뇌경색환자의 한방치료 후 생화학적ㆍ혈액학적 변화에 대한 임상적 고찰

We check complete blood count and bio-chemistry three times(onset, 2 weeks later after treatment, 4 weeks later after treatment) for estimating the oriental medicine treatment's influence on hemodynamic, blood viscosity change in the cerebral infarction patients. Though RBC, hemoglobin(Hgb), and hematocrit(Hct) are decrease significantly after 2 weeks treatment and continue 4 weeks, their change are within normal limit. We suggested that the oriental medicine treatment in the cerebral infarction is not influence on blood viscosity and hemodynamic change.

3채널 맥파 검출장치의 GUI 개발

한의학은 개념적이고 주관적인 임상정보를 과학적 데이터화하여 환자를 치료하고자 한의의료장비의 응용에 많은 노력을 하고 있다. 맥파를 검출하기 위해서는 센서에 가해지는 압력, 센서 구동부의 운동 등 여러 가지 파라미터가 있다. 본 논문은 맥진의 정확한 맥상을 검출하기 위하여 3채녈 맥파검출 헤드장치 구동부를 유연하게 동작하도록 시스템을 개발하고, 기존의 양단 스위치 동작에 의한 헤드부의 모터운동을 제거함과 동시에 GUI형태로 맥진시스템을 구성한다. 특히 맥진정보를 받아들이는 寸ㆍ關ㆍ尺 헤드부의 정확한 동작이 맥진시스템의 성능을 향상시키는 역할을 하며, 이는 임상판정의 정확성을 기할 수 있도록 한다. In Oriental medicine, most of the medical examination of a patient depend on subjective explanation of self-patient. The application of an apparatus has an important significance in ensuring the objectivity of clinical information and in promoting the reproductivity and stability through the qualification and quantization. This paper development the pulse diagnostic apparatus of 3-channel type to detect exact pulsatory motion of a pulse wave, which is the type of GUI(graphic user interface) that one have the faculty of smoothing motor and the driving part of non-swich operating the sensor head. This system increase the function of pulse diagnosis and support the clinical decision.

혈부축어탕의 고지혈증 유발 생쥐 신장내 지방 축적 감소효과

Renal tissues of ICR mouse were intraperitoneally injected with Hyulboochucketang(HCE;1.28g/kg/day) after Triton WR-1339(TX;600mg/kg) injection were observed to investigate the lipid accumulation suppressive effect of HCE. The renal tissues were obtained at hour 24,48 and 72 after TX injection that were fixed in fromol-calcium solution and were cryocut. The tissue stained by H&E for general morphology, sudan black B for lipid and perchloric acid-naphthoquinone method for cholesterol. The parietal layer of Bowman's capsule is swelled as cuboidal type at hour 48 after TX injection and the lipid blot and cholesterol particle were noticeably increased in glomerulus than control group. But the parietal layer of Bowman's capsule in HCE treated group was shaped as squamous type that was looked like as normal morphology and the lipid blot and cholesterol particle w3ere considerably decreased in glomerulus than TX group. As results indicated that the accumulation of lipid including cholesterol caused by TX injection were mitigated in renal tissues by the antihyperlipidermic effect of HCE.

合歡皮 추출물이 벤조피렌(B(a)P)을 투여한 마우스의 지질과산화 억제에 미치는 영향

To find new inhibition effects from oriental drugs. Albizzia julibrissin was extracted in methanol and the extract was fractionation by hexane, chloroform, ethylacetate, butanol and water. Expecially the water fraction exhibited a inhibition effects on the growth of HT-29ce11s. It showed 82% of HT-29ce11 inhibition rate. The activities of serum aminotransferase, cytochrome P-450 and the hepatic content of lipid peroxide and glutathione after B(a)P-treatment were increased than those of control, but those levels were significantly decreased by the treatment of Albizzia julibrissin water extract. These results suggest that Albizzia julibrissin water extract have a protective effect on liver damage by benzo(a)pyrene through the mechanisms of decrasing lipid peroxide and activitie of free radical generating enzymes.

갑상선기능항진증의 한의치험 1례

갑상선기능항진증으로 진단된 여자 환자에 대하여 한약(팔미소요산가미방)을 20일간 투여한 결과 치료전에는 숨이 차고, 가슴이 답답하며 두근거렸고, 땀이 많이 났으며, 맥박 115회/분ㆍ체중41kgㆍ혈압 100/60mmHgㆍserum T₃ 471.11ng/㎗ㆍserum T₄ 21.86ng/㎗ㆍserum TSH 0.03μIU/㎗ 이하였으나, 치료후에는 제반 증상이 개선됨과 동시에 맥박 84회/분ㆍ체중 44kgㆍ혈압 110/70mmHgㆍserum T₃ 118.33ng/㎗ㆍserum T₄ 9.19ng/㎗ㆍserum TSH 0.3μIU/㎖로 변화되었기에 보고하고자 한다. This case report has concern with the effect of herbal medicine on the hyperthyroidism. The patient was 27 years old woman. She was dignosed as hyperthyroidism. I decided to administrate herbal medicine(palmisoyosan-gambling) to her. Before treatement, she had palpitation, sweating, and the heart rate was 115/min, body weight was 41kg, blood pressure was 100/60mmHg, serum T₃was 471.11ng/㎗, serum T₄was 21.86ng/㎗ and serum TSH was 0.03μIU/㎖ and less. But after treatment by herbal medicine duri g 20 days, the syptoms were all diminished and the clinical data & laboratory findings were altered as following. The heart rate: 84/minㆍbody weight:44kgㆍblood pressure 110/70mmHgㆍserum T₃:118.33ng/㎗ㆍserum T₄:9.19ng/㎗ㆍserum TSH:0.3μIU/㎖.

A regional development strategy of OECD nations have promoted in the systemic approach and knowledge-based method, and the strengthen policy of a national competitive power for a specific region. Also, they builded the productive group of a specific region, reformed the competitive power of their company and derived the relationship strengthen policy among an industry the univeristy and the laboratory. In order to increase a national competitive power, they have relase a regulative rule have an education with wide latitude to a laboratory and development and overseas market. This paper discuss the competitive power strengthen method of post bio-industry based on these experience of the advanced nations. Also, the central government have promoted the technology strengthen of a specific region like the textile industry of the DauGu. In strict speaking, it is the chemical textile industry and dyed goods industry. After these promotive policy, there were took places various problems. In spite of the efforts of the central and local government, many textile company closed their work places. The actual exports have largely decreased. What's the matter?

Though we diagnosis wilson's disease as up-stirring of liver(肝風內動) for neurological symptoms , calming the liver to stop the wind(平肝熄風) drug's high copper content could increase wilson's symptoms. We diagnosis wilson's disease as damp-heat syndrome(濕熱), heat-clearing(淸熱)·removing the poisonous quality of any substance(解毒)·diuresis(利水)· obstruction-removing prescription(通腑) method decrease symptoms by copper discharge through the bile and disturbance in intestine absorption. We supposed that heat-clearing(淸熱)·removing the poisonous quality of any substance(解毒)·diuresis(利水)· obstruction-removing prescription(通腑) method therapy could be supportive therapy in wilson's disease by copper discharge ability equal to zinc sulfate and low side effect in a long time medicinal therapy.

알콜성 간질환에서 甘麥大棗湯 치험 1례

Anxiety is one of the most frequent symptom in alcoholic withdrawal. We treated a 45 year-old male patient of alcoholic liver disease. The patient complained of anxiety, insomnia, goneral body weakness, anorexia and indigestion, The serum total cholesterol, total bilirubin aminotransferase and γ -GT were higher. We diagnosed him as 'the retention of pathogenic damp-heat in the liver and gallbladder(濕熱內□)' and jangjo(臟燥)and gave gammakdaejo-tang(甘麥大棗湯) three times a day. After treatment, all the main symptoms were disappeared and liver function test(AST, ALT, γ -GT, ALP, total bilirubin) was improved. But gammakdaejo-tang(甘麥犬棗湯) didn't reduce alcoholic intake and alcoholic craving.
