역기능적 진로사고와 정서경험 군집에 따른 진로결정자기효능감 차이 = Clusters of Dysfunctional Career Thoughts and Emotional Experience in College Students and Their Differences on Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

The study was designed to investigate if clusters based on the scores of dysfunctional career thoughts, emotional intensity, and emotional clarity showed different levels of career decision making self-efficacy. In order to test hypothesis, a cluster analysis was employed. A sample of 302 college students completed a questionnaire including Career Thought, Affect Intensity, Trait Meta-mood, and Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy. The results indicated that four clusters were identified. The first group showed high dysfunctional career thoughts with low emotional intensity and clarity. The second group exhibited low dysfunctional career thoughts with high emotional intensity and clarity. The third group produced low dysfunctional career thoughts with low emotional intensity and high emotional clarity. The last group yielded high dysfunctional career thoughts and high emotional intensity and low emotional clarity. The first and last group showed lower career decision making self-efficacy. The implications and limitations of the study are discussed.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 수도권 대학생 302명을 대상으로, 역기능적 진로사고(Career Though Inventory: CTI), 정서강도(Affect Intensity Measures: AIM), 정서인식 명확성(Trait Meta-mood Scale: TMMS)의 조합에 따라 나누어진 군집들이 진로결정 자기효능감(Career Decision-Making Self-Efficacy Scale: CDMSES)에 어떠한 차이가 있는지를 알아보기 위해 수행되었다. 이에 역기능적 진로사고, 정서강도, 정서인식 명확성을 변인으로 군집분석을 한 결과 4집단으로 구분되었다. 군집1은 역기능적 진로사고가 평균보다 높고 정서인식 명확성, 정서강도가 모두 평균보다 낮은 역기능적 진로사고 억압집단이 나타났고, 군집2는 역기능적 진로사고가 평균보다 낮고 정서인식명확성과 정서강도가 평균보다 높은 기능적 진로사고 솔직집단으로, 군집3은 역기능적 진로사고와 정서강도는 평균보다 낮고 정서인식명확성은 평균보다 높은 기능적 진로사고 침착집단으로, 군집4는 역기능적 진로사고와 정서강도가 평균보다 높고 정서인식 명확성이 평균보다 낮은 역기능적 진로사고 혼란집단으로 나타났다. 이 중 역기능적 진로사고가 높으면서 정서강도가 높고 정서인식명확성이 낮은 집단과 역기능적 진로사고가 높으면서 정서강도와 정서인식명확성이 낮은 두 집단이 진로결정효능감이 낮았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구의 시사점과 제한점, 앞으로의 연구 방향에 대한 시사점을 언급하였다.
