고등학생의 역기능적 진로사고, 정서지능, 학업몰입간의 관계 모형 = The Relationships Model of Dysfunctional Career Thoughts, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Flow of High School Student

The purpose of this research is to examine the relation between dysfunctional career thoughts and learning flow and to test the mediation effects of emotional intelligence. We analysed the data 544 high school students. Finding revealed dysfunctional career thoughts were associated with a lower level of emotional intelligence and learning flow experience. And emotional intelligence mediated the effect of dysfunctional career thoughts on learning flow. Multi-group analysis was carried out for difference investigations about models between general high school students and vocational high school students. There was statistically significant difference general high school students and vocational high school students. For vocational high school students, emotional intelligence has no partial mediating effect on learning flow

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 고등학생 544명을 대상으로 진로에 대한 역기능적 사고가 학업 몰입에 미치는 영향을 알아보고 두 변인의 관계에서 정서지능의 역할을 확인해보고자 하였다. 연구결과, 역기능적 진로사고가 높을수록 정서지능과 학업몰입은 낮아지고 정서지능이 높을수록 학업몰입도 높은 것으로 나타났다. 또한 정서지능이 역기능적 진로사고와 학업몰입관계에서 유의한 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 역기능적 진로사고, 정서지능과 학업몰입간의 관계 모형이 계열에 따라 경로계수에 차이가 있는지를 검증하기 위해 다집단 분석을 실시한 결과, 일반계고 학생의 경우, 정서지능의 매개효과는 유의하지 않은 반면 특성화고 학생의 경우에는 정서지능이 완전매개효과가 유의한 것으로 나타났다. 이를 바탕으로 효과적인 진로지도 및 상담방법에 대해 논의하였다.
