        The seasonal variance for estimate of exercise intensity, energy expenditure, maximal oxygen uptake and anaerobic threshold of elite women judo players(Group Ⅰ:4,Group Ⅱ: 4) was measured during 3,5,7,9,10month. The results of this study is as follows. 1. Exercise intensity by %HRmax during seasonal training was shown range of 56.45-73.62, 65.56-82.15, 80.03-86.62, 62.06-68.83%HRmax, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warm up, additional exercise, main exercise and cooling down. 2. Energy expenditure per min during seasonal training was shown range of 4.09-7.96, 5.41-8.66, 8.95-9.90 and 5.05-6.41Kcal/min, respectiveley, from 3 to 9month in the warn up, additional exercise, main exercise, main exercsie and cooling down. 3. Changes of maximal oxygen uptake(VO₂max)during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, maximal heart rate during detraining expressed significant difference(p<0.05) between both group. 4. Anaerobic threshold levels during seasonal training and detraining not significant difference between both group, and in the seasonal variance. However, AT-VE(1/min) and AT- work time(min) of group Ⅱ expressed significant difference(p<0.01) in the seasonal variance.

      • 자전거 에르고미터운동시 유ㆍ무산소성 역치수준의 근전도 변화

        The aim of present study is investigate the change of IEMG and PEMG in the aerobic, anaerobic threshold by ventilation an blood locate concentration. Subjects of this study is adult sedentary men of age 32.18±4.28yrs. Subjects performed an incremental test on the bicycle ergometer from an initial work load of 0.5KP(60 rpm) to exhaustion by 3-min steps of 0.5KP. The results of this study was as follows: 1. The levels of relative exercises load in the ventilation, lactate, PEMG and IEMG by aerobic threshold were appeared 39.88±15.62%, 39.66±13.05%, 34.31±13.74% and 36.69±13.05%, respectively. It was not significant difference between variables. 2. The levels of relative exercise load in the ventilation, lactate, PEMG and IEMG by aerobic threshold were appeared 70.02±7.72%, 65.69±8.82%, 64.61±8.65% and 69.64±9.76%, respectively. It was not significant difference between variables. In this results above, It is considered that analysis methods by non-linear increase point of PEMG and IEMG related to both respiratory gas variables, blood lactate accumulation type and muscle function, muscle fiber recruitment type for determination of aerobic and anaerobic threshold.

      • 조갑진균증의 치료에서 터비나핀과 이트라코나졸의 이중맹검 비교연구 : 공동연구

        저자들은 새로 개발된 alyllamine계 항진균제인 터비나핀의 발톱의 조갑백서에서 치료 효과, 내약성 및 부작용 등을 평가하기 위해 triazole계의 이트라코나졸과 이중 맹검으로 비교 조사하였다. 치료방법은 터비나핀은 250㎎/days로 12주간, 이트라코나졸은 100㎎/day로 124주간 복용하고 양군 모두 치료 시작 후 36주까지 추적 관찰하였다. 조사방법은 조갑진균증 환자에 대해 치료에 대해 설명후 동의서를 받고 장기간 치료가 부적합한 경우를 제외한 149명(터비나핀군 74명, 이트라코나졸군 75명)이 치료를 받았으며 이중 25명이 탈락하고 13명이 부작용등으로 치료를 중지하여 111명(터비나핀군 51명, 이트라코나볼군 60명)이 치료를 완료하였다. 1. 임상적인 소견은 점진적으로 호전되었으며, 치료 시작후 36주에는 병변조갑의 감소 비율로 볼때 터비나핀군은 51명중 완전치료가 24(47.0%), 76%이상 호전이 18명(35.3%), 51%~75% 호전이 6명(11.8%), 26~50% 호전이 2명 (3.9%), 25% 이하의 호전을 보인 예는 1명(2.0%)였다. 이트라코나졸군은 60명중 완전치료가 27(45.0%), 76% 이상 호전이 14명(23.3%), 51%~75%호전이 9명(15.0%), 26~50% 호전이 2명(3.9%), 25% 이하의 호전을 보인 예는 1명(2.0%)였다. 이트라코나졸군은 60명중 완전치료가 27(45.0%), 76% 이상 호전이 14명(23.3%), 51%~75%호전이 9명(15.0%), 26~50% 호전이 7명 (11.7%), 25% 이하의 호전을 보인예는 3(5%)였다. 2. KOH도말 검사에서 음성 소견을 보인 비율은 터비나핀은 24주 후 50예(98.0%)였으며, 36주후에는 모두 음성을 나타내었고, 이트라코나졸은 치료 24주 후 51예(85.0%)였고, 36주후에는 59예(98.3%)에서 음성을 나타내었다. 진균배양 검사에서는 치료 12주 후에 터비나핀군은 51예중 44예에서 (86.3%), 이트라코나졸군은 60예중 52예에서 각각 음성이었으며(86.7%), 치료 36주 후에는 양군 모두에서 음성이었다. 3. 내약성은 양군 모두 시간이 지나면서 증가하였으며, 터비나핀은 moderate이상이 98~·00%였고, 이트라코나졸은 moderate이상이 96.7~100%였다. 4. 부작용은 위장관 증상이 가장 많았고 터비나핀은 23명, 이트라코나졸은 37명이었고, 2명, 3명에서 각각 일시적인 간효소치의 상승이 있었다. 이상의 결과로 보아 조갑진균증의 치료에 터비나핀 1일 250㎎씩 12주간의 경구투여는 치료율, 안정성 및 부작용에서, 추천할 만한 치료법이라 생각된다. In this randomized double-blind trial on multicenter study, the efficacy of the new antifungal agent, terbinafine(Lamlsil) was compared with the triazole antifungal agent, itraconazole, in the treatment of patients with onychomychosis. One hundred and forty nine patients(74 terbinafine, 75 itraconazole) with onychomlychosis were enrolled. Twenty five patients were lost to follow up and 13 reported adverse reaction with premature discontinuation of therapy. And 111 patients were eligible for follow-up until 36 weeks after starting the treatment. Fifty one patients received Lamisil(terbinafine) 250mg daily for twelve weeks (terbinafine group) and 50 received itraconazole 100mg daily for 24 weeks (itraconazole group). They were checked clinical symptoms(onycholysis, subungual hyperkeratosis, paronychyal inflammation, color change, brittleness, ridging, normal length of nails) and mycological improvement with KOH wet mount and culture during the study. Clinical improvements were slow but progressive. In terbinafine group of 5t patients, 24 patients(47.0%) were completely cleared and 18 patients(35.3%) were improved more than 76%, and 6 patients(11.8%) were improved in 53-75%. In itraconazole group of 60 patients, 27 patients(45.0% ) were completely cleared and 14 patients(23-3%) were improved more than 76%, and 9 patients(150%) were improved in 51-75% . In mycologic study, cure rate of the terbinafine group showed all negative at 36 week after the treatment while ittraconazole group showed all negative in culture but negative KOH in 98.3%. Adverse reactions and tolerability of both the drugs were good and net different significantly. All these findings suggest that the efficacy of Lamisil(terbinafine) 250mg daily for 12 weeks in the treatment of onychomycosis was similar to that of itraconazole 100mg daily for 24 weeks.

      • 피로를 유발하는 등속성 수축시와 회복기 혈중젖산 및 외측광근의 EMG Power Specturm 변화

        To examine the change of blood lactate concentration, EMG power spectrum, and Torque during fatiguing isokinetic contraction and recovery phrase, 6 sprinters performed maximal isokinetic knee extension at angular velocity of 3.14 rad.sec??(180°sec??) to 75% decreasing point (25%PT) using CybexⅡ system. In exercise phase, there was significant correlation between the decrement of peak EMG and median frequency and that of torque, and decrement of torque was greater than that of EMG . In recovery phase, EMG was restituded as normal value rapidly in a minute, but torque was restituded more slowly, and blood lactate concentration increased gradually from 50%PT to 3 minute after recovery. As a result of this study, it is suggested that muscle fatique due to decreasing of metabolic substrate and accumulation of metabolic products in peripheral site of muscle, and that inhibitory factors act neuromuscular junction in the end of exercise from rapid restitution of EMG in recovery phase.

      • Insect diversity in Korea

        The Ministry of Environment in Korea published 'The Compilation of National List of Indigenous Insect Species of the Korean Peninsula' in 1996 including 11,853 species. The National Institute of Biological Resources (NIBR) originally compiled the national species list of insects to establish a national inventory of endemic biological assets with the joined efforts from all distinguished Korean taxonomists since 2008. For the convenience of scores of professional taxonomic groups participating in the project concurrently, the NIBR has developed the NIBR inventory description method and inventory system from 2008 to 2016. For nine years in this study, the NIBR has established the national insect inventory of 16,558 species including Collembola. The insect fauna of the Korean Peninsula comprises 565 families from 30 orders. The largest orders are Coleoptera (110 families, 4,318 species), Lepidoptera (67 families, 3,733 species), Hymenoptera (61 families, 3,151 species), Hemiptera (88 families, 2,013 species) and Diptera (79 families, 1,944 species). The fractions of the main insect orders in the fauna of the Korean peninsula correspond to those in the Holarctic temperate zone. And totally 13 volumes of national list of insect species in Korea were published.

      • The first record on Stomaphis betulidahuricae Zhang and Qio (Hemiptera: Aphididae) in Korea

        The genus of Stomaphis (Aphididae: Lachninae) is stem or root feeding aphid on trees and can be easily distinguished in having the very long rostrum which extends beyond the length of body. Most of species are monoecious holocyclic without host alternation and attended by ants. Based on body appearance and COI gene sequence, we report a Stomaphis betulidahuricae Zhang and Qio, 1999 (Aphididae: Lachninae) for the first time in Korea, on Carpinus cordata Bl., C. laxiflora Bl., and Acer palmatum Thunb.

      • The Change of Fauna, Flora and Soil Characteristics for Saemankeum Reclaimed Region in Korea

        Saemankeum is the largest region, changed into reclaimed region in Korea, recently. The first purpose of Saemankeum reclaimed region is the development of new farmland. Since 2006, the construction of embankment, Saemankeum region has been isolated from the sea, slowly dried and changed into the land. In order to examine the change of reclaimed region related with the formation of new farmland, we examined the soil chemical properties and the emergences of the soil mesofauna and flora in Saemankeum reclaimed region in 2006, 2011, separately. We investigated three locations in Saemankeun in pedological parameters - pH, organic matter, P2O5, SiO2, EC, T-N, Ex. Cation and CEC. Also, soil mesofauna groups, such as Diplura, Homoptera, Coleoptera, Dilptera, Lepidoptera, Hymenoptera, Collembola, Acari, Annelida, etc, have been examined. Pedological parameters were improved, not enough for agriculture and many kinds of soil animal were newly appeared in reclaimed region. Additionally, new flora was formed and slowly changed into various communities.

      • The first records on Cinara cuneomaculata (Del Guercio), C. largirostris Zhang G. & W. Zhang, C. smaragdina (Pashtshenko) and C. piceae (Hemiptera: Aphididae) in Korea

        The genus of Cinara (Aphididae: Lachninae) live on the roots, trunk, branches, twigs, shoots or foliage of Coniferae and can be easily distinguished in having the very big body, apterae up to 5-6 ㎜ in length and short antennae which are shorter than half the body length. Most of species are monoecious without host alternation and attended by ants. Based on body appearance and COI gene sequence, we report Cinara cuneomaculata (Del Guercio) on Larix kaempferi, C. largirostris Zhang G. & W. Zhang on Pinus thunbergii and P. dnesiflora, C. smaragdina (Pashtshenko) on Abies holophylla and C. piceae on Juniperus rigida, for the first time in Korea.

      • A New Record of Anastatus orientalis Yang & Choi, 2015 (Hymenoptera: Eulpelmidae) from Korea

        Anastatus orientalis Yang & Choi, 2015 (Hymenoptera: Eulpelmidae) is reported for the first time from Korea. It is a solitary endo-parasitoid in egg of Licorma delicatula (Hemiptera: Fulgoridae), Which causes damages to many ornamental and fruit trees in Korea. This species would be a good biological agent for suppression of the spotted lanternfly in Korea. More than 40 specimens of this species were collected in Cheonhyeon-dong, Hanam-city and Samsung-dong, Seoul city. This Korea species was compare with that from China in morphlogical characteristics and barcodes region of COI.

        The oviparous female and male of Stomaphis betulidahuricae Zhang and Qio, 1999 (Aphidoidea: Lachninae) are described and illustrated in detail for the for the first time. Notes on distribution, biology and host plants are presented. Also, the morphology of the male genitalia are illustrated.
