          복싱선수들의 완벽주의 성향이 운동스트레스 및 운동탈진에 미치는 영향

          This study aims to identify the phenomenon in which boxers' perfectionist tendencies affect exercise stress and exercise exhaustion. This study applied sampling of non-probability sampling methods to amateur boxer registered with the Korea Boxing Federation. A total of 280 surveys were distributed, and a total of 268 surveys were selected as valid samples, except for 12 surveys that were worthless as data. The data analysis methods used to investigate the structural relationship between perfectionism and psychological factors in boxers were analyzed using PASW 18.0 for exploratory factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and session analysis. The results of the study are as follows. First, the perfectionism tendencies of boxers had a significant effect on exercise stress. Second, the perfectionist tendencies of boxers had a significant effect on exercise exhaustion. Third, the exercise stress of boxers has a significant effect on exercise exhaustion.

          The purpose of this study, analyze comparatively the present condition of school facilities in the wide local autonomous administrations and drew up the plan for activation sports for all based upon it. In order to accomplish object of this, I used to School Sports statistic `98 published by School Health Environment Division of Education Ministry, because school sports facilities are distinguished from indoor sports facilities, outdoor sports facilities, swimming pool, area of sports ground, this study follows such a categorization for the comparative analysis of school sports facilities. Besides in the right of population and provincial area the number of those sports facilities indoor and outdoor sports facilities including swimming pools - are divided by 100 thousand to be compared, while the area of sports ground is divided by the provincial area and to know more remarkable correlation of school sports facilities in wide local autonomous administration, population and GDP, I did correlation analysis the depended variables using analysis are population of wide local autonomous administration and GDP, are used indoor sports facilities (A1), outdoor sports facilities(A2), the number of swimming pools(A3), and area of sports ground The result of this study thought this method and process can be summarized as follows; First, in terms of the outdoor sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Chunbuk, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Chunbuk, Chunnam, Seoul. Second, in terms of the indoor sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Chunnam, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Chunnam, Kangwon, Chungnam. Third in terms of the swimming pool sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Seoul, Kangwon, Kyunggi but the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon Fourth in terms of the sports ground ratio sports facility of wide local autonomous administration is Kyunggi, Kyungbuk, Chunnam and the order of the athletic for 100,000 population is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon and the area of sports ground is divided by the provincial area is Seoul, Pusan, Daejon. The relationships for GDP and population are mainly low excluded the indoor sports facilities and swimming, and the relationship for GDP and athletic facilities are very good in the all faces.

        • 등속성 훈련 ( Isokinetic Training ) 이 Golf 성과에 미치는 영향 - 슬관절 각도를 중심으로 -

          The purpose of this research is to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for stable form of knee joint by Norm(Cybex 770) about five male golfer for six weeks training. A plans of the research were done under 60 ˚/sec condition of typical pressure for measuring of extension and strength of flexion, 120˚/sec for muscle power, 180˚/sec for muscle endurance, three times, three times, thirty times of two sets in three times a week. We measured Club Head Speed, Ball Speed, Ball Distance, Launch Angle, Impact Point and Back Spin to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for extension and flextion, and treated a changing primary factor. Material treatment operates a t-test to analysis changes before and after and an extent of attention is P<.05. Following is conclusion of the experiment results. 1. The Head Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 50.76±1.27 to 54.66±1.53 (P< .01). 2. The Ball Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a meaningful change from 67.46±0.88 to 69.26±0.85 (P< .05). 3. The Ball Carry of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 251.00±10.05 to 277.20±11.67 (P< .01). 4. The Launch Angle of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 13.06±1.87 to 13.88±12.63 (P> .05). 5. The Impact Point of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 1.00±1.22 to 1.40±2.07 (P> .05). 6. The Back Spin of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningfu Ichange from 2596.80±535.70 to 2494±300.75 (P> .05). According to the accomplishment of the influence in golf performance concerned weight training by isokinetic training it showed that the muscle strength of lower muscle is very important to safety of swing and it has influence on an effect of golf shot. We need to the systematical and profound study for reinforcement of each athlete`s lower muscle. In conclusion, preferentially, it is important to improve the development of physical strength s an index of technical improvement for the sake of the elevation of golf swing.

          이중 에너지 방사선 흡수계측법을 이용한 골다공증의 유병률 조사 및 골다공증과 체질량지수와의 관계

          Osteoporosis has been neglected as an aging process in elderly, clinically manifested by fractures. Nowadays, osteoporosis is defined as a disease characterized by low bone mass and nicroarchitectural deterioration of the skeleton, leading to increased skeletal fragility and enhanced fracture risk. Despite the vast advancement in the treatment and early detection of osteoporosis, many women are not aware of the need for early prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Dual energy x-ray absorptiometry(DXA) has been used to measure the bone mineral density of 1015 women who have visited the health care center of a university hospital at Seoul, Korea. The subjects of the study have been preevaluated by physical examinations and laboratory tests, and only the healthy women have been selected for the study. The average bone mineral density of women in their perimenopausal age(45-55 years old) is 0.815 ±0.131 g/cm^2. 76.6% of the women over 45 years old are candidates of intervention for low bone mass. Surprisingly, 47.7% of women who are less than 45 years old are also candidates for the treatment of osteoporosis. Women of Korea, young and old, should be aware about osteoporosis. Early prevention of osteoporosis, by increasing the peak bone mass during early adult life, is important. Likewise, changing life styles which negatively affect the skeleton should be avoided. And, regular weight bearing exercise, adequate calcium intake, cessation of alcohol and smoking should be encouraged.

          지속주 시간의 차이가 심폐지구력에 미치는 영향

          This study is intended to the effect of the Continuous Running Time Difference on Cardiorespiratory Endurance in order to present effective data for developing middle school students' cardiorespiratory endurance. They took part in this experiment. They are sound physically and spiritually and do not exercise regularly. They were trained with the same aerobic intensity three times a week. They were randomly sampled into 4 groups which consist of 6. According to the continuous running time, they were divided into 4 groups-G Ⅰ (continuous running time is 3 minutes), GⅡ (6 min.), GⅢ(9 min.), GⅣ(comparative group)-and had been trained for 8 weeks. Before and after the training, they performed maximal treadmill work. The results were as the following; 1. VO_2max/kg According to the Running time, There was meaningful between GⅢ and GⅣ. In the efficiency GⅢ was ranked the highest and , GI and GⅣ in order. 2. Ventilation Equivalent There was meaningful between GⅣ, GⅢ, and GⅡ in the Rurnning time. In the efficiency GⅢ was ranked the highest and GⅡ, GⅠ and GⅣ in order. 3. The improvement of anaerobic ventilation threshold effect There was no meaningful for the improvement of anaerobic ventilation threshold effect. According to the above results, The result was necessary for us to study intensity, frequency, duration, types, and time in training per day, so that we may find out practical training methods to improve cardiorespiratory endurance. It is necessary to study a recovery rate after the training and muscular fatigue too. Especially the study about recovery rate will be efficiently useful in planing lessons of school. It is required to study the case of female students in order to find out the gender difference of cardiorespiratory endurance.

          태권도 고단자 여성의 골밀도와 체력특성

          The effect of fighting sport, TeaKwonDo, on bone density is unclear. To determine the TKD-induced influences on local bone density and physical fitness, we evaluated on long-term trained TKD players in 8 women(Carrier mean 7 year) and compared the results with those in 9 sedentary women. Bone densities were measured at lumbar level and proximal femur by DEXA method (Lunar DPX). Bone densities to the neck and greater trochanter in the TKD group were 3.1% and 2.5% higher then those in the normal group. there were no significant difference between two groups. in case of lumber level TKD group was also shown by 6.5% comparing to the normal group. However no significant difference was appeared between two groups, on the other hand, flexibility(sit and reach) and power (standing long jump) among fitness factors were higher in the TKD group, and were significantly recognized at four site in the TKD group were appeared in negative relationship(P<.O1, over V=.74). There was negative relationship (P<.O1) between sargent jump and femur neck site in the normal group. In conclusion, we think that bone density at specific site can be increased only when balanced diet and mechanical impact supply enough to cumulate bone mineral content during stimulating local bone site over the minimum effective strain. Because TKD player failed to control frequently their weight, their nutrient rather then mechanical strain may be always deficit to accumulate bone mineral content.

          Cybex를 이용한 프로야구 특수들의 견관절 회전력에 관한 연구

          This study was intended to analyze the relationship between shoulder joint torque and ball speed for 12 professional baseball pitchers using the uniform velocity instrument(Cybex 6,000). Subjects were divided into the 2 groups that were A(high speed) and B(low speed) group. Based on the results of analysis, the study was conducted to identify uniform-velocity exercise ability and ball speed. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance student's t-test. The study results are as follows: It was show that there was not a statistically significant difference between uniform-velocity exercise ability in the group A(high speed) and the group B(low speed) in relation to the internal side and external side, but the group A was high in every angle velocity except 60 degree/sec of the non-dominant side Conclusionally, based upon the above results, the difference between the pitcher's ball velocity and uniform-velocity exercise ability could be found, and in particular the effect of the internal torque on the velocity be found.

          치료 레크리에이션 활동이 20대 정신분열증 입원환자의 정신건강상태에 미치는 효과

          The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of systematical Therapeutic Recreation Activity on schizophrenia patient's mental health states. The activity was tried out during the period of 3 weeks, 4 times a week, one hour a day. The many programs used is an already tried out Therapeutic Recreation Program and another a Standardized System Check List-90-Revision(SCL-90-R) to measure the Mental Health State. The result of the test were analyzed by Paired T-test based on SPSS-WIN 7.5. The result of this study were as follows: Hospitalized Schizophrenia patient who has participation therapeutic recreation activity has improved in Phibia, Depression, (P<0.01) and Anxiety, Hostility, Psychoticism, Somtization(P<0.05).

          This study attempt to figure out causes of the injuries that are incurred during aerobic dancing program. For this purpose self-report questionnaires were administered to 330 male/female in three types of aerobic dancing class. Surface of aerobic dancing place, wear, shoe type, frequency, dancing time and career of aerobic dancing were answered. The most representative injured parts of body was knee(22.7%). And ankle(21.2%), waist, arm/shoulder(18.2%) were frequently injured. Cause of injury were excessive aerobic dancing (Overload, 45.2%), lack of flexibility (23.4%) and incorrect posture(21.8%). Instructors have to control reasonable aerobic dancing time and rest time for age. And stretching must performed before and after aerobic dancing program. It was suggested that clarify injury mechanism of aerobic dancing in the future research.

        • 소방대원들의 근무형태에 따른 견관절 등속성 근력

          The purpose of study was to investigate the influence of isokinetic knee joint muscle strength on duty form in the fire fighters. 28 men who aged 30-40 years were measured by isokinetic knee joint muscle strength testing(Cybex 6000 dynamometer system). Subjects were divided into the 2 groups that were indoor duty group and outdoor duty group. Statistical analysis was performed using analysis of variance t-test. In results, peak torque and average power of indoor duty group was showed significantly lower than that of outdoor duty group. At comparison of right and left knee joint, isokinetic strength, isokinetic power and isokinetic endurance of right knee joint was showed significantly higher then that of left knee joint, but in 60 degree per second, left knee joint was showed higher then that of right knee joint. Result from this investigation show greater presonal training and fire quell a riot, emergency rescue activity was increased knee joint muscle strength. Therefore, physical fitness and health maintance programs for fire fighters have been developed, implemented, and proven to reduce morbidity and mortality and financial expenditures.
