        Social Area Analysis is valuable method to understand urban land use pattern by there residents. The result of this study using factor and cluster analyses is similar to the our common understanding on Pusan situations. Puasn can be divided 9 homogeneous regions through this study. The types of Pusan land use pattern cannot be fitted to Concentric Zone Theory, Sector Theory and Multiple Nuclei Theory like western cities. But the social determinants - invasion and succession, concentration and deconcentration, centralized decentralization system- were discovered partly in Pusan. The economic and public determinants have to be considered with complexity for the much deeper understanding on Pusan land use pattern.

        In order to perform object measurements of telecommunication systems and devices, it is highly desirable to use the mathematically defined signal reproducing the characteristics of human speech. As the artificial voice must exhibit characteristics as close as possible to real speech, we obtain the statistical characteristics of speech. In this paper, the statistical characteristics are longterm average spectrum, instantaneous amplitude distribution, power envelope spectrum, fundamental frequency and time ratio of voice-unvoice. The statistical characteristics of Korean speech are compared with Japanese's and American English. Such results are useful in adapting speech signal processing technologies developed based on foreign languages.

        This study was performed to evaluate the prevalence of spinal disorders in dogs, as well as their breed, age, gender and body weight distributions. Seventy cases of caine spinal disoreders presented in the period 2001 and 2006 were reviewed. The diagnosis was obtained by survey radiographs, myelogram, CSF analysis, CT and MRI. The most frequent breed was Maltese(15 cases), and followed by Yorkshire Terrier (10 cases), Pekingese (9 cases). Canine spinal disorders occurred from 7 month to 17 year old dog, mean age was 5.3±3.7 year-old. Canine spinal disorders occurred more often in females(59.7%) than males. Mean body weight was 5.87±7.02 kg. Degenerative (39 cases, 43.3%) and anomalous (24 cases, 26.7%) disorders were dominant in 90 specific disease distribution. This results can be a reference data for the further study.

        This study tries to analyze land use pattern by zoning through urban spatial structure. Land uses in Pusan are mixed using in spite of zoning operation. New residential area is made like a frog leaping to the outer of the City. The efficiency of existing residential area is very low to compare with newly developed area cause of delayed regeneration. Especially the existing built-up area of Pusan in insufficient in adaptability and preperation going with the change of urban spatial structure, particularly with the zoning system. Therefore, detailed and scientific feasible plan should be established to have reasonable residential environment.

        고온에서 회전하는 터빈엔진 디스크의 응력해석

        This study includes thermal plasticity analyses for a turbine rotor with the simple geometry and the boundary conditions. When centrifugal or thermal stress are applied at the high temperarture material of engine blade, stress distributions in material σ_rr, σ_θθ, τ_rθ. Mises stress) are analyzed by computer simulation(ABAQUS) as followings; 1. The maximum stress at the radial direction (σ_rr) is applied at the upper middle part of spline hole. 2. The maximum stress at the tangential direction (σ_θθ) is applied at the upper right boundary of spline hole. 3. The maximum shear stress (τrθ) in (-) direction is applied at the upper middle part of spline hole. 4. The maximum Mises stress is applied at the upper right boundary of spline hole. This stress is due to the critical stress by which rotor can be fractured according to elapsed time.

      • 실리콘樹脂를 利用한 文化財保護被膜에 對한 硏究

        金屬실리콘과 鹽化메틸을 鹽化第一구리를 觸媒로 하여 메틸실란을 合成하고 메틸실란을 加水分解하여 실록산의 被膜을 만드는 方法을 調査하였다. 이들 被膜이 文化財 保護被膜이 될 수 있는가를 檢討하기 爲해서 材料를 文化財의 材質인 몇 가지 物質에 適用하여 膜의 性能을 調査하였다. 特히 撥水效果, 汲水量 耐久性等을 調査하였으며 外觀上 아무런 變化가 없는 좋은 被膜이 될수 있다는 結果를 얻었다. The organohalogensilicone was synthesized metal silicone and methylchloride applying the direct synthetic method using copperous chloride as catalyzer. The synthesized organosilane was hydrolyzed to siloxane by various method and coated on various materials which are composed of the cultural assets. The coating film was examined to decide whether it is profitable one to protect the assets from efflorescence or air pollution. Referring to the water repellency, permiability of water and the weather test of the film it was qualified that this film was good enough to apply to the cultural assets as protecting film.

        Coronal flaring 전, 후의 근관세척효과

        The objective of this in vitro study was to evaluate the efficacy of a Ca(OH)_2 removal before and after early coronal flaring using different types of instruments. 100 plastic blocks with 30°artificial curved canals were used in this study and randomly divided into a control group and 4 experimental groups(GG, OS, GT, PT Group) 20 teeth each. The canals were instrumented, and Ca(OH)_2 was temporary filled into the each canal. Irrigation was performed with Max-i-Probe 25-, 30-gauge probes before and after recapitulation. The results of this study were as follows: 1. There were no significant difference among the groups in size of irrigating needle(p<0.05). 2. There was a significant difference between before and after recapitulation regardless size of irrigating needle(p<0.05). 3. Before recapitulation, there was a significant difference between 25- and 30-gauge needle in all groups(p<0.05). 4. After recapitulation, there was a significant difference between 25- and 30-gauge needle in the control group(p<0.05). But there were no significant difference among the experimental groups. It is concluded that the effectiveness of canal irrigation was decided to the depth of irrigating needle into the canal. The effect of canal irrigation tend to facilitate by the early coronal flaring. The recapitulation was the most effective during canal irrigation regardless the size of irrigating needle. Therefore, the recapitulation is a mandatory way to facilitate the effectiveness of canal irrigation during canal enlargement.

        치은연하 파절로 치조골 소실을 동반한 상악측절치에서 orthodontic extrusive remodeling후 임플란트 식립을 통한 심미수복 : 증례보고

        심미적으로 중요한 전치부에서 단일 치아 임플란트를 이용한 보철수복은 임상의에게 새로운 도전과제 중의 하나가 되었다. 그러나 전치부에서 single-unit implant는 식립할 부위의 치조골 상태가 양호해야 하는데 치은연하 파절로 인해 치아 주위에 골 손실이 있는 경우 immediate implant는 심미적으로 문제를 야기할 수 있다. 따라서 본 증례는 "orthodontic extrusive remodeling"을 통해 파절치와 주위 조직을 교정적으로 정출시켜 임플란트 식립을 위한 연조직과 경조직을 증대시킨 후 임플란트 식립을 통해 상악측절치에서 성공적인 심미수복을 이룬 증례에 관한 것이다. The treatment of esthetic areas with single-tooth implants represents a new challenge for the clinician. In 1993, a modification of the forced eruption technique, called "orthodontic extrusive remodelling" was proposed as a way to augment both soft- and hard-tissue profiles at potential implant sites. This case report describes augmentation of the coronal soft and hard tissues around a fractured maxillary lateral incisor associated with alveolar bone loss, which was achieved by forced orthodontic extrusion before implant placement. Through these procedures we could reconstruct esthetics and function in a hopeless tooth diagnosed with subgingival root fracture by trauma.
