Qiang Zhang,Meng Xu,Yan Liu,Chunyan Zhang,Rui Zhang,Zhiyuan Fu,Jianlong Ji,Riguang Zhang,Shengbo Sang 한국공업화학회 2023 Journal of Industrial and Engineering Chemistry Vol.117 No.-
Piezoelectric flexible sensors have been used to detect biomolecules such as sweat and glucose because oftheir passive, simple structure and high sensitivity. This paper proposes a novel flexible piezoelectric Au-BaTiO3-FeGa & PDMS biosensor in which magnetostrictive deformation amplifies the surface stress generatedby biomolecules combining on the thin film. The modification process of bovine serum albumin(BSA) binding with the sensor was initially determined by the first principles approach. Then, the sensingmechanism was verified by finite-element simulation. Based on the simulation results, flexible Au-BaTiO3-FeGa & PDMS biosensors were prepared, modified, and measured. The structure, modification, and detection of the sensors were analyzed by digital microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectrometry(FTIR), atomic force microscopy (AFM), and scanning electron microscopy (SEM). The responses ofthe biosensors detecting different BSA solution concentrations under magnetic fields were then investigated. Experimental results indicate that the biosensor has the highest sensitivity under a magnetic fieldof 30 mT.

The competition of network sales market brought the traditional automobile sales and services the unprecedented pressure. This paper analysis the theories about customer satisfaction model both in China and abroad. All of them are expected difference theory as the core, evaluating the benefit of consumer satisfaction by perception the difference of perceived benefits and loss. On this basis, by the internet-questionnaire survey, the China internet-automobile customer satisfaction evaluation system of the bayesian model is established. From this, it can be obtained the main factors of the customer satisfaction and their influence degree.
Intestinal mucus components and secretion mechanisms: what we do and do not know
Song Chunyan,Chai Zhenglong,Chen Si,Zhang Hui,Zhang Xiaohong,Zhou Yuping 생화학분자생물학회 2023 Experimental and molecular medicine Vol.55 No.-
Damage to the colon mucus barrier, the first line of defense against microorganisms, is an important determinant of intestinal diseases such as inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer, and disorder in extraintestinal organs. The mucus layer has attracted the attention of the scientific community in recent years, and with the discovery of new mucosal components, it has become increasingly clear that the mucosal barrier is a complex system composed of many components. Moreover, certain components are jointly involved in regulating the structure and function of the mucus barrier. Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic understanding of the functional components of the mucus layer is clearly warranted. In this review, we summarize the various functional components of the mucus layer identified thus far and describe their unique roles in shaping mucosal structure and function. Furthermore, we detail the mechanisms underlying mucus secretion, including baseline and stimulated secretion. In our opinion, baseline secretion can be categorized into spontaneous Ca2+ oscillation-mediated slow and continuous secretion and stimulated secretion, which is mediated by massive Ca2+ influx induced by exogenous stimuli. This review extends the current understanding of the intestinal mucus barrier, with an emphasis on host defense strategies based on fortification of the mucus layer.

The FAT-1 protein is an n-3 fatty acid desaturase, which can recognize a range of 18- and 20-carbon n-6 substrates and transform n-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) into n-3 PUFAs while n-3 PUFAs have beneficial effect on human health. Fat1 gene is the coding sequence from Caenorhabditis elegans which might play an important role on lipometabolism. To reveal the function of fat1 gene in bovine fetal fibroblast cells and gain the best cell nuclear donor for transgenic bovines, the codon of fat1 sequence was optimized based on the codon usage frequency preference of bovine muscle protein, and directionally cloned into the eukaryotic expression vector pEF-GFP. After identifying by restrictive enzyme digests with AatII/XbaI and sequencing, the fusion plasmid pEF-GFP-fat1 was identified successfully. The pEF-GFP-fat1 vector was transfected into bovine fetal fibroblast cells mediated by Lipofectamine2000$^{TM}$. The positive bovine fetal fibroblast cells were selected by G418 and detected by RT-PCR. The results showed that a 1,234 bp transcription was amplified by reverse transcription PCR and the positive transgenic fat1 cell line was successfully established. Then the expression level of fat1 gene in positive cells was detected using quantitative PCR, and the catalysis efficiency was detected by gas chromatography. The results demonstrated that the catalysis efficiency of fat1 was significantly high, which can improve the total PUFAs rich in EPA, DHA and DPA. Construction and expression of pEF-GFP-fat1 vector should be helpful for further understanding the mechanism of regulation of fat1 in vitro. It could also be the first step in the production of fat1 transgenic cattle.
White Noise Estimators for Networked Systems with Packet Dropouts
Chunyan Han,Wei Wang,Yuan Zhang 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2013 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.11 No.6
This paper studies the optimal and suboptimal deconvolution problems over a network subject to random packet losses, which are modeled by an independent identically distributed Bernoulli process. By the projection formula, an optimal input white noise estimator is first presented with a stochastic Kalman filter. We show that this obtained deconvolution estimator is time-varying, stochastic, and it does not converge to a steady value. Then an alternative suboptimal input white-noise estimator with deterministic gains is developed under a new criterion. The estimator gain and its respective error covariance-matrix information are derived based on a new suboptimal state estimator. It can be shown that the suboptimal input white-noise estimator converges to a steady-state one under appropriate assumptions.

In this paper, hierarchical CuO/MnO2 composite hollow nanospheres have been successfully fabricated by water evaporation-induced self-assembly through a redox transformation reaction between Cu2O nanospheres and KMnO4 solution at 120℃ for 6 h, followed by removing the residual Cu2O cores with ammonia hydroxide solution. The outstanding feature of this method is that the reaction system is in a dynamic environment due to the evaporation of the solvent water, which benefits the self-assembly of nanostructures to form hierarchical structures. Both Kirkendall effect and Ostwald ripening mechanism are suggested to be responsible for the formation of the hierarchical CuO/MnO2 nanocomposites according to the characterization results. The electrochemical properties of the products were studied, and the results show that the hierarchical CuO/MnO2 hollow nanospheres exhibit high capacity and good rate performance (a stable capacity of about 480 mAh g-1 after 80 cycles of variable charging rate), which is probably attributed to the hierarchical hollow nanostructures.
Optimal Estimation for Continuous-Time Markovian Jump Linear Systems with Delayed Measurements
Chunyan Han,Huanshui Zhang 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2009 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.7 No.6
This paper is to investigate the linear minimum mean square error estimation for continuous-time Markovian jump linear systems with delayed measurements. The key technique applied for treating the measurement delay is the reorganization innovation analysis, by which the state estimation with delayed measurements is transformed into a standard linear mean square filter of an associated delay-free system. The optimal filter is derived based on the innovation analysis method together with geometric arguments in Hilbert space. An analytical solution to the filter is obtained in terms of two Riccati differential equations, and hence is very simple in computation. Computer simulations are carried out to evaluate the performance of the proposed algorithms. The problem of tracking a maneuvering target is addressed.
Prevalence of Hepatitis B Virus Infection in Kaifeng, China: A 5-year Observation
Zhang, Jinli,Ma, Chunyan,Li, Hang,Steele, Michael,Idris, Adi The Korean Society for Microbiology and Biotechnol 2018 한국미생물·생명공학회지 Vol.46 No.4
Hepatitis B is a major health problem in China. However, little is known about the prevalence of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in Kaifeng, the major urban capital of Henan province, China. We found that HBV prevalence increased with age and that chronic HBV was predominant in adult males in Kaifeng. The HBV prevalence remained unchanged over a 5-year period for all age groups. Alarmingly, 25% of the population remained unvaccinated and potentially susceptible to future HBV infection. HBV immunization and health education initiatives should be carried out in this population to further reduce the overall prevalence of HBV.

To verified the target genes of miR-34c, bioinformatics software was used to predict the targets of miR-34c. Three possible target genes of miR-34c related to spermatogenesis and male reproductive development: zinc finger protein 148 (ZNF148), kruppel-like factor 4 (KLF4), and platelet-derived growth factor receptor alpha (PDGFRA) were predicted. Then, the expression of miR-34c and its target genes were detected in swine testicular tissue at different developmental stages by quantitative polymerase chain reaction. The results suggested that the expression of PDGFRA has the highest negative correlation with miR-34c. Then immunohistochemical staining was done to observe the morphology of swine testicular tissue at 2-days and 3, 4, 5-months of age, which indicated that PDGFRA was mainly expressed in the support cells near the basement membrane during the early development stages of testicular tissue, but that the expression of PDGFRA was gradually reduced in later stages. Therefore, western blot analyzed that the highest expression of PDGFRA was generated in 2-days old testicular tissues and the expression levels reduced at 3 and 4-months old, which correlated with the results of immunohistochemical staining. In conclusion, PDGFRA is a target gene of miR-34c.
