진로결정수준, 진로정체감, 심리적 독립이 진로결정에 대한 정서에 미치는 영향 = The Effect of Career Decision Level, Career Identity and Psychological Independence on Affect

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 대학생을 대상으로 하여 진로결정수준과 그동안 진로결정수준에 영향을 미치는 것으로 다루어져왔던 진로정체감과 부모로부터의 심리적 독립이 진로결정상태에 대해 개인이 느끼는 정서에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지 알아보고자 하였다. 연구결과 첫째, 진로결정수준과 진로정체감, 부모로부터의 심리적 독립 모두 진로결정상태에 대한 긍정정서와는 정적 상관을, 부정정서와는 부적상관을 나타내고 있었다. 둘째, 진로결정수준과 진로정체감, 부모로부터의 심리적 독립이 진로결정상태에 대한 긍정, 부정정서에 미치는 독립적인 영향력을 살펴보기 위해 중다회귀분석을 실시한 결과 진로결정상태에 대한 긍정정서에는 진로정체감만이, 부정정서에는 진로정체감과 함께 약한 경향성이긴 하지만 부모로부터의 심리적 독립이 영향을 미치고 있음이 밝혀졌다. 지금까지의 진로관련연구들이 진로결정수준에 주로 초점을 맞추어온 반면, 본 연구는 진로결정상태에 대해 본인이 느끼는 정서를 다루고 있다는 점에 의의가 있으며, 진로결정상태에 대한 긍정정서 및 부정정서에 가장 큰 예언력을 갖는 변인이 진로결정수준이 아닌 진로정체감에 있음을 밝혔다는 데에 그 시사점이 있다.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The present study is to identify the effects of career decision level, career identity and psychological independence from parents on affect of career decision status. The results of this study were as follows. First, career decision level, career identity and psychological independence from parents were significantly related to positive affect, while they were negatively related to negative affect. Second, the results of multiple-regression, which was conducted to investigate the independent effects of them on positive-negative affect of career decision status, showed that career identity had only significantly positive relation to positive affect of career decision status. In addition, career identity had significantly negative relation to negative affect of career decision status and psychological independence has slightly tendency to negative affect. The findings of the present study have significant implications as follows, First, this study was focused on affect of career decision status, while previous studies was focused on career decision level. Second, the findings of the present study have a significant implication in finding that the factor that has influence on positive-negative affect of career decision status is career identity, not career decision level.
