Precision Advertising Based on the Scene of Trajectory Mining
Yun Wu,Feng Yang,Min Ren,Le Han 보안공학연구지원센터 2016 International Journal of Database Theory and Appli Vol.9 No.4
The value of offline data is continuously realized due to the rapid development of GPS, GSM and Wireless Sensor Technology. The Mobile Internet has become more common and with the advancement of technology, people have become more dependent on the mobile intelligent terminal. The Advertising model is influenced subtly by changes to the audiences’ lives and online patterns. Location Based Social Networking Services promote the precision advertising model into being, which is based on mobile internet. This paper used the methods of trajectory mining and POI clustering to create activity mapping table based on the users, location track data, then established user behavior feature model and built an advertising platform to implement precision advertising.

Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF) is a serious and irreversible chronic lung disease. Bleomycin (BLM) is an anticancer drug, which can cause severe lung toxicity. The main target of oxidative stress-induced lung injury is alveolar epithelial cells, which lead to interstitial fibrosis. The present study investigated whether hispidin (HP), which has excellent antioxidant activity, attenuates bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis via anti-oxidative effects in A549 cells. We found that hispidin reduced bleomycin-induced fibrosis of A549 cells by reducing reactive oxygen species (ROS) levels and inhibiting epithelial-mesenchymal transition. Taken together, our data suggest that hispidin has therapeutic potential in preventing bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis.
Investigation of Degradation Mechanism of Rabeprazole with Solid State Pharmaceutical Excipients
Ren, Shan,Tran, Thao Truong-Dinh,Tran, Phuong Ha-Lien,Rhee, Yun-Seok,Lee, Beom-Jin The Korean Society of Pharmaceutical Sciences and 2010 Journal of Pharmaceutical Investigation Vol.40 No.6
Rabeprazole sodium (RPN) is known to be very unstable at acidic condition or some acidic pharmaceutical excipients such as acrylic acid polymer (carbomer 934) with carboxylic acids. Thus, degradation mechanism of binary blends of rabeprazole with pharmaceutical excipients in a solid state without using solvents at three different ratios (3:1, 1:1 and 1:3) was investigated using Fourier transform infrad (FTIR) spectroscopy. Alkalizer (MgO), neutral hydroxypropymethylcellulose (HPMC 4000) were also tested for comparison. The binary blends were stored under accelerated conditions ($40^{\circ}C$/75% relative humidity) for two weeks. The concentration of thioether rabeprazole from the binary blends with acidic carbomer 934 increased as the rabeprazole concentration decreased. In addition, the degradation half-life of rabeprazole as well as the relative peak area ratios obtained from FTIR spectra of S=O stretching at $1094.1\;cm^{-1}$ decreased consistently as the fraction of carbomer 934 increased due to its sensitivity between the basic benzimidazole nitrogen and carboxylic acid group of carbomer 934. The physical appearance also turned into strong brown color in the presence of carbomer 934. In contrast, there were no significant changes in the degradation kinetics of rabeprazole with MgO and HPMC 4000 in a solid state. This present study demonstrated that the solid-state compatibility test with the aid of HPLC chromatographic and FTIR spectral analyses could offer a valuable methodology to select suitable pharmaceutical excipients and to elucidate the degradation mechanism of RPN for drug formulations at the early formulation stages.
Effects of thickness variations on the thermal elastoplastic behavior of annular discs
Yun-Che Wang,Sergei Alexandrov,Yeau-Ren Jeng 국제구조공학회 2013 Structural Engineering and Mechanics, An Int'l Jou Vol.47 No.6
Metallic annular discs with their outer boundary fully constrained are studied with newly derived semi-analytical solutions for the effects of thickness variations under thermal loading and unloading. The plane stress and axisymmetric assumptions were adopted, and the thickness of the disk depends on the radius hyperbolically with an exponent n. Furthermore, it is assumed that the stress state is two dimensional and temperature is uniform in the domain. The solutions include the elastic, elastic-plastic and plasticcollapse behavior, depending on the values of temperature. The von Mises type yield criterion is adopted in this work. The material properties, Young’s modulus, yield stress and thermal expansion coefficient, are assumed temperature dependent, while the Poisson’s ratio is assumed to be temperature independent. It is found that for any n values, if the normalized hole radius a greater than 0.6, the normalized temperature difference between the elastically reversible temperature and plastic collapse temperature is a monotonically decreasing function of inner radius. For small holes, the n values have strong effects on the normalized temperature difference. Furthermore, it is shown that thickness variations may have stronger effects on the strain distributions when temperature-dependent material properties are considered.
Feasibility of MFC (Macro-Fiber Composite) Transducers for Guided Wave Technique
Ren, Gang,Yun, Dongseok,Seo, Hogeon,Song, Minkyoo,Jhang, Kyung-Young The Korean Society for Nondestructive Testing 2013 한국비파괴검사학회지 Vol.33 No.3
Since MFC(macro-fiber composite) transducer has been developed, many researchers have tried to apply this transducer on SHM(structural health monitoring), because it is so flexible and durable that it can be easily embedded to various kinds of structures. The objective of this paper is to figure out the benefits and feasibility of applying MFC transducers to guided wave technique. For this, we have experimentally tested the performance of MFC patches as transmitter and sensors for excitation and reception of guided waves on the thin aluminum alloy plate. In order to enhance the signal accuracy, we applied the FIR filter for noise reduction as well as used STFT(short-time Fourier transform) algorithm to image the guided wave characteristics clearly. From the results, the guided wave generated based on MFC showed good agreement with its theoretical dispersion curves. Moreover, the ultrasonic Lamb wave techniques based on MFC patches in pitch-catch manner was tested for detection of surface notch defects of which depths are 10%, 20%, 30% and 40% of the aluminum plate thickness. Results showed that the notch was detectable well when the notch depth was 10% of the thickness or greater.

<P>ABSTRACT</P><P>Based on 30–60-day oscillation in the East Asian summer monsoon (EASM), the relationship between its northward propagation and ENSO (El Niño and Southern Oscillation) was investigated. To explicitly describe the 30–60-day monsoonal evolution, an empirical orthogonal function (EOF) analysis was carried out on the temporal-latitude section of the longitudinal average for 115°E–120°E. The principal 30–60-day EASM mode captures a northward propagation of well-organized intraseasonal oscillation (NISO). Using the associated time series of the first mode, we found a significant lagged correlation between interannual variability of the NISO and ENSO. Its lagged correlations with NINO indices have a quasi-biennial (QB) characteristic through the preceding summer and the concurrent summer. Their relationship was found by the regression analysis relating the low-level circulation to the ocean temperature. The western North Pacific anticyclone and the anticyclone-induced easterly vertical wind shear anomalies induce the dynamical linkage between the NISO and QB-type ENSO. It is shown that the NISO is more closely tied with QB-type ENSO in its phase than in its amplitude, and may be connected to the anomalous easterly wind and the eastward evolution of an oceanic Kelvin wave, which is associated with abrupt ENSO transition. The predictability on ENSO and NISO is examined through the canonical correlation analysis.</P>
