      • Boundedness and Nonemptiness of Solution Sets for Set-Valued Vector Equilibrium Problems with an Application

Zhong, Ren-You,Huang, Nan-Jing,Cho, Yeol Je Hindawi Publishing Corporation 2011 Journal of inequalities and applications Vol.2011 No.1

<P>This paper is devoted to the characterizations of the boundedness and nonemptiness of solution sets for set-valued vector equilibrium problems in reflexive Banach spaces, when both the mapping and the constraint set are perturbed by different parameters. By using the properties of recession cones, several equivalent characterizations are given for the set-valued vector equilibrium problems to have nonempty and bounded solution sets. As an application, the stability of solution set for the set-valued vector equilibrium problem in a reflexive Banach space is also given. The results presented in this paper generalize and extend some known results in Fan and Zhong (2008), He (2007), and Zhong and Huang (2010).</P>

      • The atomization characteristics of the surrogate fuel of diesel from indirect coal liquefaction at engine conditions

( Zhong Huang ),( Tingting Zhang ),( Dehao Ju ),( Xinqi Qiao ),( Jin Xiao ),( Zhen Huang ) 한국액체미립화학회 2017 한국액체미립화학회 학술강연회 논문집 Vol.2017 No.-

The fuel spray behavior has a significant impact on the performance and emission characteristics of the compression ignition engine. It controls the fuel air mixing, which in turns is critical for the combustion process. The differences in the physical properties of convention diesel and the diesel from coal indirect liquefaction (DICL) are expected to result in differences in their spray characteristics, thus, in the performance and emission characteristics of the engine. The aim of this work is to analyze the atomization characteristics of the DICL and compare the global and local flow characteristics of the DICL with the NO.2 diesel (D2) at engine conditions. A surrogate fuel of the DICL (a mixture of 72.4% n-dodecane and 27.6% methylcyclohexane by mass) was built according to its components to simulate the atomization characteristics of the DICL in the non-reacting high temperature and high pressure environment. The implicit Large Eddy Simulation (LES) was used together with the Lagrangian particle tracking approach for the liquid phase in the present study. The simulation results show that the liquid penetration of the DICL is shorter than that of theD2, while there is no significant difference in the vapor penetration of the two fuels. In addition, the gas-phase axial velocity of the DICL along the spray center line is slightly larger than that of D2 in upstream of the spray. Moreover, the SMD of the DICL is larger than that of D2. The studies on the effects of the injection pressure on the atomization characteristics of the DICL were also carried out. The results imply that the injection pressure of the DICL is not required as large as the injection pressure for D2 to generate the same spray quality. This study is helpful to understand the differences in the atomization characteristics between DICL and D2.

[번역문] 중국에서의 기업과 인권 : 중국의 해외투자 정책에 대한 소고

        Zhong Huang,Wanhong Zhang,김정식(번역자) 서강대학교 법학연구소 2019 법과기업연구 Vol.9 No.3

      • Decreased Expression of LKB1 Correlates with Poor Prognosis in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Patients Undergoing Hepatectomy

        Huang, Yue-Han,Chen, Zhen-Kun,Huang, Ka-Te,Li, Peng,He, Bin,Guo, Xu,Zhong, Jun-Qiao,Zhang, Qi-Yu,Shi, Hong-Qi,Song, Qi-Tong,Yu, Zheng-Ping,Shan, Yun-Feng Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2013 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.14 No.3

Aim: To study any correlation of LKB1 expression with prognosis in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) cases. Methods: A total of 70 HCC patients and 20 primary intrahepatic stone patients in the first affiliated hospital of Wenzhou Medical College were enrolled in this study. LKB1 expression was detected by immunohistochemistry. Patients were followed-up and prognostic factors were evaluated. Result: LKB1 expression was decreased in the HCC samples. Loss of LKB1 expression in HCC was significantly related to histologic grade (P=0.010), vascular invasion (P=0.025) and TMN stage (P=0.011). Patients showing negative LKB1 expression had a significantly shorter disease-free and overall survival than those with positive expression (P = 0.001, P=0.000, respectively). Multivariate Cox regression analysis indicated that LKB1 expression level was an independent factor of survival (P = 0.033). Conclusion: HCC patients with decreased expression LKB1 have a poor prognosis. The loss of LKB1 expression is correlated with a lower survival rate.

Multiobjective Optimization of Three-Stage Spur Gear Reduction Units Using Interactive Physical Programming

Huang Hong Zhong,Tian Zhi Gang,Zuo Ming J. The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers 2005 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.19 No.5

The preliminary design optimization of multi-stage spur gear reduction units has been a subject of considerable interest, since many high-performance power transmission applications (e.g., automotive and aerospace) require high-performance gear reduction units. There are multiple objectives in the optimal design of multi-stage spur gear reduction unit, such as minimizing the volume and maximizing the surface fatigue life. It is reasonable to formulate the design of spur gear reduction unit as a multi-objective optimization problem, and find an appropriate approach to solve it. In this paper an interactive physical programming approach is developed to place physical programming into an interactive framework in a natural way. Class functions, which are used to represent the designer's preferences on design objectives, are fixed during the interactive physical programming procedure. After a Pareto solution is generated, a preference offset is added into the class function of each objective based on whether the designer would like to improve this objective or sacrifice the objective so as to improve other objectives. The preference offsets are adjusted during the interactive physical programming procedure, and an optimal solution that satisfies the designer's preferences is supposed to be obtained by the end of the procedure. An optimization problem of three-stage spur gear reduction unit is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.

Concept Optimization for Mechanical Product Using Genetic Algorithm

Huang Hong Zhong,Bo Rui Feng,Fan Xiang Feng The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers 2005 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.19 No.5

Conceptual design is the first step in the overall process of product design. Its intrinsic uncertainty, imprecision, and lack of information lead to the fact that current conceptual design activities in engineering have not been computerized and very few CAD systems are available to support conceptual design. In most of the current intelligent design systems, approach of principle synthesis, such as morphology matrix, bond graphic, or design catalogues, is usually adopted to deal with the concept generation, in which optional concepts are generally combined and enumerated through function analysis. However, as a large number of concepts are generated, it is difficult to evaluate and optimize these design candidates using regular algorithm. It is necessary to develop a new approach or a tool to solve the concept generation. Generally speaking, concept generation is a problem of concept synthesis. In substance, this process of developing design candidate is a combinatorial optimization process, viz., the process of concept generation can be regarded as a solution for a state-place composed of multi-concepts. In this paper, genetic algorithm is utilized as a feasible tool to solve the problem of combinatorial optimization in concept generation, in which the encoding method of morphology matrix based on function analysis is applied, and a sequence of optimal concepts are generated through the search and iterative process which is controlled by genetic operators, including selection, crossover, mutation, and reproduction in GA. Several crucial problems on GA are discussed in this paper, such as the calculation of fitness value and the criteria for heredity termination, which have a heavy effect on selection of better concepts. The feasibility and intellectualization of the proposed approach are demonstrated with an engineering case. In this work concept generation is implemented using GA, which can facilitate not only generating several better concepts, but also selecting the best concept. Thus optimal concepts can be conveniently developed and design efficiency can be greatly improved.

      • Posbist Reliability Analysis of Typical Systems

Huang, Hong-Zhong,Tong, X.,He, L.P. The Korean Reliability Society 2007 International Journal of Reliability and Applicati Vol.8 No.2

Posbist reliability of typical systems is preliminarily discussed in Cai (1991). In this paper, we focus on the posbist reliability analysis of some typical systems in depth. First, the lifetime of the system is dealt as a fuzzy variable defined on the possibility space (U, ${\phi}$, $P_{oss}$) and the universe of discourse is expanded from (0, $+{\infty}$) to ($-{\infty},\;+{\infty}$). Then, a concrete possibility distribution function of the fuzzy variable is given, i.e., a Gaussian fuzzy variable. Finally, posbist reliability of typical systems (series, parallel, series-parallel, parallel-series, cold redundant system) is deduced. The expansion makes the proofs of some theorems straightforward and allows us to easily obtain the posbist reliability of typical systems. To illustrate the method a numerical example is given.

Petri Nets Based Coordination Component for CSCW Environment

Huang Hong Zhong,Zhou Feng,Zu Xu The Korean Society of Mechanical Engineers 2005 JOURNAL OF MECHANICAL SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY Vol.19 No.5

In view of the lack of efficient coordination of interdependent task in the collaborative design system, the mechanisms for temporal and resource coordination problems are established based on Petri Nets, respectively. Both of the mechanisms are encapsulated and implemented in the coordination component so as to increase the flexibility and acceptability of the system. We model the CSCW system based on Petri Nets for simulation, analysis and optimization. A case study on the overhead traveling crane is given to demonstrate and validate our theory.
