외국인 유학생 대상의 취업 지원 비교과 프로그램에 관한 소고 윤 지 원 연구 목적: 본 논문의 연구 목적은 국내 대학에 재학 중인 외국인 유학생을 대상으로 취업 지원 비교과 프로그램을 개발・운영하는 방향성에 대해 논의하는 것이다. 연구 방법: 선행연구 및 대학별 홈페이지 검토를 통해 외국인 유학생의 취업을 위한 정부 및 대학의 노력을 확인하고, 대학에서 운영하고 있는 비교과 프로그램 현황 등을 살펴볼 것이다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 외국인 유학생이 국내 대학을 졸업한 후의 진로 영역 중 취업에 대해 살펴보았다. 정부 및 대학에서는 외국인 유학생들의 취업을 위해서 채용 박람회, 홈페이지 정보 제공 등의 지원을 하고 있으나, 그 효과는 미비하므로 외국인 유학생 취업률 제고를 위한 노력이 필요하다. 결론 및 제언: 외국인 유학생의 취업을 지원하기 위해서 대학은 전공 및 교양에서 충족하지 못하는 영역을 다양한 형태의 활동을 통해 지원할 수 있는 취업 지원 비교과 프로그램을 개발・운영해야 한다. 이때에는 다음과 같은 내용이 뒷받침되어야 한다. 첫째, 외국인 유학생 맞춤형 취업 로드맵이 필요하다. 둘째, 프로그램은 체계적인 프로그램으로 구성되어야 한다. 셋째, 일회성 프로그램을 지양하고, 지속적이고 연속성 있는 프로그램을 지향해야 한다. 이렇게 개발된 비교과 프로그램은 한국어 및 취업 역량 기반의 프로그램이어야 한다. 핵심어: 외국인, 유학생, 진로, 취업 지원, 비교과 프로그램 Fragmentary Consideration on the Extra-curricular Program of Employment Support for International Students Jiwon Yoon** Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discuss the direction of developing and operating employment support extra-curricular program for international students enrolled in domestic universities. Through prior research and a review of the website of each university, we will confirm the efforts of the government and universities for the employment of international students, and examine the current status of extra-curricular programs operated by universities. This study examined employment among the career areas after international students graduated from domestic universities. The government and universities provide support for international students' employment such as job fairs and website information, but the effect is insufficient, so efforts to improve the employment rate of international students are needed. In order to support the employment of international students, universities should develop and operate employment support extra-curricular programs that can support areas that cannot be met in their majors and liberal arts through various types of activities. In this case, the following should be supported. First, a customized employment road-map for international students is needed. Second, the program should be organized into a systematic program. Third, one-time programs should be avoided and continuous programs should be aimed at. The extra-curricular program developed in this way should be a program based on Korean language and employment competency. 온라인 수업환경에 학습자의 P-E 적합성이 테크노스트레스 및 교육만족에 미치는 영향 정 은 유 연구 목적: 본 연구 목적은 온라인 교육환경에서 학습자가 인지하는 P-E 적합성이 테크노스트레스 및 교육만족에 미치는 영향을 파악하여 온라인 교육 전략의 방향성을 모색하고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 설문조사는 2023년 11월 20일부터 12월 5일까지 하였고, 총 176명의 유효표본을 통해 본 연구의 가설을 검증하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 학습자가 인지하는 온라인 수업환경에 대한 P-E 적합성은 테크노스트레스에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 온라인 수업환경에서 학습자가 인지하는 테크노스트레스는 교육만족에 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 셋째, 학습자의 P-E 적합성은 교육만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구를 통해, 온라인 수업환경에서 학습자 관점에서의 P-E 적합성과 테크노트스트레스는 교육 만족에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 파악되어, 향후, P-E 적합성과 테크노스트레스에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝히는 연구는 중요한 후속연구가 되리라 판단된다. 핵심어: P-E 적합성, 테크노스트레스, 교육만족, 온라인 수업, 학습자 Impact of Learners’ P-E Fit on Technostress and Educational Satisfaction in an Online Class Environment Eunyu Jeong** Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of P-E fit perceived by learners on technostress and educational satisfaction in the online class environment and seek the direction of online class strategies. The survey was conducted from Nov. 20 to Dec. 5, 2023, and the hypothesis of this study was tested through a valid sample of a total of 176 people. First, the P-E fit for the online class environment perceived by learners was found to have a negative effect on technostress. Second, technostress perceived by learners in the online class environment was found to have a negative impact on educational satisfaction. Third, the learner's P-E fit was found to have a positive effect on educational satisfaction. Through this study, P-E fit and technostress from the learner’s perspective in an online class environment were identified as factors affecting educational satisfaction. Future research to identify factors affecting P-E fit and technostress is important follow-up research. The research method of this thesis is literature analysis. The main research content of this thesis is to examine the background theory of no-self and the methods of solving suffering centered on the Three Noble Truths and the Four Noble Truths in Buddhism. The findings of this thesis are that no-self and healthy self are similar in terms of mind-healing effects, and that in order to reach this stage, it is essential to combine theoretical learning and meditation practice on de-identification, no-self, and healthy self through counseling. Based on these findings, it is necessary to conduct follow-up studies through programs such as actual counseling, meditation, and chanting. 임종을 경험한 간호사의 삶의 의미 탐색에 관한 혼합연구

Quantitative data were collected and analyzed for 98 nurses who experienced end of life care. Then, 18 individuals were interviewed for qualitative research. The instruments used for this study were Meaning in Life Scale and an exploratory questionnaire about the meaning of life. Data were analyzed using SPSS 22.0 for survey quantitative data and content analysis was used for qualitative data. As a result of the study, among the subdomains of the meaning in life, love experience was the highest and awareness of self limitation was the lowest in quantitative research. In the qualitative study, four themes were derived: a life of aloofness in the face of the death of others, pursuing an altruistic life, pursuing a happy life, and discovering my life led by gratitude. The conclusion was that the love experience of the meaning in life of the nurse who experienced end of life care was the highest, and it was found that life leading to gratitude was found through the pursuing of the meaning in life. Therefore, it is necessary to develop and provide a program that can promote the meaning in life of the nurse who experienced end of life care. 동학사상과 대순사상의 자생적 근대성 비교 연구 최 원 혁 연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 한국의 자생적 근대성으로 조명받고 있는 동학사상과 대순사상을 비교하여 한국의 자생적 근대성의 특징을 밝히고자 한다연구 방법: 종교인류학의 상관적 사유, 리미널리티, 재활성화 개념을 중심으로 두 사상의 삼계관에 나타난 근대성을 비교한다연구 내용: 첫째, 동학과 참동학이라는 이름과 같이 두 사상은 공통적으로 자생적 근대성을 종교적으로 추구하였다. 둘째, 두 사상은 모두 상관적 사유에 기반한 삼계관과 삼계관에 따른 수양적 근대성을 추구하였다. 셋째, 두 사상은 삼계관의 차이에 의하여 동학사상은 동학농민혁명운동으로 대순사상은 종교사상으로 각각 서로 다른 방향으로 발전하였다결론 및 제언: 동학사상의 삼계관이 보편성과 추상성을 강조하는 근대성을 강조했다면 대순사상의 삼계관은 근대성에서 나타난 새로운 문제점을 극복한 탈근대성의 특징이 나타난다. 핵심어: 대순사상, 동학사상, 참동학, 근대성, 탈근대성 Comparative Study on Indigenous Modernity ofDonghak Thought and Daesoon Thought Wonhyuk Choi* Abstract: The purpose of this study is to reveal the characteristics of Korea’s spontaneous modernity by comparing Donghak Thought and Daesoon Thought, which are being highlighted as Korea’s autonomous modernity. This article focuses on the concepts of correlational thinking, liminality, and revitalization in religious anthropology. By comparing two thoughts, the results this article finds are as below. First, as the names of Donghak and True Donghak suggest, the two ideologies had in common a religious pursuit of self-generated modernity. Second, both ideologies pursued a view of the three worlds based on correlational thinking and a cultivating modernity according to the view of the three worlds. Third, due to the difference in the view of the three worlds, the two ideologies developed in different directions, with Donghak ideology as a Donghak peasant revolution movement and Daesoon ideology as a religious ideology. While the view of the three worlds of Donghak thought emphasized modernity that emphasizes universality and abstraction, the view of the three worlds of Daesoon thought shows the characteristics of post-modernity, overcoming new problems that emerged in modernity. The research method targeted 335 people who attended a dance performance held in the local government in 2021. The contents of the study are as follows. First, social contribution activities did not affect willingness to support and cooperate. Second, local residents’ perception was found to have an effect on their willingness to support and cooperate. Third, differences appeared in planning of social contribution activities depending on age, and differences in local residents’ perception appeared in emotions and cooperation. Fourth, depending on the viewing of the performance, differences appeared in social activities in terms of public interest, planning, and donations, and differences in local residents’ perceptions appeared in cooperation and evaluation. 보육교사의 관계 스트레스, 일-삶의 균형, 직업가치관이행복감에 미치는 영향

보육교사의 관계 스트레스, 일-삶의 균형, 직업가치관이행복감에 미치는 영향 김 송 이 연구 목적: 이 연구는 보육교사의 관계 스트레스, 일-삶의 균형, 직업가치관이 보육교사의 행복감에 미치는 상대적 영향력을 파악하고자 실시하였다. 연구 방법: 유아교육포털 사이트를 통해 연구 참여에 동의한 총 271명의 보육교사를 대상으로 행복감(21문항), 관계스트레스(17문항), 일-삶의 균형(29문항), 직업가치관(18문항) 질문지를 통해 측정하였다. 자료는 단계적 중다회귀분석으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 보육교사의 내재적 직업가치관이 내적 행복감과 외적 행복감에 영향미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 또한 보육교사의 내재적 직업가치관, 동료관계 스트레스, 외재적 직업가치관이 자기조절 행복감에 영향미치는 요인으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 보육교사의 직업가치관이 행복감에 미치는 영향력이 가장 큰 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 보육환경과 세대의 가치관이 급변하는 시기에 보육교사의 행복감에 미치는 직업가치관의 영향력을 파악했다는 점에서 의의가 있으며, 보육교사의 교사교육과 보육지원 정책의 방향 수립의 기초자료를 제공하여 보육교사의 삶의 질뿐 아니라 보육의 전반적인 질 향상에 일조할 수 있기를 기대한다. 핵심어: 보육교사, 관계 스트레스, 일-삶의 균형, 직업가치관, 행복감 The Effects of Relationship Stress, Work-Life Balance, and Job Value on Happiness of Childcare Teachers Songyee Kim** Abstract: The purpose of this study was to examine how relationship stress, work-life balance, and job value affect happiness of childcare teachers. A total of 217 childcare teachers who agreed to participate in the study through a portal site were surveyed using questionnaires to measure happiness, relationship stress, work-life balance, and job values. The data were analyzed using stepwise multiple regression analysis. The research results are as follows. First, introversion job value positively affected internal happiness and external happiness. Second, introversion and extroversion job value positively affected self-regulating happiness, and peer relationship stress negatively affected self-regulating happiness. In conclusion, job value was important factor to increase happiness of childcare teachers. This study is significant in that it examines the impact of job values on daycare teachers’ happiness during a period of rapid changes in the childcare environment and generational values. It is expected to provide essential foundational data for shaping teacher training and childcare support policies, contributing not only to the quality of life for daycare teachers but also to the overall improvement of childcare. Meaning and Role of Culture in Sustainable Developmentand the Practice of SDGs·ESG Changeon Lee* Abstract: This article provides a forum for various stakeholders, including citizens, to identify as subjects aiming for a sustainable society and to think together about how culture can contribute to a “sustainable society”. This means that young people, citizens, and various stakeholders of society are not passive customers of social activities, but are actively involved in the politics, economy, and society of the earth-state-city and play a role as producers and policy actors of a sustainable development culture aimed at a sustainable city. The survey was conducted from Oct. 13 to Oct. 19, 2023, and a total of 220 people participated. The research results are as follows. First, the impact of cultural marketing on regional development is the expansion of cultural facilities and cultural revitalization. Second, the impact of sports tourism on regional development is price and product. Third, the location, product, and promotion of sports tourism were confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between cultural revitalization and regional development. Fourth, the price of sports tourism was confirmed to have a partial mediating effect in the relationship between cultural revitalization, expansion of cultural facilities, and regional development. We hope that this research will serve as an opportunity for the growth of the tourism industry and contribute to revitalizing the local economy of Jeollanam-do. 간호대학생의 의사소통 자신감, 비판적 사고 성향이건강정보 이해 능력에 미치는 영향 김 수 미ㆍ류 지 원 연구 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 간호대학생의 의사소통 자신감, 비판적 사고 성향이 건강정보 이해 능력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 시도되었다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 서술적 조사연구로 대상자는 J도에 소재한 2개 대학 간호학과에 재학 중이며 연구 참여에 동의한 176명이다. 자료수집은 구조화된 설문지를 이용하여 2023년 10월부터 2023년 11월에 진행되었다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN 25.0 프로그램을 사용하여 t-test와 ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression analysis로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구 결과 간호대학생의 의사소통 자신감, 비판적 사고 성향, 건강정보 이해 능력은 각각 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 비판적 사고 성향(β=.213, p<.001)과 학년(β=.187, p=.004)이 건강정보 이해 능력에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 간호대학생의 의사소통 자신감, 비판적 사고 성향, 건강정보 이해 능력 간의 관계를 규명함에 의의가 있으며, 건강정보 이해 능력 증진을 위해 비판적 사고 성향을 강화하는 간호 교육이 필요함을 시사한다. 핵심어: 의사소통 자신감, 비판적 사고 성향, 건강정보 이해 능력, 간호대학생, 역량 The Effect of Communication Self-confidence and Critical Thinking Disposition on Health Literacy in Nursing Students Sumi Kim* & Jiwon Ryu** Abstract: The purpose of this study was to identify the effect of communication self-confidence and critical thinking disposition on health literacy in nursing students. The subjects of this study were 176 students who agreed to participate in the study as students enrolled in the nursing departments of two universities located in J province. The study’s data was conducted from October 2023 to November 2023, and the survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire. The collected data was analyzed by t-test and ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, multiple regression with SPSS WIN 25.0 program. As a result of this study, communication self-confidence, critical thinking disposition, and health literacy respectively showed significant positive correlations. Critical thinking disposition (β=.213, p<.001) and grade (β=.187, p=.004) were found to have a significant effect on health literacy. This study is meaningful in confirming the relationship between communication self-confidence, critical thinking disposition, and health literacy in nursing students, suggesting that enhancing critical thinking disposition is necessary to improve health literacy in nursing education.
