기독교상담 특성이 반영된 사례개념화

이 연구는 기독교상담에 있어서 상담자 교육이나 상담수련감독 및 사례개념화를 할 때 기독교신앙의 특성이 반영된 상담활동이어야 한다는 것을 다루었다. 사례개념화는 상담자가 내담자와의 상담내용을 충분히 이해하고 있는지, 그 내용을 잘 정리하여 설명할 수 있는지, 그리고 수련감독 상담자가 그 사례를 얼마나 잘 지도, 안내할 수 있는지 등을 다루는 것이다. 즉 사례개념화에는 크게 세 가지 개념(기능), (1) 이해 (2) 설명 (3) 안내 등으로 요약되는데 각각의 개념에 기독교신앙이 반영되어야 기독교상담적 사례개념화가 될 수 있을 것이다. 사례개념화는 상담자 교육이나 수련감독에서 필수적 요소로서 상담능력 향상에 중요한 것이다. 하지만 사례개념화 요소는 상담이론이나 학자들마다 주장이 상이하고 다양하여 일치되거나 통일된 것이 없다. 다양한 상담이론에 기초하여 그 요소들을 종합하여 양식과 유형을 응용, 적용하고 있다. 사례개념화의 종합된 양식과 유형은 상담이론과 기법 및 대상에 따라 지속적으로 수정, 변형, 발전될 수 있는 것이다. 기독교상담에서는 일반상담이 종합, 정리한 사례개념화 요소들을 수용 또는 응용할 수 있지만, 일반상담 사례개념화에서는 신앙적, 영적 상태를 다루지 않으므로 당연히 기독교상담 분야에서 신앙적, 영적 요소를 적절하게 응용하여 다루어야 한다. 기독교상담의 특성이 반영된 사례개념화는 상담목표수립이나 가계도작성에 있어서도 신앙적, 영적 가계도를 제시할 수 있어야 한다. 사례개념화는 상담자가 내담자의 문제를 이해하는 개념의 구조(틀, 공식, 렌즈)이므로 기독교상담에서는 핵심적인 두 가지 축으로 이해되는 죄와 소망의 구조로 내담자를 볼 수 있어야 한다. 기독교상담의 특성요소로서 죄는 절망의 문제를 의미하는 것이고, 그 죄의 용서와 아울러 하나님이 자신과 함께 하심으로 인해 절망의 상황에서 벗어나 긍정적 미래 인식(구원 및 천국 등)을 갖는 것이 소망이며 성장이므로 적어도 이 둘이 반영된 상담은 가장 기본적인 최소한의 기독교상담이라고 연구자는 강조했다. This research is to clarify counseling case conceptualization including counselor education, counseling supervision for a supervisee in the peculiarity of Christian counseling. In terms of the case conceptualization of Christian counseling, a counselor should deal with the ‘means of grace’ as a Christian resource. Not only secular counseling but also Christian counseling, case conceptualization is a very important counseling work There are three kinds of functions in counseling case conceptualization: (1) to understand on the counseling case (2) to explain on the case and (3) to educate/guide a supervisee. Christian counseling is that these three functions should reflect in its case conceptualization. There are many essential elements in case conceptualization. There is, however, absolutely no unified style, essential elements, and pattern in it. Although there is an unified style and pattern, case conceptualization that based on the own counseling theories will be made. Christian counseling may accept or apply essential elements of case conceptualization in which general counseling has been emphasized. A counselor, however, should deal with a religious/spiritual resources as the elements of Christian faith. For example, when a Christian counselor makes the family diagram(genogram) of a client, the counselor should draw religious/spiritual and Christian resources on it. The case conceptualization is an structure(frame, formulation, and lens) in order to understand a client's to problems. Accordingly, Christian counseling should view a client's case through transgression and hope. Also, when a Christian counselor approaches to treatment of a client's problem, he/she shall deal with a clients' transgression and hope. The transgression means hopelessness, and hope signifies the cognition of positive future(salvation, the hope on the Kingdom of heaven). Dealing with transgression and hope in Christian counseling is a minimal Christian counseling. Furthermore, future research ought to study not only Christian essential elements of case conceptualization, but also general Christian case conceptualization.

기독교상담에 대한 기독교 상담자들의 인식유형 연구

본 연구는 Q방법론을 사용하여 기독교상담에 대해 한국의 기독교 상담자들이 지니고 있는 주관적 인식유형을 파악하여, 각 인식유형의 특징을 탐색적으로 밝히고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 총 4개의 유형이 의미 있는 유형으로 발견되었다. 첫째로, “하나님과의 관계 중심 인식” 유형은 기독교상담에서 내담자와 하나님의 관계를 중요하게 생각하며, 상담자의 전문성이나 기독교와 상담학의 통합보다도 성령님과 함께하는 활동을 강조하는 특징이 있음이 나타났다. 둘째로, “하나님의 관점과 성화 중심 인식” 유형은 기독교상담에서 내담자가 하나님의 관점을 갖고, 성화의 과정을 걷도록 함이 강조되며, 일반상담 기술의 사용에 대하여서는 부정적인 입장을 갖고 있음이 나타났다. 셋째로, “기독교적 세계관에 근거한 통합 중심 인식” 유형은 기독교상담에서 기독교적 세계관을 중심으로 한 기독교와 상담학의 통합을 강조했으며, 마지막으로 “전인적 회복을 위한 상담학의 통합 중심 인식” 유형은 상담자가 지닌, 기독교적 세계관으로 내담자를 해석하려는 태도를 조심할 것을 강조하며, 내담자의 전인적 회복을 위하여 상담학과의 통합을 강조함이 나타났다. This study aims to identify the types of the subjective perceptions about Christian counseling among Korean Christian counselors base on Q–methodology. In this study, 4 types of perception were identified. The first type, named “focused on the relationship with God,” emphasizes the client’s relationship with God in the Christian counseling. The second perception type was named as “focused on the perspective of God and sanctification” and it emphasizes to make the client has God’s perspective and be sanctified. The third type, named “focus on the integration which is based on the Christian worldview,” especially emphasizes the integration of Christianity and counseling and Christian worldview. The last type was named as “focus on the integration which is for the recovery of holistic being.” They beware the counselor’s attitude to interpret the clients with Christian worldview and to have stereotype to the client.

기독교상담자의 정체성 : 영적 자질을 중심으로

기독교상담에 대한 관심과 학문적 발전은 이 분야의 저변 확대를 이루었다. 그러나 현실적으로는 일반상담과의 차별성이나 독특성을 찾기 어려운 실정이어서, 정체성의 혼란이 초래되고 있다. 이러한 상황은 곧 기독교상담자의 정체성 혼란으로 연결되기 때문에, 기독교상담 정체성 요인으로서의 기독교상담자에 대한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 이에 본 연구는 기독교상담자의 영적 자질에 대해 고찰하고, 영적 자질 향상을 위한 과제를 제시하기 위해 수행되었다. 연구의 전개는 먼저 기독교상담의 정의와 목표 및 특성을 살피고, 이를 근거로 기독교상담자에 대한 보다 깊은 이해를 제공함으로써 영적 자질이 정체성 형성의 핵심 요인임을 통찰하였다. 영적 자질 향상을 위해서는 첫째, 학회 차원의 과제로서 커리큘럼 편성과 필수 교육과정으로 기독교세계관 배정, 슈퍼비전에서 영성 문제 다루기를 제안하였다. 둘째, 상담자 개인 차원의 과제로 철저한 개인 훈련과 기독교자원 활용, 상담 장면에서 내담자에게 복음을 제시하기 위한 효과적인 방안 모색 및 실천을 강조하였다. 그리고 구체적인 방법에 대한 면밀한 검토와 적극적 논의를 제안하였다. 본 연구는 기독교상담자들이 참된 정체성을 확립하고, 기독교상담을 통하여 이 땅에 하나님 나라를 확장하는 사명을 감당하는 데 기여할 수 있을 것이다. The purpose of this study is to examine spiritual qualities as identity factors of Christian counselors and to suggest tasks for improvement of spiritual qualities. The study first explored the definitions, goals, and characteristics of Christian counseling, which are differentiated from general counseling, and provided a deeper understanding of Christian counselors based on this, and it was insighted that spiritual qualities could be a key factor in the formation of identity. In order to improve the spiritual qualities of Christian counselors, first, I proposed to organize curriculum as an academic society level task, to assign Christian world view to essential curriculum, and to deal spirituality problem in supervision. second, the counselors emphasized the effective use of personal training and Christian resources as an individual task, and an effective plan for presenting the gospel to the client in the counseling scene. and I suggested a close examination of the concrete method and an active discussion. In order to improve the spiritual qualities of Christian counselors, first, I proposed curriculum as an academic society level assignment, Christian world view assignment as essential curriculum, and spirituality problem in supervision. Christian counselors will be able to contribute to fulfilling the mission of establishing true identity and expanding the kingdom of God on earth through Christian counseling.

기독교상담 정체성 모델에 관한 고찰 - 기독교 삼위일체 신학 정신에 입각한 “3I” 모델 -

현대 심리상담 분야에서 기독교상담 영역은 높은 수준의 전문성과 공공의 영향력 을 가지고 발전해왔다. 그러나 그 이면에는 일반 상담이론과 상담방법론을 도구로 사 용하는 기독교상담자들에게 기독교상담 정체성에 관한 질문들에 명료하게 답하기 어 려운 모호함이 존재해왔다. 때문에 기독교상담은 실천적 학문으로서 발전해오면서 정 체성에 관한 연구들이 지속적으로 수행되어 왔다. 주로 기독교상담의 상담방법론적인 정체성을 확립하고자 일반 상담심리 이론이나 상담방법론을 신학적으로 재해석하는 접근들이었다. 본 논문은 기존의 정체성 연구들의 업적을 계승하면서도 기독교 신학 정신의 핵심인 삼위일체 신학 정신에 입각한 기독교상담의 실천적 세계관과 상담자가 지녀야할 정신과 태도를 제시함으로써 새로운 접근의 기독교상담 정체성을 드러내고 자 하였다. 본 논문은 기독교상담의 정체성 모델을 기독교 삼위일체 신학 정신의 영문 이니셜 을 연결하여 “3I” 모델이라고 명명하여 제안하고자 한다. 첫 번째 “I”는 Incarnation, 즉 성육신 신학 정신을 의미한다. 이는 성육신 신학 정신으로 그리스도를 본받아 내 담자를 공감하라는 정신이다. 두 번째 “I”는 Imago-Dei, 즉 하나님의 형상 신학 정신 을 의미한다. 이는 하나님의 형상대로 지음받은 내담자를 존중하고 인간 내면의 하나님의 표상을 함께 발견하라는 정신이다. 세 번째 “I”는 Inspiration, 즉 성령감화 신학 정신을 의미한다. 이는 영적 존재인 인간 내면의 영적 통찰과 깨달음을 촉진하라는 정신이다. 이 세 가지 “I”를 연결한 “3I 모델”을 기독교상담자가 지녀야 하는 정신 요 소로써 기독교상담 정체성 모델을 제안하는 것이 본 논문의 목적이다. In the field of modern professional counseling, the field of Christian Counseling has developed with a high level of expertise and public influence. However, behind it, Christian counselors who learn and use general counseling theory as a methodology have experienced the discomfort of ambiguity in front of questions about the identity of Christian Counseling. Therefore, as Christian Counseling has developed into a practical discipline, studies on identity have been continuously conducted. It was mainly approaches that theological hermeneutics of general counseling psychology theory or methodology to establish the counseling methodological identity of Christian Counseling. While inheriting the achievements of precedent studies about the identity of Christian Counseling, this study attempted to propose the Christian Counseling identity of a new approach by presenting the practical worldview of Christian Counseling and the spirit and attitude that counselors should have based on the Trinity theological spirit. This study proposes the identity model of Christian Counseling by linking the English initials of the Christian Trinity Theological spirit with the name "3I Model". The first "I" means Incarnation, that is, theological spirit of Incarnation. This is a spirit to follow Christ with the spirit of sympathizing with the client. The second "I" means Imago-Dei, that is, the spirit of Imago-Dei(God) theology. This is the spirit of respecting the client, who has been created in the Imago-Dei(God), and discovering the image of God inside the client together. The third "I" means Inspiration, that is, the spirit of the Holy Spirit and Inspiration theology. This is the spirit to promote spiritual insights and enlightenment in the clients, who are spiritual beings. The purpose of this study is to propose a Christian Counseling identity model that presents the "3I model" that connects these three "I"s as a spiritual element that Christian counselors must have.

기독교 상담자와 기독교 세계관 정립의 중요성

기독교 상담자는 인간의 문제에 보다 깊은 관심을 가지게 되는데, 여기서 올바른 방향성을 가지는 것은 무엇보다 중요하다. 그렇기 때문에 올바른 방향성이 어떤 것인가를 다시 한 번 되새겨보는 것은 기독교 상담자에게 반드시 필요한 일이 될 것이다. 기독교 상담은 하나님의 은혜와 성령이라는 신앙적 요소를 가지고 세계관 변화를 통한 개인의 전인격적 성장에 초점을 둔 것이라고 말 할 수 있다. 진정한 변화는 하나님과의 관계 회복을 통해서 가능하다. 그것은 세계관의 변화를 통한 본질적인 변화를 이루는 것이다. 여기서 세계관 변화는 올바른 기독교 세계관을 지닌 기독교 상담자를 통한 기독교 상담에서만 가능한 일이다. 그렇기 때문에 기독교 상담자의 기독교 세계관 정립은 반드시 선행되어야 하는 과제임에 틀림없다. 본 연구에서 세계관의 정립을 강조하고자 함은 그리스도인이든지 비그리스도인이든지 간에 참된 변화를 위해서 오직 성경적인 세계관 곧 기독교 세계관으로의 변화의 중요성을 다시 한 번 깨닫고, 기독교 상담자가 기독교 세계관 정립의 중요성을 인식하고자 함이다. 그리고 기독교 상담 현장에서 기독교 상담자가 내담자의 세계관에 따라 중심이 흔들려 타협하거나 혼합하는 기독교 상담이 아니라, 기독교 상담자 자신의 세계관을 견고히 세워 기독교 세계관에 입각한 진정한 기독교 상담을 이루는데 있다. Christian counselors always treat the matter of human beings. And it is very important to set in the right perspective on human beings. In other words, it is the essential mission for Christian counselors to reconsider the correct direction by judging from the Christian view. This study argues that the core of the direction is applying Christian worldview to human being and Christian counseling. The main goal of Christian counseling makes people grow to one`s whole personality through his or her changes in worldview, which has to be based on God`s grace and Holy Spirit. The real change can be started from restoring the relationships with God and the renewal of worldview according to sound biblical perspective. This should come before actual changes. Also, the worldview can be changed effectively through Christian counselling, especially, led by Christian counselors having a proper worldview. For Christian counselors, therefore, it should be preceded to establish the desirable Christian worldview. Recognizing the importance of Christian worldview, this study emphasizes on having the right worldview, which is essential element for changing of both christians and non-christians. Another reason why the study focuses on the worldview is to avoid compromising with clients who don`t have the firm worldview, and to practice the sincere Christian counseling by building Christian worldview among them.

기독교 상담의 효과 - 기준과 과제 -

기독교 상담의 효과에 대한 관심이 높다. 효과의 기준을 상담과 심리치료의 기준에서 분석한다. 실증치료법에서 효과의 기준은 실험연구, 구체적 문제와 대상, 그리고 상담 매뉴얼이다. 실험연구는 연구설계와 연구절차의 객관성을 의미한다. 구체적 문제와 대상은 상담개입의 대상이 되는 문제와 사람의 특징을 구체적으로 규정한다. 그리고 상담 매뉴얼은 상담개입의 방법과 과정에 대한 구체적이고 객관적 규정이다. 이것들은 모두 연구방법과 연구절차의 객관성을 확보하기 위한 조건이다. 그리고 이 기준을 통과한 상담과 심리치료의 모형만이 효과적이라고 판정되었다. 그러나 증거기반실천에서 목표는 객관성이 아니라 효과에 있다. 상담개입의 목표는 내담자에게 긍정적 영향을 주는 것이기 때문에, 기준은 더 포괄적이다. 그러므로 실증치료법에서 강조하는 객관성은 기준의 일부분이다. 증거기반실천은 하나의 연구에 국한에서 방법론적 객관성을 분석하는 것에 초점을 두지 않는다. 오히려 여러 연구결과들을 체계적으로 분석하는 것을 유효성의 핵심으로 삼는다. 그리고 이 연구증거도 기준의 일부분에 불과하다. 다른 기준은 상담자의 임상적 전문성과 내담자의 문화와 가치이다. 상담자의 임상적 전문성은 상대개입의 실효성을 증진하는 상담자의 능력이다. 이것은 내담자의 평가, 상담관계의 형성, 상담전략의 구성, 그리고 상담기술과 함께 스스로 계속 계발의 능력과 외부 전문가의 도움을 확보하는 능력을 포함한다. 내담자의 문화와 가치는 임상적 전문성의 한 분야이면서, 동시에 증거기반실천의 기준이기도 하다. 내담자의 문화, 특성, 가치관, 그리고 선호도를 수용하고 존중해서 실효성을 증진한다. 우리나라 기독교 상담의 현재 특징을 효과의 분석이라는 기준으로 3개로 구분한다. 이것은 기독교 상담의 모형과 원리의 구성, 구성요인의 확인, 그리고 효과적 기독교 상담의 모형의 구성이다. 기독교의 문제를 심리적 이론으로 모형을 구성하거나 일반적 문제와 해결에 대한 모형을 구성하는 과정에 심리학과 기독교적 개념이나 신학을 사용한다. 구성요인의 확인은 기독교 모형에 구성요인이 되는 개념들을 기독교인을 대상으로 그 효과를 분석한다. 그리고 효과적 기독교 상담의 모형의 구성이다. 이것은 우리나라 기독교인을 대상으로 모형을 구성하고 그것의 효과를 분석한 연구들이다. 우리나라 기독교 상담의 효과를 증진하기 위한 4개 과제를 제시한다. 첫째는 기독교 상담의 효과에 대한 연구와 연구결과들의 체계적 분석이다. 둘째는 내담자의 문제와 특성에 대한 구체적 분석이다. 셋째는 기독성의 특징과 범위에 대한 분석이다. 그리고 넷째는 기독교 상담자의 전문성과 의사결정 과정에 대한 분석이다. The criteria of the effects of Christian counseling have been adopted on the basis of the analysis of the criteria of the Empirically Supported Treatments and the Evidence-Based Practices in psychology. The criteria of the Empirically Supported Treatments include efficacy, specificity, and standardization with a treatment manual. Efficacy is typically based on more than two randomized controlled trials. Specificity is a client who is conceptualized to have a disorder, problem, or a component. They overemphasize the objective methodology. A treatment manual contains a definitive description of the principles and techniques of the counseling intervention, to formulate standardization of the intervention with reducing variability. The Evidence-Based Practices transfers their attention to the consequential effects of their clients. Therefore, they expand their criteria. Their criteria include effectiveness and efficiency as well as efficacy. In other words, the clients’ characteristics and cultures, the counselor’s clinical expertises, and the current best research evidences are included in the criteria for the Evidence-Based Practices. The current best research evidence is typically based on not a couple of randomized controlled trials but their systematic reviews. The clinical expertises contains many competencies that promote positive outcomes, such as assessments, clinical decisions, interpersonal expertise, continuing self-development, and seeking available resources. The clients’ characteristics and cultures imply that counseling interventions are most effective when responding to their specific problems, strengths, personality, cultures, and preferences. Three characteristics of the Korean Christian counseling have been suggested in terms of their effects. They are constructing its guidelines or models without analyzing its effect, identifying its variables through analyzing their efficacy, and analyzing its newly constructed models’ effects through analyzing their efficacy and effectiveness. To enhance its effects, four suggestions have been provided. They are high-quality systematic reviews of the results in its empirical researches, comprehensive classifications of its clients’ specific problems and personalities, systematic reviews of effects of its Christian features, and systematic reviews of clinical expertises and decision-making processes of its counselors.

4차 산업혁명 시대의 기독교 상담

본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 기독교 상담과 심리치료에 대한 전망을 제시한다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 기본이해와 가치 탐구를 통해 시대 변화에 따른 신학적 성찰과 사회환경적 요소를 분석하였다. 기독교 정체성과 상담, 그리고 환경변화가 조화를 이룰 때 기독교 상담의 미래를 이야기 할 수 있기 때문이다. 기독교 상담은 인간이 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 현실과 사이버 공간 등의 융합으로 구축되는 세상에 구속되지 않고, 사회통합의 주관자로서 인간성을 지키며 안정적 세상을 이끌도록 할 것이다. 본 연구는 4차 산업혁명 시대의 도래에 대한 이해를 토대로 새로운 인간형에 대한 신학적 가치와 관계에 대한 탐구와 분석을 하였다. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 기독교 상담이 시대적응을 돕기 위한 선행과제로 인간의 고유성과 정체성에 대한 논의는 중요한 역할을 한다. 기독교는 하나님과의 관계를 통해 시작하고, 상담은 인간관계를 대상으로 한다는 점에서 융합과제 해결의 기반이 된다. 4차 산업혁명으로 대변되는 환경의 변화와 불안의 혼란에서 기독교 상담 고유의 전문성을 토대로 인간과 하나님 사이의 가치를 다루는 본질적 주제가 있다. 4차 산업을 대표하는 빅 데이터나 가상현실 등을 중심으로 상담 적용 가능성을 살펴보고, 혼란 현상에 대한 경계와 융합을 중심으로 혼란을 정리하고 기독교 상담의 본질에 대한 논의를 할 수 있다. 기독교 상담은 새로운 가치실현의 균형자가 되기 위해 학문적 정체성과 당면 과제들에 대한 신학적, 상담적 가치를 제공해야 한다. 4차 산업혁명 시대의 기독교 상담의 중요한 가치는 인간의 고유성과 정체성에 대한 고찰을 통해 드러날 수 있다. 4차 산업혁명은 하나님과의 관계재정립을 위한 성장의 새로운 시작점이 된다. 4차 산업혁명에 대한 인간의 두려움은 오히려 하나님의 사랑을 확인하고 스스로 더 큰 잠재능력을 가진 존재로 인정하게 될 것이다. 본 연구는 상담이 융합의 과제를 해결할 가장 최적의 기반이 된다는 사실을 이해하고, 기독교 상담이 새로운 가치실현과 균형자가 되기 위한 과제 해결에 대한 논의는 인간과 하나님 사이의 관계에 대한 정립이 우선된다고 한다. 나아가 4차 산업혁명 시대에서 기독교 상담의 과제는 융합적 가치를 추구하는 여러 영역에서의 갈등을 중재하고, 상담 철학과 접근을 통해 창조적 삶을 이끌어야 한다는 결론을 제시한다. This study proposes the prospect of Christian counseling in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. Through a basic understanding and investigation of the values of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, this study examined the theological reflection and socio-environmental factors following the transition of times, because the future of Christian counseling can be discussed when Christian identity, counseling, and socio-environmental changes are in harmony. Christian counseling will allow humans to maintain their humanity as main agents of social integration and promote stability of the world, without being bound by the world built on the fusion of real and cyber spaces in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. In this regard, this study explores and analyzes the theological values and relation of the new human form in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. As a prerequisite to assist people to adapt to the new era, Christian counseling in this age plays an important role in the discussion of the uniqueness and identity of humans. The fact that Christianity arose from the relationship with God and counseling from human relationships is the foundation for solving convergence tasks. Against the backdrop of the chaos arising from the uncertainty and environmental changes associated with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, there arises a fundamental calling to deal with the value of the relationship between humans and God based on the particular expertise of Christian counseling. Christian counseling needs to demonstrate its academic identity and values in theology and current issues in order to bring the balance in the realization of new values. This study proposes a conclusion that the task of Christian counseling in the age of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is to resolve the conflicts from many fields that seek an integrative value and promote creativity in life through a variety of philosophy and counseling approaches.

칼빈의 경건주의 신학에 기초한 기독교 상담자의 경건 훈련 중요성에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study is to explore the notion that godly disciplines for Christian counselors are more significant than anything else in keeping Christian counseling ministry sound and appropriate in accordance with the pietism theology of Jean Calvin (1509-1564). Today, a great number of mental health specialists are being produced, but spiritual aspects, which have played a part in healing for a long time in human history, get often overlooked. By the way, however, clients who come in for counseling still long for spiritual healing. Therefore, it should be admitted that Christian counselors have to adopt a spiritual approach - both Christian and integrated - in order to expect effective results from counseling. The dialogue between counseling and theology, in an effort to make such an expectation a reality, has often been targeted as a research subject in pursuit of the ultimate goal in the field of Christian counseling. Christian counseling should be primarily concerned with Christian identity, and at the same time spiritual aspects of Christian counselors are a very important issue. Basically, it’s likely that the most critical tool in Christian counseling among others is just Christian counselors. Accordingly, Christian counselors should not forget the fact that they themselves are God’s healing instruments sent to clients, dedicating their best effort to sustainability in piety, Christian identity, through a constant relationship check-up with God, let alone theories of counseling psychology and clinical practices. This study, on the premise that Calvin’s research and ministry involved some aspects of pastoral care and Christian counseling, is committed to learning what lessons Calvin’s pietism and godly disciplines throughout his life teach us on the practice of piety for today’s Christian counselors. First, as a method of doing research, extensive literature research was carried out on Calvin’s theology and his pietism in an effort to verify the significance of godly disciplines. Second, a particular focus was given to how godly disciplines began in Calvin’s life. Third, considerable efforts were taken to look into the importance of Bible study, prayer and loving others as godly disciplines required for Christian counselors. 본 연구의 목적은 올바른 기독교 상담 사역을 위하여 기독교 상담자의 경건 훈련이 무엇보다 중요하다는 점을 존 칼빈(Jean Calvin, 1509~1564)의 경건주의 신학에 기초하여 고찰해 보고자 하는 것이다. 오늘날 많은 정신건강전문가들이 양산되고 있으나 오랜 인류 역사동안 치유에 기여해 온 영성적인 영역에 관한 관심은 간과되고 있다. 그러나 상담에 찾아오는 내담자들은 여전히 영적 치유에 갈급해 한다. 이에 기독교 상담자는 기독교적이고 통합적인 영성적 접근을 시도해야만 상담의 효과적인 결과를 기대할 수 있음을 인정해야 한다. 이러한 기대를 실현하기 위해 상담과 신학의 대화에 관한 주제는 기독교 상담이 추구해야 할 궁극적인 목표로써 종종 연구가 시도되어 왔다. 기독교 상담의 주요 관심사는 기독교적 정체성이며 기독교 상담자의 영성적 측면도 중요한 주제이다. 기독교 상담에서 무엇보다 중요한 도구는 기독교 상담자 자신이다. 따라서 기독교 상담자는 본인이 내담자에게 보내어진 하나님의 치유 도구라는 사실을 잊지 않고 상담심리학적 이론과 임상훈련 뿐만 아니라, 끊임없는 하나님과의 관계 점검을 통해 기독교 정체성인 경건함을 유지할 수 있도록 최선을 다해야 한다. 본 고에서는 칼빈의 연구와 사역에 목회적 돌봄과 기독교 상담적인 측면이 존재하였음을 전제로 하여 칼빈의 경건주의와 그의 삶 속에서 나타난 경건훈련이 기독교 상담자의 경건훈련에 어떠한 교훈을 주는지에 대하여 알아보고자 한다. 연구 방법으로는 첫째, 칼빈의 신학과 경건주의에 관한 문헌연구를 통해 경건훈련의 중요성을 확인 한다. 둘째, 칼빈의 삶 속에서 경건훈련은 어떻게 시작되었는가에 관하여 알아본다. 셋째, 기독교 상담자에게 요구되어지는 경건훈련으로써 성경 말씀 연구, 기도, 이웃사랑의 중요성에 대하여 고찰한다.

기독교 상담에 대한 이해와 과제

본 연구는 문헌적 고찰을 통하여 기독교 상담에 대한 이해와 과제를 제시하고자 하였다. 기독교 상담의 연구 방법에는 성경 내용 분석, 조사연구 방법, 실험연구 방법, 사례연구 방법 등이 있다. 현재 기독교 상담 연구의 최근 동향으로는 이론적 연구, 조사 연구, 이론 조사연구, 이론 사례 연구, 실험연구, 기타 연구 등이 있다. 기독교 상담의 발전을 위해서 상담 이론들 가운데 대표적으로 개인 심리와 관계심리의 철학적인 배경에 대한 이해의 필요성을 느낄 수 있었다. 기독교 상담의 연구 과제로는 기독교 영성과 인간의 마음과 관련, 사람들의 마음속에 초자연적 세계와 관련을 만드는 특징 등에 대한 과제 제시를 하였다. 또한 기독교 상담의 적용에 있어서 전문적 준비, 기독교 상담의 사회적 활성화와 상담자 관리, 행정적 수립 보완과 예방과 성장과 교육과제도 확립에 대한 과제를 제시하였다. This study is to suggest the matter of an understanding of Christian counseling and a developmental project. Among the ways of the Christian counseling research, there are some analyzing Biblical text, study of research method, of experiment method, of case study, and so on. Current trends of Christian counseling study has theoretical study of Christian counseling research, research, research theory, theory-case studies, case-theory studies, experiment study, and other types of researches. For the development of Christian counseling, the necessity and understanding of the philosophical background concerning with personal and relationship psychology are representative among the counseling theories. An study issue on Christian counseling is suggested with regard of both christian spirituality, human mind and characteristics forming supernatural world in mind. Also, on the part of application of Christian counseling, we suggest that it would be need not only the well-preparation on it and management of consultant as well as societal activation of Christian counseling, but also some supplementary of administrational structure and educational system built on it.

기독교상담자의 정체성과 딜레마에 관한 내러티브 탐구

본 연구는 기독교상담자가 경험하는 정체성과 딜레마에 관한 질적 연구로, 기독교상담자를 위한 전략적 지원과 정책 수립에 대안을 마련하려는 목적을 가지고 있다. 이를 위하여 10년 이상의 기독교 신앙을 가지고 있고, 기독교상담대학원에서 석사 이상을 취득하였으며, 현재 현장에서 기독교상담을 3년 이상 진행하고 있는 기독교상담자 20명을 대상으로 내러티브 탐구를 진행한 자료를 질적 분석 프로그램인 NVivo11을 활용하여 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 구체적으로 정체성과 딜레마에 대한 연구는 각각 학문적, 실제적, 개인적 영역의 세 가지 관점에서 논의되고 있는데, 먼저 정체성과 관련해서는 첫째, 기독교상담의 전문성 확보의 요구, 둘째, 기독교상담 현장의 확대 필요성, 셋째, 기독교상담자의 개인적 정체성 정립에 대한 논의 등을 경험하고 있으며, 다음 딜레마와 관련해서는 첫째, 초기의 딜레마를 극복하고 신앙과 상담의 통합을 시도, 둘째, 개인적, 학문적, 임상적 영역에서 딜레마 경험, 셋째, 기독교상담에 대한 타인의 인식에 의해 부정적 정체성이 형성되고 딜레마를 경험하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 기독교상담자의 정체성과 딜레마를 이해하기 위한 기초자료와 기독교상담자의 지원을 위한 구체적인 정보를 제공했다는 점에 그 의의가 있다. This study is a qualitative inquiry into the identity and dilemmas that christian counselors usually go through and its purpose is to prepare alternatives for the strategic assistance and policy making for the sake of christian counselors. For this, narrative inquiry has been conducted on 20 christian counselors who have a faith for over 10 years and more than master’s degree at christian counseling with over 3 years of field experience. The results analyzed using a qualitative analysis software NVivo11 are as follows. In details, the inquiry into the identity and dilemma is discussed in three points of view, respectively: an academic, practical and personal area. In relation to the identity, the first is demands for the secure professionalism in christian counseling. The second is more opportunities for it. The third is the discussion for the establishment of personal identity of christian counselors. In relation to dilemma, firstly christian counselors are trying to combine faith and counseling after they have overcome many dilemmas in the early stage of counseling. Secondly, they experience dilemmas in the same three areas. Finally, they experience dilemmas with the establishment of negative identity caused by others’ understanding over the christian counseling. This study provides basic materials to understand their identity and dilemma and also provides detailed information to support them.
