적 자기효능감, 아버지의 성취적인 양육태도, 사회적 자기효능감, 어머니의 애정적인 양육태도, 아버지의 통제적인 양육태도로 나타났다.
따라서 자녀의 긍정적인 발달과 진로성숙을 위한 부모 교육의 프로그램을 실행할 필요성을 시사한다. 즉 자녀 양육에 대한 태도와 인식의 변화로 부모-자녀관계의 형성에 기여할 수 있을 것이다.
