      • 등속성 훈련 ( Isokinetic Training ) 이 Golf 성과에 미치는 영향 - 슬관절 각도를 중심으로 -

        The purpose of this research is to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for stable form of knee joint by Norm(Cybex 770) about five male golfer for six weeks training. A plans of the research were done under 60 ˚/sec condition of typical pressure for measuring of extension and strength of flexion, 120˚/sec for muscle power, 180˚/sec for muscle endurance, three times, three times, thirty times of two sets in three times a week. We measured Club Head Speed, Ball Speed, Ball Distance, Launch Angle, Impact Point and Back Spin to see a result of driver shot after isokinetic training for extension and flextion, and treated a changing primary factor. Material treatment operates a t-test to analysis changes before and after and an extent of attention is P<.05. Following is conclusion of the experiment results. 1. The Head Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 50.76±1.27 to 54.66±1.53 (P< .01). 2. The Ball Speed of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a meaningful change from 67.46±0.88 to 69.26±0.85 (P< .05). 3. The Ball Carry of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a very meaningful change from 251.00±10.05 to 277.20±11.67 (P< .01). 4. The Launch Angle of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 13.06±1.87 to 13.88±12.63 (P> .05). 5. The Impact Point of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningful change from 1.00±1.22 to 1.40±2.07 (P> .05). 6. The Back Spin of Six weeks before and after isokinetic training is showed a not meaningfu Ichange from 2596.80±535.70 to 2494±300.75 (P> .05). According to the accomplishment of the influence in golf performance concerned weight training by isokinetic training it showed that the muscle strength of lower muscle is very important to safety of swing and it has influence on an effect of golf shot. We need to the systematical and profound study for reinforcement of each athlete`s lower muscle. In conclusion, preferentially, it is important to improve the development of physical strength s an index of technical improvement for the sake of the elevation of golf swing.

        축구선수의 변칙운동부하(Irregular Load)에 따른 운동강도 및 에너지 소비량에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study was to establish a directing post of constructive contents which are about professional training methods of soccer player centered to sweeper. For this study, a student who was majoring in a middle and long distance of track and field and track at college of sports and well-being in H university, was chosen. Then, per each unit time change of heart rate, total energy expenditure, and Per body weight during Oxygen uptake were measured after irregular load method was applied to him. In this experiment, irregular load method was obtained by simulating Cho, M.K.'s cover distance and condition in a soccer game against Argentina, which was held during '88 Seoul Olympic games. The following are results of this experiment. 1) Heart rate(beats/min) It was aerobic exercise of middle intensity which is not exceed 120~150 beats/min during the game. 2) Total energy expenditure(㎉/㎡ /hr) The student's total energy expenditure was 466.37㎉/㎡/hr after 45 minutes from the start to the half in the game. 3) Per body weight during Oxygen uptake(㎖/㎏/min) Per body weight during Oxygen uptake was 27~37 ㎖/㎏/min after 45 minutes from the start to the half in the game. The following conclusion are drawn from above results. In soccer, sweeper is last defenser between a goal keeper and pull back. He doesn't mark a specific player, and reinforces weak points of defense. Considering the result of measuring his HR and Per body weight during Oxygen uptake, his exercise intensity is aerobic exercise of middle intensity level. However, when it is compared with contineous exercise intensity, very appropriate energy consume appeared in irregular load exercise intensity. Therefore, irregular load exercise method which is effective, field adaptation training form and training programs consumed Per unit each time energy according to the position and consisting of middle areobic exercise intensity are neededc. Moreover, researches about other positions, which is considered individual characteristics, are also needed.

        축구경기의 운동강도 및 에너지 소비량에 따른 지구성 훈련방법의 고찰

        The purpose of this study was to establish a directing post of constructive contents which are about professional training methods of soccer player centered to defenders. For this study, five students who was majoring in middle and long distance of track and field at college of sports and well-beings in H University, was chosen. Then, per each unit time change of heart rate, total energy expenditure, and Per body weight during Oxygen uptake were measured after irregular load method was obtained by simulating Sweeper's cover distance and condition in a soccer game against Argentina. The following are results of this experiment. 1) Heart rate The unit time (5min.) of 5-45 min., the value of max, total of whole exercise (45min) As the tendency of the change of Heart Rate in the study, it was showed that increase rapidly(124.67 beats/min) within 30sec right after start the exercise and continued to 6min(181.00 beats/min) in the steady state and continued to up and down in the around level to 22min, showed maximal Heart Rate(203.33 beats/min) to 24min 30sec at last. And also a bit of increase(200.00 beats/min) showed to 39 min 30sec. 2) VO₂/㎏.min The unit time (5min) of 5-45 min., the value of max., total of whole exercise (45min). As the tendency of the change of VO₂/㎏.min in the study, it showed that highly increase(7.63㎖/㎏.min) within 30sec right after the start of the exercise and continued to increase progressively to 44min. And also showed maximal increase(63.63㎖/㎏.min) to 44min 30sec at last. 3) Ventilation The unit time (5min) of 5-45 min., the value of max., total of whole exercise (45min) As the course of the change of ventilation in the study, it was showed that increase rapidly(18.80ℓ/min) within 30sec right after start the exercise and continued to 6min(62.60ℓ/min) in the steady state and continued to a little decrease phenomenon to 21min(47.40ℓ/min), showed maximal Heart Rate(87.57ℓ/min) to 24min 30sec. And also a bit of increase(71.00 ℓ/min) 4) Total Energy Expenditure The unit time (5min) of 5-45 min., the value of max., total of whole exercise (45min) There factors could be developed by training. Especially, it is anticipated that the effect of training can be adopted to the spot and higher actual games on the authority of the irregular load exercise simulated the whole running distance and situations in soccer games than existing progressive cardiorespiratory training method. As the tendency of the change of total expenditure in the study, it showed that right after 5min 257㎉/㎡/hr, after 10min 471㎉/㎡/hr, after 15min 712㎉/㎡/hr, after 20min 944㎉/㎡/hr, after 25min 1176㎉/㎡/hr, after 30min l411㎉/㎡/hr, after 35min 1641㎉/㎡/hr, after 40min 1830㎉/㎡/hr, and last 45min total energy expenditure was 1950㎉/㎡/hr.

      • 蹴球選手의 專門的 持久力 training 方法을 模索하기 위한 實驗的 硏究Ⅲ : 心拍數를 中心으로

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the soccer players endurance training method The subjects were eighteen students in the department of physical education at HㆍY University After performing stationary, progressive, and irregular load exercise for 35.28 minutes by bicycle egrometer on the standard of the whole running distance and condition at the time of soccer game. The degree of heart rate was measured before and after exercise. The results were as follows these ; 1.According to load method, The degree of heart rate was varied in each phase In the first phase(8'52"), irregular, stationary, progressive load was shown 160.33±0.47(beats/ min), 158.00±4.32(beats/min), 118.00±4.16(beats/min) respectively. In the third Phase(8'52"), irregular, stationary, progressive load was shown 172.66 ±4.64(beats, min), 171.00±3.27(beats/min), 166.66 ± 2.36(beats/min) respectively. In the fourth phasee(8'52"), progressive, irregular, stationary load was shown 186.33± 0.94(beats/min), 178±5.44(beats/min), 173.00 ± 3.27(beats/min) respectively. 2.Accoring to time elape, The changes of the highest heart rate were as follows these ; In the first Phase(8'52"), irregular, stationary, progressive load was shown 168.33 ±3.6(beats/min), 164.00±5.44(beats/ min), 126.67 ± 2.45(beats/min) respectively. In the second phase(8'52"), irregular, stationary, progressive load was shown 176.33± 3.14(beats/min), 168.33±5.75(beats/min), 146.00 ± 1.79(beats/min) respectively. In the third phase(8'52"), irregular, stationary, progressive load was shown 188.00±4.10(beats/min), 173.00±4.37(beats/min), 170.67 ± 1.86(beats/min) respectively. In the fourth phase(8'52"), progressive, irregular, ststionary load was shown 186.67±1.37(beats/min), 185.00 ± 3.10(beats/min), 177,33 ± 4.93(beats/min) respectively. 3.According to load methods, The total average of heart rate showed significant difference respectively in stationary and progressive, stationary and irregular, progressive and irregular load (P<0.05).
