여성 사회복지전담공무원의 소진(burnout)에 영향을 미치는 요인

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study is conducted to empirically examine the effects of female public social workers personal characteristics, clients, stress, professionalism, and social support-related variables on exhaustion(emotional exhaustion, impersonal attitude, achievement decrease).
To this end, this study carried out a survey of female public social workers in Jeollabuk-do and received respond from 186 female public social workers(35.0% of female public social workers at the time of the survey), and based on it, the data analysis was conducted.
According to the findings, the factors and implications strongly influencing female public social workers exhaustion are as follows. First, the older they were, the lower their exhaustion became. This result, on the contrary, needs to seek for a specific method to lower young female public social workers exhaustion. Second, the higher stresses about professional positions and working environments were, the higher their exhaustion was. Third, in terms of professionalism factors, when they had a higher vocation, their exhaustion was low, and this result was shown in all three sub-levels of exhaustion.
Therefore, this study suggested social welfare intervention methods to reduce female public social workers exhaustion on the basis of the findings.
