인문,사회과학편 : 생활체육지도자의 감정노동과 직무소진, 직무만족 및 이직의도의 관계 = The Relationship Between Emotional Labor, Job Burnout, Job Satisfaction and Turnover Intention in Life Sports Instructors

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between emotional labor, job burnout, job satisfaction and turnover intention in life sports instructors. The data were collected from 228 life sports instructors using multistage stratified cluster random sampling method. With the collected data, factor analysis, reliability analysis, frequency analysis, correlation analysis, model fit tested, and structural equation model were performed by SPSS 14.0 and AMOS 16.0. The result of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the emotional labor impacts positive(+) influence on job burnout of life sports instructors. Second, the emotional labor impacts negative(-) influence on job satisfaction of life sports instructors. Third, the emotional labor does not impact on turnover intention of life sports instructors. Fourth, the job burnout impacts negative(-) influence on job satisfaction of life sports instructors. Fifth, the job burnout impacts positive(+) influence on turnover intention of life sports instructors. Sixth, the job satisfaction impacts negative(-) influence on turnover intention of life sports instructors.
