문화관광해설사의 공공봉사동기(PSM)가 직무만족과 지속의지에 미치는 영향 연구 = A Study on the Influence of Public Service Motivation on Job Satisfaction and Continuance Intention of the Cultural Tourism Interpreters

다국어 초록 (Multilingual Abstract)

This study aimed at examining the influence of public service motivation on job satisfaction and continuance intention of the cultural tourism interpreters. The literature review covered the concepts and previous researches of cultural tourism interpreter, public service motivation, job satisfaction and continuance intention. Following this, a research model and research hypotheses were proposed, and the measuring variables were constructed. The survey method was applied to this study, and analytical methods such as exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structure equation model analysis were utilized. The findings of the study revealed that public service motivation has partially significant influence on job satisfaction and continuance intention except self-sacrifice factor, and job satisfaction has partially significant mediated effect on the relationship between public service motivation and continuance intention except self-sacrifice factor. In conclusion, this study expects that the study of public service motivation will contribute to the development of volunteer work management for the government.

국문 초록 (Abstract)

본 연구는 문화관광해설사의 공공봉사동기가 직무만족과 지속의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 연구의 목적을 두었다. 이를 위해 문화관광해설사, 공공봉사동기, 직무만족, 지속의지의 개념 및 선행연구에 대한 고찰이 이루어졌다. 연구설계에서는 연구모형 및 가설이 설정되었으며, 측정항목의 도출이 제시되었다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사법이 적용되었으며, 분석을 위해 기술통계분석, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석, 구조방정식모형 분석 등이 활용되었다. 분석결과, 공익추구활동, 자기희생, 공감의 세 가지 요인이 분석요인으로 도출되었으며, 관계분석에서 공익추구활동과 공감은 직무만족과 지속의지에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으며, 자기희생은 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 매개효과분석에서는 공익 추구 활동 및 공감과 지속의지와의 관계에서 직무만족의 매개효과가 유의한 영향이 있는 것으로 나타났으나, 자기희생과 지속의지와의 관계에서는 유의한 영향이 나타나지 않았다. 본 연구의 시사점으로는 이론적 측면에서 공공봉사동기 개념을 문화관광해설사의 동기연구에 적용시켰다는 점을 들 수 있으며, 실무적 측면에서는 자원봉사활동에 대한 효과적인 관리를 위해 문화관광해설사의 공공봉사동기와 직무와의 적합성 확보의 필요성을 제시하였다는 점을 들 수 있다.
