        세계 금융위기 이후 해운산업은 장기 불황의 늪에 빠졌고, 운임하락으로 인한 과다경쟁으로 악재가 거듭되었다. 이러한 해운 위기 상황을 극복하기위 해 일부 글로벌 정기선 해운기업은 규모의 경제, 선대확충, 비용절감을 위해 전략적 인수합병(M&A)을 추진하기에 이르렀다. 이러한 글로벌 정기선사들의 M&A는 정기선 해운시장 전체에 막대한 영향을 미치며 시장 내 질서를 재편했다. 이와 같이 최근 주요한 해운환경 변화 요인이 되고있는 글로벌 정기선사들의 M&A사례 분석을 통한 실태조사와 객관적인 경영성과 지표를 조사 분석해 글로벌 정기선사들의 M&A가 해운산업에 어떠한 영향을 미치고, M&A추진 기업들에게는 어떠한 경영성과가 나타났는지를 고찰하는 연구가 필요하다. 이 연구는 주요 글로벌 정기선사들의 M&A사례를 분석하고, 이들 글로벌 정기선 해운기업들의 M&A효과를 양적인 측면과 경영성과적인 측면에서 객관적으로 진단하고, 과연 이러한 전략적 M&A가 그 이전과 이후의 내부적 환경에는 어떠한 영향을 미치고 있는지를 확인해 보고자 한다. 해운업계에서는 1990년대 중후반부터 대형 해운사를 중심으로 인수합병(M&A)이 이루어졌고, 해운 경기 침체로 해운사의 수익성 개선과 경영 효율화 방안으로 최근까지 M&A전략이 많은 관심을 끌고 있다. 이런 상황에서 해운사의 M&A 효과를 제대로 평가하고 이후 성공적인 M&A를 달성하기 위한 전략을 새우는 것이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구를 통해 글로벌 해운사의 M&A의 배경과 목적, 동기 및 사례연구를 통한 경영성과 분석을 통해 M&A성과 여부를 고찰 하고자 한다. Since the global financial crisis, global shipping industry has been mired in a prolonged slump, and it has been plagued by falling freight rates and fierce competition. To overcome such a shipping crisis, some global shipping companies have come to push for M&As for economies of scale, fleet expansion and cost-cutting villages. The M&As of such global regular carriers have had a huge impact on the overall shipping market for regular ships, reshaping the order in the market. As such, we felt the need to examine and evaluate the M&A situation of global regular shipping liners and their impact, which have recently been a major source of change in the shipping environment. In other words, we need to examine how the M&A of global liners has affected the shipping industry and how it has worked for M&A companies. The study analyzed the M&A cases of major global shipping companies, objectively diagnosed the M&A effects of these global liner shipping companies in terms of both quantity and management performance, and confirmed how these M&As are affecting the internal environment since the relocation, and referred to the shipping companies in the future. In the shipping industry, mergers and acquisitions were conducted around large shipping companies from the mid- to late 1990s, and M&A strategies have drawn keen attention until recently as a way to improve the profitability of shipping companies and streamline management due to the sluggish shipping industry. Against this backdrop, it is necessary to properly assess the M&A effects of shipping companies and map out strategies to achieve successful M&As. Through this study, we want to examine the background, purpose, and management performance of global shipping companies.

      • 죽염 제조공정 중 발생하는 황화합물 및 미네랄 조성

        본 연구에서는 자죽염에 함유된 이산화황과 환원력의 원인을 규명하기 위해 원염(천일염, 구운 소금, 1 차 죽염), 대나무 첨가, 고온에서의 용융시간에 따라 자죽염의 황화합물 조성 및 함량, 산화환원 전위, 미네랄 함량과 일반적 특성을 분석하였다. 1 차 죽염은 1,000℃에서 3 시간 동안 대나무와 구운 소금을 가열하여 제조하였으며 이로부터 이산화황과 아황산 이온이 검출되었다. 자죽염은 1 차 죽염과 대나무를 함께 넣어 1,030℃에서 4 시간 동안 가열하여 제조하였다. 자죽염의 이산화황과 아황산 이온 함량은 각각 14~109 ppm과 327~426 ppm으로 황산이온이 감소되면서 이산화황과 아황산 이온의 함량이 증가하였고 자죽염의 산화환원전위는 –81.6~-211.4 mV였다. 대나무 없이 1,030℃에서 4 시간 동안 구운 천일염과 구운 소금의 이산화황과 아황산 이온은 검출되지 않았다. 이들의 산화환원전위는 각각 58.6~108.8 mV, 57.9~179.3 mV였다. 천일염과 구운 소금을 대나무와 함께 1,030℃에서 4 시간 동안 구웠을 때, 이산화황과 아황산 이온이 발생하였고 이들의 산화환원전위는 각각 –18.9~-136.9 mV, 11.8~-215.6 mV였다. 산화환원전위와 환원력을 측정하는 주요인자로 작용하는 이산화황과 아황산 이온이 고온에서 대나무와 천일염간의 상호작용에 의해 발생하는 것으로 추정된다. 자죽염의 염도, 수분 함량과 사분 함량은 높은 온도에 의해 영향을 받지 않았으나 불용분 함량은 대나무를 첨가함으로써 약 1.6%가 증가하였다. 자죽염의 Ca와 K의 함량은 대나무 없이 1차 죽염을 구운 것보다 각각 2.1 배, 2.8 배 더 높았고 이러한 미네랄 함량의 증가는 대나무에 기인한 것으로 추정된다. 이상의 결과를 종합하여 볼 때, 자죽염의 기능성을 나타내는 환원력은 이산화황과 아황산이온으로 인해 발생하였고 고온에서 용융하는 시간을 길게 할수록 이들 황화물질이 많아져 자죽염의 환원력이 증가할 것으로 예상된다. This study was performed to assess the cause of the sulfur dioxide contained in the purple bamboo salt and the resulting reducing power. In aspect of raw materials(solar salt, roasted salt and primary bamboo salt), addition of bamboo, and high-temperature melting time, the composition and content of sulfur compounds, oxidation-reduction potential, mineral content and the general characteristics of purple bamboo salt were investigated. The bamboo salt used in the experiment were prepared by heating bamboo and roasted salt at 1,000℃ for 3 hours, which is called the primary bamboo salt. Sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion were occurs in the primary bamboo salt itself. Purple bamboo salt was prepared by reheating primary bamboo salt and bamboo together at 1,030℃ for 4 hours. Each of the sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion content of purple bamboo salt were increased by 14 ~ 109 ppm, 327 ~ 426 ppm, respectively. On the other hand, sulfate ion has been reduced along with increasing sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion content. Redox potential of purple bamboo salt was –81.6 ∼ -211.4 mV. When solar salt and roasted salt was heated at 1,030℃ for 4 hours without bamboo, the sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion was not detected. Redox potential of those salts was 58.6~108.8 mV and 57.9~179.3 mV. But When solar salt and roasted salt was heated at 1,030℃ for 4 hours with bamboo, the sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion was occurred. Redox potential of those salts was 18.9~-136.9 mV and 11.8~-215.6 mV. It can be estimated that sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion were originated from the interaction of bamboo and solar salt at high temperatures. These compounds might be the main factor that determines the redox potential and reducing power. Salinity, water and sand content of purple bamboo salt was not affected by high temperatures, but insoluble content has increased about 1.6 percent by the addition of bamboo. Also content of calcium and potassium ion of purple bamboo salt was 2.1-times, and 2.8 times higher than these of reheated primary bamboo salt without bamboo. Increase in mineral content is assumed to be due to the bamboo. The reducing power which was indicating the functional property of purple bamboo salt was due to sulfur dioxide and sulfite ion. High melting temperature and the longer time to increase the amount of these compounds was expected to increase reducing power of purple bamboo salt.

      • 內在價値가 株價形成에 미치는 영향에 관한 實證的 硏究

        The study is aimed at making a suggestion for effective investment by finding out the relations between the theoretically inherent value of an enterprise and the formation of its stock price on the Korean stock market. As the pattern of investment through basic analysis on the occasion of the opening of the capital market to foreign invest-ment in 1992 is taking root. It is now required that one should take the logic and reasonable investment attitude by which to evaluate stocks through main financial statements such as price earnings ratio (FFR) arid price book value ratio (PBR). This means that when the stock price is defined as its evaluation by investors, It is, above all, important to judge whether the market stock price of an enterprise is evaluated lower or higher than its "the enterprise's" intrinsic value by analyzing its "the enterprise's" inherent value before investment. In Chapter 2 and 3. hitherto introduced models of stock evaluation are explained for better understanding of the back-ground of the theory and the approach which has been made is based on the position of the theory of profits. And in Chapter 4, for higher reliance on the study, the Japanese stock market of the times when it was opend to foreign investment is dealt with as its situation was similar to that ofour present market. Lastly by positive analysis of the results from the invest-ment after making four portfolios on the basis of the respective different criterions. I have arrived at the following conclusion: 1. There is a close interrelationship between the inherent value of an enterprise and the formation of its stock price on the market. 2. The stock price tends to depend on the inherent value of the related enterprise and moves elastically in proportion to the size of the gap between them. 3. In the inherent value of an enterprise and its stock price. the relative importance of PER, an index of profitability has been found to the absolute and PER, the increase rate of the sales has proved to influence them. 4. It has also been found that one can get the best results from the investment by concentrating investment on the items found to be evaluated lower on the basis of the calculation of the inherent value of the enterprise through main financial ratio. As is shown in the above paragraghs, the theory of the formation of the stock price depending on the Inherent value of an enterprise has been confirmed. But further studies and improvement are required since a lot of problems have been found in the way of analysis.

      • 高熱을 받은 鐵筋콘크리트 短柱의 耐力特性에 관한 硏究

        This dissertation proved the evaluation of the bearing force of reinforced concrete column heated at high temperature through theoretical interpretation and experiment. I made logical hypothesis on the relation ship among high temperature-heating duration-modulus of strength reduction after studying existing publications, and led a theoretical formula. You can use this formula for the interpretative evaluation of reinforced concrete column suffered from high heating degree. Im this test, I heated the concrete test pieces at high temperatures, such as 900℃ and 1,000℃, for 30, 60, 90, and 120 minutes as the heating duration. I got these following results through the study. 1. The practice formula was in good accord with the result of the test, and including heating duration as a changeable factor, it made us the possibility of the interpretative evaluation on the resisting ability of reinforced concrete column heated at high temperature. 2. Heat conduction to the concrete column at the high temperature was the same as that of the existing pubicatious. But when inside concrete temperature was beyoud 400℃-500℃, the concrete throughly changed to neutralization, and while the concrete was cooling, loopstyle crack belt was formed by ingredient separation phenomenon between white colour zone and alkali zone where the concrete keep the original properties of it. 3. This study keeps within bounds of simple theory on the relation ship among the high temperature-heating duration-bearing force because of studying time limitation. I think it is necessary that the basic study on the dynamic modulus in relation to the properties of concrete at the high temperature conditions is supplemented more.

      • 이동 에이전트를 이용한 헬프데스크 설계 및 구현

        컴퓨터 기술의 발달로 컴퓨터는 빠르게 향상되었지만 시스템은 더욱 복잡해졌고, 시스템에 대한 유지보수도 늘어났다. 기업들도 기업의 TCO(Total Cost of Ownership)를 절감하기 위해 네트워크 및 시스템 관리의 중요성이 부각되면서 헬프데스크 기술의 필요성이 대두되었다. 기존 헬프데스크는 시스템에 대한 유지보수, 장애관리의 문제점을 해결하였지만, 중앙집중 방식에 따른 서비스 지역의 한계와 클라이언트가 서버에 항상 접속해서 높은 트래픽을 발생시키는 문제점 등이 있다. 따라서 본 논문은 이동 에이전트 기술을 이용하여 기존의 헬프데스크의 중앙집중 방식에 따른 서비스 지역의 한계성을 해결하고, 서버에 항상 접속해서 높은 트래픽을 발생시키고 속도를 저하시키는 문제점을 해결할 수 있는 헬프데스크를 구현하였다.
