성인애착이 대학생의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 자아분화의 매개효과 검증 = The Mediating Effect of Self-Differentiation in the Effect that Adult Attachment has on the Interpersonal Relationships of University Students

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study was designed for the diversification of counseling interventions in the interpersonal relationships of university students based on the premise that the formation of interpersonal relationships during university years are important development tasks from adulthood adjustment and relational aspects. For this, it verified the effect of adult attachment in university students on self-differentiation and interpersonal relationships along with the mediating effect of self-differentiation. To achieve this research purpose, surveys were conducted on male and female university students attending four year universities in Busan Metropolitan City and the 452 surveys that were collected were used in the final analysis. Verification of mediating effects was conducted by Hayes’ approach and verification of the significance of indirect effects was conducted through bootstrapping and the Sobel test by PROCESS program. Main results of the study are as follows. First, the adult attachment of university students has an direct effect on interpersonal relationships. Second, the adult attachment of university students has an direct effect on self-differentiation. Third, the self-differentiation has an direct effect on interpersonal relationships. Forth, the adult attachment of university students has an indirect effect through self-differentiation. Through discussions made according to these research results, intervention strategies for the interpersonal relationships of university students were proposed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구의 목적은 성인애착이 대학생의 대인관계에 미치는 영향에서 자아분화의 매개효 과를 검증하는 것이다. 이를 위해 부산광역시에 소재하고 있는 4년제 대학교에 재학 중 인 남, 여 대학생을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 회수 된 설문지 중 452부가 결과 분석에 사용되었다. 수집된 자료로 매개효과 검증은 Hayes의 접근법에 의해 다중회귀분 석을 실시하였으며, 간접효과의 유의성 검증은 PROCESS 프로그램으로 Bootstrapping과 Sobel검증을 통해 확인하였다. 본 연구의 주요결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 대학생의 성인 애착은 대인관계에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 성인애착은 자아분화 에 통계적으로 유의한 영향력을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 자아분화는 대인관계를 유의하게 예측하는 변수로 나타났다. 넷째, 자아분화는 성인애착과 대인관계를 부분적으 로 매개하는 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과에 따른 논의를 통해 대학생의 대인관 계에 대한 상담 개입전략을 제안하였다.
