        차체의 충돌에 관한 시뮬레이션 해석

        This study analyzes the result with dynamic simulation about deformation according to time when a car impacts bollard. These results are shown as followings. The maximum deformation is shown at the lower part of front grass in case of the impact of front or passenger seat but this deformation is shown at the lower part of rear bumper in case of double impact. The maximum equivalent stress is shown at the upper part by the side grass of driver seat at the elapsed time of 0.00075 second after impact in case of the impact of front or passenger seat but this deformation is shown at the front bonnet at the elapsed time of 0.004 second after the additional impact in case of double impact. The maximum total deformation or equivalent stress is shown nearly same in case of the impact of front or passenger seat. But the value of this deformation or equivalent stress in case of the impact of front or passenger seat is shown with 2 times or more than 17% respectively as this value in case of double impact.

      • 동적 파괴 가속장치의 보정 및 시험장치 설계

        The force transducer in the acceleration plant due to dynamic fracture is calibrated by dynamically using the stress pulses from a longitudinal bar. The bar is supported by two strings attached to the ceiling. The bar velocities before and after impact are measured and a full bridge at bar and transducer is formed by the four strain gauges. A transient recorder is used to store the stress pulse signals of force transducer and bar. For the first test series, three point bend test specimens can be chosen by means of test rig design and the inspection as sample experiment in this presented paper is sufficient for proving with the numerical simulation of the specimen model.

        자동차 로우어 암의 내구성 및 응력 해석

        The capability of automotive suspension system depends on steering safety of knuckle and lower control arm. In this study, light weight is applied with lower arm by the material of aluminium alloy. Distributed stress, fatigue life and proper vibration are analyzed with multiple loads happened by automobile. The durability of lower arm can be verified by the result of structural analysis.

        스테빌라이저 링크의 종류별 강도 해석을 통한 융합 기술연구

        본 연구에서는 자동차의 스테빌라이저 링크를 모델로 하여 로워암과 연결되는 곳에 고정을 하고 모멘트를 가한다. Model 1, 2 및 3는 각각 길이 조정형, 일반형 및 일체형들이다. 이 모델들은 CATIA와 ANSYS로 설계 및 강도해석을 통한 융합 기술을 수행함으로서 연구된다. Model 3의 최대 등가응력이 가장 작음으로서 Model 3가 3개의 모델들 중 가장 큰 하중을 견딜 수 있다. 피로 해석으로서는 Model 3가 응력 상태의 빈도수가 일어나는 구간이 가장 작음으로서 세가지 모델 중 가장 안정적이다. 그 다음으로 Model 1, Model 2 순으로 안정적임으로서 응력 상태의 빈도로서 구간 수가 커지고 불안정성이 더 커진다. 그리고 디자인 면에서의 융합 기술로의 접목도 가능하여 미적인 감각을 나타낼 수 있다. In this study, the lower arm is connected and fixed at the model of the automotive stabilizer link as the moment is applied. There are models of 1, 2 and 3 as a length control type, a general type and a single body type respectively. These models are investigated by performing the convergence technique through the design and the strength analysis with CATIA and ANSYS. As the maximum equivalent stress of model 3 has the least, model 3 can endure the highest load among three models. As the fatigue analysis, model 3 has the minimum blocks as the frequency of stress state, model 3 becomes also safest among three models. As models of 1, 2 are in the order of the next safety, the number of blocks becomes larger as the frequency of stress state and the instability becomes higher. And it is possible to be grafted onto the convergence technique at design and show the esthetic sense.

        CNG버스의 연료탱크 설치방법에 따른 응력과 유동해석

        The safety at this study is investigated by flow or stress analyses due to configuration or installation direction of fuel tank in the existing CNG bus. In case of the lower ceiling with sharp type, the equivalent stress due to the explosion of fuel tank is less than the type of flat or arc. it becomes safer on passenger. In case of the installation direction of fuel tank in the existing CNG bus, the stress applied on the lower ceiling at transverse direction becomes less than at longitudinal direction. It is more stable on the safety of passenger. The harm on the explosion accident can be prevented by use of the analysis result at this study.

        This study investigates the behavior of fatigue crack propagating between holes of holes filled with another materials. When holes of the holes filled with another materials are located symmetrically near a center crack, it is noted that the crack propagation rate is influenced by both the bonding force of the brazing part and the elastic modulus of another material. It is experimentally and analytically confirmed that the center crack stops when its tip reaches near the center line of the holes and a small crack is initiated from the boundaries of holes of the holes filled with another materials and it propagates to final fracture.

        A study on fatigue fracture under non-constant load

        실무 현장에서 피로 파괴가 잘 일어나고 있는 상황이다. 그런데 그 하중도 불규칙적으로 일어나고 있어 예측이 불가능하여 언제 파괴가 일어나는지를 잘 알 수가 없는 상황이다. 본 연구에서는 그러한 불규칙적인 피로 하중을 시뮬레이션하여 그 재료의 안정성과 수명 관계를 Ansys workbench 프로그램을 이용하여 이론적으로 해석하여 보았다. 이러한 결과들을 실제 구조물에서 응용하면 그 파손 방지 및 내구성을 예측하는데 활용이 크다고 본다. There are fatigue fractures at the practical area. The fatigue load happens non- constantly. As it is impossible to be predicted, it can not be known when the fracture happens. Non -constant fatigue load is simulated in this study. The stability and the life of the material are analyzed theoretically by the program of Ansys workbench. These results are greatly applied as the practical structures to predict the prevention of failure and the endurance.

        This study investigates the behavior of fatigue crack propagating between holes or holes filled with another materials. When holes or the holes bonded with another materials exist near center crack symmetrically, crack propagation rate is influenced by the bonding force of brazing part and the elastic modulus ratio of another material to matrix. It is experimentally and analytically confirmed that the center crack stops when its tip reaches near the center line of the holes and a small crack is initiated from the boundaries of holes or the holes filled with another materials and it propagates to final fracture. The mechanical behaviors of center crack near another materials are also investigated.

        This study investigates the fatigue life and the damage possibility of disk brake by the fatigue tool of Ansys workbench. Among nonconstant fatigue loads, the case of 'SAE Bracket History' which is severest at the variation of load tends to be most unstable. The case of 'Sample History' which becomes a little slow at the variation of load tends to be most stable. The maximum relative damage in case of 'SAE Bracket History' is occurred near the average stress '0' and this case can be shown to have the possibility to take more damage than another case.
