The purpose of this paper is to study pseudo-Riemannian algebras, which are algebras with pseudo-Riemannian non-degenerate symmetric bilinear forms. We nd that pseudo-Riemannian algebras whose left centers are isotropic play a curial role and show that the decomposition of pseudo-Riemannian algebras whose left centers are isotropic into indecomposable non-degenerate ideals is unique up to a special automorphism. Furthermore, if the left center equals the center, the orthogonal decomposition of any pseudo-Riemannian algebra into indecomposable non-degenerate ideals is unique up to an isometry.

ω-left-symmetric algebras contain left-symmetric algebras as a subclass and the commutator defines an ω-Lie algebra. In this paper, we classify ω-left-symmetric algebras in dimension 3 up to an isomorphism based on the classification of ω-Lie algebras and the technique of Lie algebras.

The sex-linked balanced lethal (SLBL) strains of silkworm serve as an effective system for sex-control in silkworm. To gain comprehensive insight into the effect of one sex-linked balanced lethal gene l2, comparative proteomic analysis was carried out between the survival embryos (W +l 1 Z l 1 +l 2 ) and lethal embryos (W +l 1 Z l 1 +l 2 ) before the lethal stage. The lethal stage of l2 was confirmed by observing the typical dead embryo morphology. The two genotype embryos before lethal stage were distinguished using polymorphic simple sequence repeats (SSR) markers closely linked to l2 on the sex chromosome. Finally, 11 differentially expressed protein spots were successfully identified by MALDI-TOF/TOF mass spectrometry (MS). Among them,only 1 protein identified as heat shock protein 20.4(HSP20.4) was up-regulated in the lethal embryos, while the other 10 were down-regulated. The up-regulation of HSP20.4 suggests that there may be abnormal polypeptides produced in the lethal embryos. The gene ontology (GO)annotation indicated those down-regulated proteins are involved in important biological processes including embryo development, nucleoside metabolism, tRNA splicing, translation and protein folding. The biological pathway analysis showed that those down-regulated proteins are mainly involved in spindle assemblage and morphogenesis. Based on our results, we suggest that the l2 may be the mutant expressing abnormal polypeptides. Its expression has a negative effect on mitosis and morphogenesis processes. The death of the embryos may be caused by the accumulation of abnormal polypeptides and the handicap of cell proliferation and morphogenesis.

The attapulgite-iron oxide magnetic composites were synthesized by coprecipitation of iron oxides onattapulgite particles, and characterized by FTIR and XRD. The composites had the saturationmagnetization value of 32.7 emu/g, which made the composites separate from aqueous solution easilyusing the magnetic separation method in large scale. The composites could preconcentrate Eu(III)efficiently from aqueous solutions. The sorption of Eu(III) on the composites was affected by pH and ionicstrength obviously. The sorption isotherms were well simulated by Langmuir model, and the maximumsorption capacity was calculated to be 4.94 10 4 mol/g at pH 5.0, which was much higher othermaterials.

This paper aims to address the intelligent active vibration control problem of a flexible rectangular plate vibration involving parameter variation and external disturbance. An adaptive sliding mode (ASM) MIMO control strategy and smart piezoelectric materials are proposed as a solution, where the controller design can deal with problems of an external disturbance and parametric uncertainty in system. Compared with the current ‘classical’ control design, the proposed ASM MIMO control strategy design has two advantages. First, unlike existing classical control algorithms, where only low intelligence of the vibration control system is achieved, this paper shows that high intelligent of the vibration control system can be realized by the ASM MIMO control strategy and smart piezoelectric materials. Second, the system performance is improved due to two additional terms obtained in the active vibration control system. Detailed design principle and rigorous stability analysis are provided. Finally, experiments and simulations were used to verify the effectiveness of the proposed strategy using a hardware prototype based on NI instruments, a MATLAB/SIMULINK platform, and smart piezoelectric materials.

This paper gives an overview of research on the field of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of spacecraft. First of all, the importance of the technology has been given an introduction, and then later the research progress of space structure dynamics modeling, research progress of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of flexible spacecraft have been discussed respectively. Finally, future research on application of structure vibration-attitude coordinated control of spacecraft has been recommended.
