사회적 지지, 진로결정 자율성이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향: 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과 = The influence of Social Support, Career Decision-Making Autonomy on Career Preparation Behaviors: The mediating effect of Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy

This study examined the effects of influence of social support, career decision-making autonomy to career preparation behaviors, and mediating effects of career decision-making self efficacy. The subject of this study were 533 students from four colleges located on Seoul and Chungchung. For data analysis, the use of correlational analysis, regression analysis. Structural Equational Modeling(SEM). The results were as follows. First, analysing the differences in social support, career decision-making autonomy, career decision-making self-efficacy and career preparation behavior among the scholastic years. As a result, there were significant differences in the whole of career decision-making autonomy, career decision autonomy scale 2, the whole of career decision-making self-efficacy, aim choice of low rank factors, job informations, the whole of career preparation behavior, groping behavior and low rank factors of preparation behavior. Second, analysing direct effects from social support, autonomy, and self-efficacy to preparation behavior. Social support effects significantly to career preparation behaviors. Only informational supports were significant between low rank factors of social support and career preparation behaviors. Career decision-making was significant negative effect autonomy scale 4 was significant positive effect. Between insignificant factors and preparation behavior which are career information and future planning were significantly effected. Third, mediating effects were examined that the link between social support, career decision making autonomy and preparation behavior were partially mediated through career decision-making self-efficacy. This study demonstrated that career decision-making self efficacy was strong factor for career decision preparation behavior. Based on this study, we discussed about implication and limitation of origin study of this subject.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 사회적 지지와 진로결정 자율성이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 확인하고, 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 충청지역에 위치한 4개 대학교의 대학생 총 533명이었으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자율성, 진로결정 자기효능감, 진로준비행동의 학년별 차이를 알아본 결과, 진로결정 자율성전체, 진로결정 자율성지수2, 진로결정 자기효능감 전체와 하위요인의 목표선택, 직업정보, 진로준비행동전체와 탐색행동, 준비행동하위요인에서 학년별 차이가 나타났다. 둘째, 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자율성, 진로결정 자기효능감이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 회귀분석한 결과, 사회적 지지는 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 미쳤으며, 사회적 지지 하위요인들과 진로준비행동 간에는 정보적 지지만이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 진로결정 자율성지수1은 부적영향을 자율성지수4는 정적영향을 미치며, 진로결정 자기효능감은 진로준비행동에 유의미한 영향을 하위요인들과 진로준비행동 간에는 직업정보, 미래계획이 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자율성, 진로준비행동의 관계에서 진로결정 자기효능감의 매개효과를 알아보기 위해 구조방정식 모형을 실시한 결과, 측정모형이 자료에 적합한 것으로 나타났고 사회적 지지, 진로결정 자율성에서 진로결정 자기효능감을 거쳐 진로준비행동으로 가는 모든 경로가 유의한 것으로 나타나, 진로결정 자기효능감이 사회적 지지와 진로결정 자율성이 진로준비행동에 미치는 영향을 부분매개 또는 억제하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 진로결정 자기효능감이 대학생들의 진로준비행동에 강력한 영향을 미치는 변인임을 시사한다. 연구결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점에 관하여 논의하였다.
