성격이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향: 자기주도학습을 매개변인으로 = The Effect of personality on Learning Flow: with self-directed learning as mediating variable.

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relations of personality, self-directed learning and learning flow and the relations of personality on learning flow and the mediating effect of self-directed learning. In order to accomplish this purpose, this study gathered data of 230 undergraduate students from colleges in Seoul, Gyeong-gi and Gang-won province. The instruments used for study were personality scale, learning scale and self-directed learning scale. Descriptive statistics, correlation analysis, and structural equation modeling using the SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0 statistical programs. The major finding were as follows; First, the hypothetical model was fitted to the empirical data(RMSEA=.080. TLI=.899, CFI=.933). Second, personality had direct effects on self-directed learning and learning flow, and self-directed learning had direct effects on learning flow. In addition, personality had an indirect effect on learning flow using a mediating self-directed learning. The finding of the study suggested the importance of self-directed learning in relations of personality and learning flow.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적 은 대학생들의 성격, 자기주도학습 그리고 학습몰입 간에 어떠한 관계가 있는지 알아보고, 성격과 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 자기주도학습이 매개효과를 갖는지 검증하는 것이다. 선행연구 및 이론에 근거하여 성격은 외생변인으로, 자기주도학습과 학습몰입은 내생변인으로 설정하였고, 내생변인 중 자기주도학습은 매개변인으로 구조방정식에 포함되었다. 분석대상은 서울, 경기, 강원도에 소재한 4년제 대학교에 재학 중인 1~4학년 230명이 참여하였으며, 자료는 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0에 의해 분석되었다. 성격과 자기주도학습이 학습몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보기 위해 구조모형 분석을 실시한 결과, 성격과 학습몰입 간의 관계에서 성격은 학습몰입에 유의한 직접효과가 있으며, 성격과 학습몰입의 관계에서 자기주도학습은 유의한 매개효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구결과를 통해 성격과 자기주도학습이 학습몰입에 유의한 영향을 미친다는 것과 성격과 학습몰입의 관계에서 자기주도학습의 중요성을 확인할 수 있었다.
