        의왕시 쉐어블프로젝트 발달장애인 자립워크샵의 의의와 효과성 분석

        Purpose: Through the self-reliance workshop which was one of sharable projects in Uiwang City, identified the achievements and discussed future improvement directions by looking at improved participating developmental disabilities, guardians and local community. Method: The focus group interview(FGI) was conducted through semi-structured interview method for four groups consisting of the self-reliance workshop developers, moderators, participating developmental disabilities, and guardians, and the interview contents were transcribed and analyzed. Results: Through the workshop, participating developmental disabilities were able to express their thoughts and feelings honestly, and through various activities at the workshop, there were internal change in overcoming mistakes and gaining fulfillment and confidence. Also participating developmental disabilities had also experienced changes in the areas of relationships such as they could learn how to talk to others, form close relationships, and think about others' positions. participating developmental disabilities increased their conversation with their family and brought about changes such as doing housework. These changes have helped guardians to reduce nervousness and anxiety, and to hope for their children's independence. Meanwhile, during the workshop, the community also showed partial but favorable changes to the developmental disabled. Conclusion: This workshop was an effective program of self-reliance for the developmental disabled, and such programs need to continue and expand to more areas in the future. In order to achieve the practical result of self-reliance of the developmental disabled, community members need to understand, care the developmental disabled and participate in the program. 연구목적: 의왕시 쉐어블프로젝트인 자립워크샵을 통해 변화된 참여 발달장애인, 보호자 및 지역사회의 모습을 관찰함으로서 자립워크샵의 성과를 확인하고 향후 개선방향에 대해 논의하였다. 연구방법: 자립워크샵 프로그램 개발자, 진행자, 참여 발달장애인, 발달장애인 보호자로 구성된 네 개 집단을 대상으로 반구조화된 면접방식을 통해 초점집단인터뷰를 수행하였고, 인터뷰 내용을 전사, 분석하였다. 연구결과: 프로그램 참여한 발달장애인들은 자신의 생각과 감정을 좀 더 솔직하게 표현할 수 있게 되었고, 다양한 활동을 통해 실수를 극복하고 성취감과 자신감을 획득해가는 내적 변화가 있었다. 이를 통해 타인과 대화하는 방법을 배우고, 친밀한 관계를 형성하고, 타인의 입장에 대해 생각할 수 있는 관계 영역의 변화 또한 경험하였다. 참여 발달장애인은 가정에서도 가족들과의 대화가 늘고, 집안일에 참여하는 변화를 가져왔으며, 이러한 변화를 통해 보호자들은 불안과 걱정을 덜고, 자녀의 자립에 대해 희망을 가지게 되었다. 한편 워크샵이 진행되는 동안 지역사회도 부분적이나마 발달장애인에 대해 긍정적인 변화를 보였다. 결론: 자립워크샵은 효과적인 발달장애인 자립 프로그램이며, 향후 이러한 프로그램은 지속되고 더 많은 지역으로 확대할 필요가 있다. 지역사회 내 발달장애인의 자립이라는 실질적인 결과로 연결되기 위해 지역사회 구성원이 발달장애인에 대한 적극적인 이해와 관심, 그리고 프로그램 참여가 요구된다.

        발달장애인 체육전문지도자 교육과정 개발을 위한 직무분석

        This study aims to draw job areas of sports instructor customized for the developmental disabilities who can systematically perform the work of training activities in the sphere of everyday life and contribute to promoting the health of the developmental disabilities and enhancing the quality of their lives, through a job analysis of sports instructor for the developmental disabilities. For this purpose, this study organized a DACUM Committee consisting of 10 persons, four academic experts in exercise for the developmental disabilities and sports for the developmental disabilities, three experts in the administration of sports for the developmental disabilities and three consultants and reviewers and drew four jobs and 15 tasks. As a result, as the jobs of sports instructor for the developmental disabilities, ‘understanding the developmental disabilities athletes‘ for the understanding of the people eligible, e.g. The characteristics of the developmental disabilities and related laws, ‘supporting the operation of the training of the event’ for the understanding and instruction of the events of sports for developmental disabilities; ‘planning sports for the developmental disabilities,’ for team management, contest participation and operation, and ‘safety management’ related to first aid, incident prevention and response were drawn. Then, to understand the importance of the tasks according to the jobs drawn by the DACUM Committee, the questionnaire was distributed and collected with 25 sports instructor for the developmental disabilities of Korea, and an analysis was conducted, using SPSS WIN 20.0 Program. As a result, from the job of ‘understanding the developmental disabilities athletes,’ the tasks of ‘understanding the developmental disabilities,’ ‘managing the people eligible’, ‘understanding the physical characteristics of the developmental disabilities’ were drawn; from the job of ‘supporting the operation of the training of the event,’ the task of ‘being well-informed of teaching method and rules’ was drawn; from the job of ‘planning sports for the developmental disabilities,’ the tasks of ‘participating and operating a contest,’ ‘integrated management and operation of sports’, ‘fitness management of the developmental disabilities athletes’; and lastly, from the task of ‘safety management,’ the tasks of ‘incident response’ and ‘first aid’ were drawn as important ones. 본 연구는 발달장애인 체육 전문지도자에 대한 직무분석을 통해 체계적으로 일상 생활권에서 지도활동 업무를 수행하고, 발달장애인 건강증진과 삶의 질 향상 등에 기여할 수 있는 발달장애인 체육전문지도자의 직무 영역을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이를 위해 발달장애인체육 및 장애인스포츠관련 학계전문가 4인과 발달장애인체육행정 전문가 3인을 비롯하여 자문 및 검토위원 3인으로 총 10인으로 이루어진 DACUM위원회를 구성하여 4개의 직무와 15개의 과제를 도출하였다. 그 결과 발달장애인 체육전문지도자의 직무는 발달장애인의 특성, 관련 법률 등 대상자에 대한 이해를 위한 ‘발달장애인선수 이해’와 발달장애 스포츠 종목에 대한 이해와 지도를 위한 ‘종목지도 운영지원’, 팀관리, 대회참가 및 운영 등에 대한 ‘발달장애인스포츠 기획’, 응급처치, 사고예방 및 대응과 관련된 ‘안전관리’가 도출되었다. 이후 DACUM 위원회에서 도출된 직무에 따른 과제에 대한 중요도를 파악하기 위하여 국내의 발달장애인스포츠 전문가 25명을 대상으로 설문을 배포 및 수거하여 SPSS WIN 20.0 Program을 이용하여 분석을 실시하였다. 그 결과 ‘발달장애인선수 이해’ 직무에서는 ‘발달장애인의 이해’와 ‘대상자 관리’, ‘발달장애인의 신체적 특성 이해’ 과제가, ‘종목지도 운영 지원’ 직무에서는 ‘지도법 및 규칙의 숙지’ 과제가, ‘발달장애인스포츠 기획’ 직무에서는 ‘대회참가 및 운영’과 ‘통합스포츠관리 및 운영’, ‘발달장애인선수의 체력관리’과제가, 마지막으로 ‘안전관리’ 직무에서는 ‘사고대응방안’과 ‘응급처치’ 과제가 중요한 것으로 도출되었다.

        A Study on the writing ability developmental characteristics of school-aged normal children and children with language disabilities based on meaning knowledge

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference between school-age normal children and language disorder children based on semantic knowledge and to identify the writing characteristics for children who have difficulty in writing. The subjects of this study were 1033 normal children in the first to sixth grade and 80 children with language disabilities based on language age. The inspection tools of this study were used to write the contents of the playground picture data and to process the results through technical statistics, variance analysis, and Duncan post-test. The results of this study are as follows. First, number of total words used by the students to examine the relationship between the normal and the language-disabled children by grade was found to increase in both groups, and the total number of words was found to be different between the two groups. Second, we found that number of different words in the normal and language disorder children by grade increased in both groups as the grade increased, and the number of other words was found to be different between the two groups. Conclusion: The purpose of this study is to investigate the developmental characteristics of writing ability of school-aged children based on semantic knowledge and to investigate the use of vocabulary usage by grade and group. It is suggested that it should be used as a data for the development of writing therapy program to improve the writing ability of children with speech impairment, and to improve the writing ability based on the semantic knowledge of children with language disabilities who have difficulty in writing.

        전환교육 수행 교사의 내・외적 어려움과 전환교육의 질 제고 방안

        Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the internal and external difficulties experienced by teachers performing transition education for students with disabilities, and to investigate strategies to improve the quality of transition education. Method: For the purpose of the study, the researcher implemented literature review on the current status of laws, academic research, policy research, and various statistics related to transition education. Result: The results of the study are as follows. First, difficulties experienced by special teachers in the process of performing transition education were presented by dividing into internal difficulties and external difficulties. Second, strategies to improve the quality of transition education are presented in the areas of transition education by life cycle starting from infancy, support for special education teachers and experts in charge of vocational training, provision of internship experience, policy support for transition education, and support by providing information for transition education. Conclusion: In order to improve the quality of transition education for students with disabilities, it is necessary to provide support to overcome various difficulties special teachers encountered and to suggest various strategies to improve the quality of transition education 연구목적: 본 연구는 장애학생을 위해 전환교육을 수행하고 있는 교사가 겪고 있는 내・외적 어려움을살펴보고, 전환교육 수행의 질을 제고하기 방안을 살펴보는데 주요한 목적이 있다. 연구방법: 본 연구의목적을 위해 전환교육 수행의 실태, 전환교육 관련 법령, 학술연구, 정책연구, 각종 통계 현황을 살펴봄으로써, 전환교육을 수행하는 교사가 겪고 있는 내・외적 어려움을 이해하고 이러한 어려움을 극복함으로써전환교육 수행의 질을 제고하기 위한 방안에 대해 명확히 이해하고자 하였다. 연구결과: 지적장애 특수교사가 전환교육 수행과정에서 겪고 있는 어려움은 내적어려움과 외적어려움으로 나누어 제시하였고, 전환교육 수행의 질 제고방안은 영・유아기부터 시작되는 생애주기별 전환교육, 직업훈련 담당 교사 및 전문가지원, 인턴십 경험 제공, 전환교육을 위한 정책적 지원, 전환교육을 위한 정보 지원 영역으로 나누어 제시하였다. 결론: 장애학생을 위한 전환교육 수행의 질을 제고하기 위해서는 특수교사가 겪는 다양한 어려움들을극복할 수 있도록 지원하고, 전환교육 수행의 질을 제고하기 위한 다양한 방안을 마련해야 한다.

        Analysis on Class Operation and Evaluation of Inclusive Physical Education in Elementary School

        The purpose of this study is to investigate the current status of inclusive physical education instruction in elementary schools, analyze the experiences of field teachers, and explore what to do and how to solve them for effective inclusive physical education instruction. To this end, a survey was conducted for 48 elementary school teachers in D city. First, teachers had difficulties in teaching without using facilities and equipment for inclusive physical education instruction. However, instruction prepared for students with disabilities also helped non-disabled students. In addition, through non-disabled instruction to help students with disabilities, a positive class atmosphere was created and the level of understanding and consideration increased. Second, teachers in all classes that did not prepare for or prepare for instruction -based physical education instruction for elementary school teachers said that it was difficult for teachers to prepare and proceed. Particularly, the difficulty of controlling the problem behavior and sudden behavior of students with disabilities was the greatest difficulty for teachers to progress. In order to achieve an effective inclusive physical education instruction, a practical application of the inclusive physical education instruction, development and application of a universal design for learning program, and a plan to accommodate the needs of teachers in the inclusive physical education instruction should be prepared. 이 연구는 초등학교에서의 통합체육수업 운영 실태를 알아보고 현장교사들의 경험을 분석하여, 효과적인 통합체육수업을 위해서는 무엇을 어떻게 해야 하는지에 대한 탐구와 그 해결방안을모색하는 것이다. 이를 위해 D광역시 초등학교 교사 48명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 교사들은 통합체육수업을 위한 시설 및 용구를 활용하던, 활용하지 않고 수업을 함에 있어 모두 어려움이 있었다. 그렇지만 장애학생을 대상으로 준비한 수업은 비장애 학생들에게도 도움이 되었다. 또한, 비장애 학생들이 장애학생을 도와주는 수업을 통해서 긍정적인 학급 분위기를 조성하고, 이해와 배려의 수준이높아졌다. 통합학급도 교사의 시설 및 용구 활용 여부에 대한 수업 실태 분석 결과 시설 및 용구를 활용한수업과 활용하지 않은 수업에서 모두 어렵다고 하였다. 둘째, 초등학교 교사의 통합학급 체육수업을 준비하거나 수업준비를 하지 않은 수업 모두 교사들은 수업준비 및 진행에 어렵다고 하였다. 특히, 수업준비 부재로 인해 수업 중 활동 거리가 없는 장애학생은 방치되거나, 소외되며, 그 결과 발생하는 장애 학생들의 문제행동과 돌발행동에 대한 통제의 어려움은 교사들의 수업 진행에 가장 큰 어려움이었다. 결론: 효율적인 통합체육수업이 이루어지기 위해서는 통합체육수업의 실제적 적용, 보편적 학습설계 프로그램 개발 및 적용, 통합체육수업에서의 교사들의 요구를 수용할 수 있는 방안이 마련되어야 할 것이다.

      • A STUDY ON DEVELOPMENT OF DYSLEXIA DIAGNOSTIC TOOLS IN KOREA

        Recently, education professionals have been interested why reading may not develop along the expected trajectory for some students. Consequently, school professionals and parents have been attentive to understand dyslexia. Dyslexia has not been specifically identified in Korea. Many students with dyslexia, the serious difficulty in reading, are regarded to have poor school performance, not being provided the appropriate educational services. The problem is caused by less research on dyslexia in Korea Character, Hangul, a shallow orthography, and by no diagnostic tools for diagnosing dyslexia. Results of the study revealed that the inspection area required for diagnosing dyslexia Hangul included 11 areas including alphabet knowledge, phonological awareness, phonological memory, rapid automatic naming, word recognition, reading fluency, vocabulary knowledge, listening comprehension, reading comprehension, spoken language skills, and spelling. To evaluate the function for each area, sub-questions were designed.

        Mothers’ and Fathers’ Perception of Family Quality of Life in Families with Young Children with a Disability in the U.S. National Survey of Children’s Health 2011-2012

        Family quality of life (FQOL) has emerged as an important concept in disability research. This study aimed to investigated the perception between mothers and fathers on the quality of life of families of children with disabilities using a sample of 29,997 families from the U.S. National Survey of Children’s Health 2011-2012, factor analysis was utilized to investigate an emergent factor structure of FQOL in the targeted population and MIMIC modeling was then used to confirm the factor structure and examine population heterogeneity. The characteristics and descriptive information of findings enable practitioners to better provide family-centered services to all families they serve. The implications and suggestions of the findings for policy and future studies were discussed.
