Spring Festival Gala of Henan Radio and Television Station "out of the circle" in 2021, on the basis of which a series of programs with similar styles were derived, the Spring Festival Gala of Henan in 2022 continued its previous style and content, and also received tremendous response. Based on the analysis of the program text of Spring Festival Gala of Henan, this paper expounds the strategy of Henan Satellite TV to stand out from the perspective of integrity and innovation, cultural identity and emotional resonance. Content still matters, and the media content created based on high-quality culture is the secret of enduring prosperity. Persisting in the disseminating of high-quality cultural works is a desirable and effective strategy for all media platforms.

This paper investigates the effect of independent directorship on the firm performance of Chinese listed companies under the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic. The study starts by assessing the relationship between independent director-related characteristics and firm performance, then mines independent director characteristics variables, collects variable data, proposes reasonable hypotheses, and constructs a data model. 1597 companies listed on Shanghai and Shenzhen stock index, China, from 2020 to 2021 has been selected as the research sample. An empirical study on the relationship between independent directors’ characteristics and firm performance was conducted using SPSS25. The results show that under the impact of the global COVID-19 epidemic, the proportion of independent directors on the board of directors, the age of independent directors, the remuneration of independent directors, and the overseas background of independent directors in Chinese listed companies have a negative relationship with the current firm performance, while the proportion of female independent directors and the part-time rate of independent directors do not have a positive effect on firm performance. The findings of this study strongly imply that independent directors’ characteristics play a significant role in corporate governance and firm performance in Chinese listed companies and that the external environment has an impact on how well independent directors can carry out their duties.

This paper presents a complete method for vehicle detection and tracking in a fixed setting based on computer vision. Vehicle detection is performed based on Scale Invariant Feature Transform (SIFT) feature matching. With SIFT feature detection and matching, the geometrical relations between the two images is estimated. Then, the previous image is aligned with the current image so that moving vehicles can be detected by analyzing the difference image of the two aligned images. Vehicle tracking is also performed based on SIFT feature matching. For the decreasing of time consumption and maintaining higher tracking accuracy, the detected candidate vehicle in the current image is matched with the vehicle sample in the tracking sample set, which contains all of the detected vehicles in previous images. Most remarkably, the management of vehicle entries and exits is realized based on SIFT feature matching with an efficient update mechanism of the tracking sample set. This entire method is proposed for highway traffic environment where there are no non-automotive vehicles or pedestrians, as these would interfere with the results.
An Intelligent MAC Protocol Selection Method based on Machine Learning in Wireless Sensor Networks

Wireless sensor network has been widely used in Internet of Things (IoT) applications to support large and dense networks. As sensor nodes are usually tiny and provided with limited hardware resources, the existing multiple access methods, which involve high computational complexity to preserve the protocol performance, is not available under such a scenario. In this paper, we propose an intelligent Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol selection scheme based on machine learning in wireless sensor networks. We jointly consider the impact of inherent behavior and external environments to deal with the application limitation problem of the single type MAC protocol. This scheme can benefit from the combination of the competitive protocols and non-competitive protocols, and help the network nodes to select the MAC protocol that best suits the current network condition. Extensive simulation results validate our work, and it also proven that the accuracy of the proposed MAC protocol selection strategy is higher than the existing work.
A Source Code Cross-site Scripting Vulnerability Detection Method

To deal with the potential XSS vulnerabilities in the source code of the power communication network, an XSS vulnerability detection method combining the static analysis method with the dynamic testing method is proposed. The static analysis method aims to analyze the structure and content of the source code. We construct a set of feature expressions to match malignant content and set a "variable conversion" method to analyze the data flow of the code that implements interactive functions. The static analysis method explores the vulnerabilities existing in the source code structure and code content. Dynamic testing aims to simulate network attacks to reflect whether there are vulnerabilities in web pages. We construct many attack vectors and implemented the test in the Selenium tool. Due to the combination of the two analysis methods, XSS vulnerability discovery research could be conducted from two aspects: “white-box testing” and “black-box testing”. Tests show that this method can effectively detect XSS vulnerabilities in the source code of the power communication network.

Background: Twenty-four-hour urinary free cortisol (UFC) measurement is the initial diagnostic test for Cushing’s syndrome (CS). We compared UFC determination by both direct and extraction immunoassays using Abbott Architect, Siemens Atellica Solution, and Beckman DxI800 with liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). In addition, we evaluated the value of 24-hr UFC measured by six methods for diagnosing CS. Methods: Residual 24-hr urine samples of 94 CS and 246 non-CS patients were collected. A laboratory-developed LC-MS/MS method was used as reference. UFC was measured by direct assays (D) using Abbott, Siemens, and Beckman platforms and by extraction assays (E) using Siemens and Beckman platforms. Method was compared using Passing–Bablok regression and Bland–Altman plot analyses. Cut-off values for the six assays and corresponding sensitivities and specificities were calculated by ROC analysis. Results: Abbott-D, Beckman-E, Siemens-E, and Siemens-D showed strong correlations with LC-MS/MS (Spearman coefficient r=0.965, 0.922, 0.922, and 0.897, respectively), while Beckman-D showed weaker correlation (r=0.755). All immunoassays showed proportionally positive bias. The areas under the curve were 0.975 for Abbott-D, 0.972 for LC-MS/MS, 0.966 for Siemens-E, 0.948 for Siemens-D, 0.955 for Beckman-E, and 0.877 for Beckman-D. The cut-off values varied significantly (154.8–1,321.5 nmol/24 hrs). Assay sensitivity and specificity ranged from 76.1% to 93.2% and from 93.0% to 97.1%, respectively. Conclusions: Commercially available immunoassays for measuring UFC show different levels of analytical consistency compared to LC-MS/MS. Abbott-D, Siemens-E, and Beckman-E have high diagnostic accuracy for CS.

A new, rapid spectrophotometric quantitativedetermination method for γ-decalactone (GDL) was developedbased on the ferric hydroxamate reaction. Samples addedto a mixture of NH2OH·HCl and NaOH were heated toreact. Then HCl was added. Ferric chloride was added forcoloration, and 75% (v/v) ethanol was added. Absorbancevalues were measured after coloring for 10 min. Theconcentration range of a GDL calibration curve was 0.125-8.14 g/L. A 96-well plate high-throughput screening methodwas established to obtain desirable strains. A total of 215GDL-producing strains were identified from 4,327 samples. The highest production was 179 mg/L.

The low cost GNSS/INS integrated system applied in the land vehicle can benefit from the information fusion of odometer and motion aided constraints. However, the performance of the fusion system is affected by four key issues. Firstly, odometer scale factor is not a constant value and differs with the change of temperature, tire pressure and vehicle load. Secondly, the odometer measures velocity in the vehicle body frame (VBF) rather than the inertial sensor frame, whereas misalignment between the inertial measurement unit (IMU) and the VBF generally exists. Thirdly, the IMU origin doesn’t coincide with the odometer origin, lever arm influences the position accuracy. Fourthly, poor road condition may make the wheel spin or slide, and eventually leads to odometer failure. To solve aforementioned problems, this paper attempts to provide a scale factor and misalignment estimation method, a lever arm compensation (LAC) approach, and an odometer fault detection and isolation (FDI) indicator according to the odometer position error propagation equation. In addition, a two-cascaded Kalman filter is designed based on the context awareness to fuse all data information. Simulation experiment demonstrates the effectiveness of the scale factor and misalignment calibration algorithm, lever arm compensation approach and fault detection indicator. Moreover, the processed fusion system can significantly improve the positioning accuracy in GNSS-hostile environment.
