씨름선수의 자기관리가 자신감 및 경기력에 미치는 영향 = The Influences of Self-management on Self-confidence and Athletic Performances of Ssireum Players

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the influences of self-management on self-confidence and athletic performances of Ssireum players. The Survey was executed for the students-athletes in middle school, high school, university and a business team, and Convenience Sampling Method was used. The valid samples of 360 persons have been used for the analysis. As a data analysis method for the examination of reality analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis have been executed, using Window SPSS Ver. 17.0 program. The results of analysis are follows; first, there are difference in self-management, self-confidence, and athletic performances according personal characteristics. Second, self-confidence and athletic performances was influenced by self-management. Third, athletic performances was influenced by self-confidence.
