할인점 이용에 따른 경제적 편익평가와 적정 할인점 수 : 충주시 유통산업을 중심으로 Centering Around Chung Ju Distribution Industry

The purpose of this study is to propose the number of proper discount stores and economic benefit evaluation of customers using discount store. The liberalization of Korean distribution industry will undoubtedly compete with traditional retailers, however, the benefit of rationalization of distribution, stable consumer prices, and strengthened competitiveness of traditional retailers far outweigh the costs caused by the rationalization. In this research, we will discuss the number of proper discount stores by comparing foreign distribution industry. To evaluate the welfare of customers, the cost-benefit analysis will be used. The research shows that the reasonable number of discount stores in Chung Ju is three to five for the sake of Chung Ju citizen's welfare. Additionally, this study finds that the annual economic benefit evaluated is estimated to be 33.57 billion won.

급성 골수성 백혈병 환자에서 발생한 침습성 아스페르길루스중에 대한 수술적치료 1 예

Invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is known to have a poor prognosis and major cause of morbidity and motality in patients with hematologic disease. Without adequate therapy, invasive pulmonary aspergillosis will almost always progress to fatal pneumonia. Early administration of antifungal agents in patient with invasive pulmonary aspergillosis is most important. And surgical resection of aspergillous-infected tissue may be useful in patients with lesions that are contiguous with great vessel and lesions causing hemoptysis. We reported a rare case of surgical resection as curative treatment for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis patient in 58-year-old man who had the history of acute myeloid leukemia.

Carcinoid tumors have been reported in a wide range of organs but most commonly involve the lungs, bronchi and gastrointestinal tract. Within the gastrointestinal tract, appendix is the most common location for carcinoid, followed by the distal small intestine, the rectum, and the stomach. Among these, primary involvement of the ampulla of Vater is extremely rare. We report a case of carcinoid tumor of ampulla of Vater. A 62-year-old man presented with epigastric soreness. Gastroduodenal endoscopy showed hyperemic bulging mass on ampulla of Vater and diagnosed as carcinoid tumor by histologic finding, with immunohistochemical study. In ^(111)In-octreoscan, tumor had regional lymph node metastasis, but no evidence of distant metastasis. Pancreatoduodenectomy with lymph node dissection was performed.

Agranulocytosis, one of the major side effects of antithyroid a gents, probably occurs in less than 0.25% of cases treated with antithyroid agents. It usually occurs within the first several weeks or months after the initiation of therapy, when drug dosage is higher. Most reported cases of agranulocytosis have occurred during the first 3 months of therapy. We describe here a rare case that did not experience the side effect for 6 years of antithyroid agent treatment but presented with agranulocytosis in one month after re-exposure. It suggests that the major side effect such as agranulocytosis can occur in patients who had undergone prior uneventful antithyroid drug therapy.

Taguchi's parameter design is to determine optimal setting of design parameters of a product or a process such that the characteristics of a product exhibit small variabilities around their target values. This paper is concernd with a review and a generalization of the signal-to-noise ratio, a quality measure for parameter design with dynamic characteristics, proposed by taguchi. Also, We find the optimal condition of hard shot peening to improve fatigue strenth on machine unit.

자동차의 컬러 선호도와 소비자 구매의도 탐색을 위한 컬러커뮤니케이션에 관한 연구

Color in products is emerging as the added value of new products than utility value. In this study, The results of this study are as follows. First, the color preference and the purchase intention of the automobile were explored. The results showed that color is an important factor in buying a car, regardless of gender, age, and occupation. And it is proved that color is a very important factor in forming a purchase attitude and attitude. In the analysis of color communication according to the vehicle type, color sensitivity is low in the light and medium size according to ages, but color sensitivity is low in the medium, large, and suv. In the sex, only the light color shows diversity in color, The color sensitivity was low. Therefore, This study intends to provide basic data for establishing an effective strategy for color communication marketing considering the physical and psychological characteristics of color in decision making of car purchase.

SPC를 기반으로한 혁신활동과 6시그마경영전략의 관계 고찰

The Six-Sigma is now common word as a management innovation in every business.Many companies have practiced to the SPC in korea.These companies have regraded the Six-Sigma as a new approach or redundant strategy for management.This paper suggests a model which contains how to unite SPC and Six-Sigma to make a bit synergy effect for the company which is an developing of SPC.Also, the relationship between SPC and Six-Sigma are compared with two methods.

지속적인 개선을 위한 TQM과 TOC의 결합

The TOC and TQM are the most attention-getting concepts for managing manufacturing companies. Using the ideas and methods of the TOC, companies can achieve a large reduction of work-in-process and finished good inventories, significant improvement in scheduling performance, and substantial earnings increase. Current quality models have beneficial applications in companies. These two concepts have different backgrounds and different viewpoints for production systems. so, if the two concepts collaborate each other, the synergy effects to innovate production systems can be expected. The purpose of this paper suggest that method matching between TQM and TOC for continuous improvement.

학교 지역문화교육을 위한 지역협의체 구성에 관한 연구

The aim of this study was to search conditions activating the regional consortium for regional culture education in schools. Results of this study are follows: the regional consortium consists of parents of students, communities, schools, school boards, public institutes, and NGO groups. The consortium contribute the educational support and development for student activities in schools. Furthermore the consortium make an offer to coordinate and facilitate the delivery of information, resources, and services to students, educators, employers, and the community. Therefore, the consortium might be best described as "matchmakers" that help ensure that our customers are able to easily connect with providers of the services they need. The consortium will be made up of a network of service providers from across its region that all collaborate in helping to connect the local education and school communities. 본 연구에서는 지역 사회의 인적·물적 자산을 활용한 문화적 체험활동 교육이 활성화되고 정착되기 위한 방안으로 학교와 지역사회가 밀접한 관계를 형성할 수 있는 지역협의체를 구성하는 안을 제시하였다. 이를 위해 지역문화교육에 필요한 지역협의체에 대한 문헌연구를 수행하였고, 이와 유사한 실제 사례를 찾아 관련 전문가를 대상으로 한 심층인터뷰 결과를 정리하고 시사점을 도출하였다. 연구결과, 지역협의체는 지역특수성, 전문성, 개방성, 공공성, 지속성의 기본원칙을 전제로 하여 교육행정기관, 지자체 행정기관, 민간 및 공공기관, 학교 등의 협력을 통해 구성될 수 있다. 또한 지역에서의 문화적 체험활동의 효율적인 운영을 지원하기 위해 1) 지역사회 내 교육기부 협력기관을 모색 및 발굴·연계, 2) 지역의 교육 인프라 접근성 향상, 3) 지역의 문화 교육 자원 간 네트워크 확장, 4) 지역 내 긍정적인 담론 형성을 위한 홍보 및 인식 개선, 5) 지역문화교육 프로그램 수행 과정의 성찰 등의 역할을 수행해야 한다. 지역협의체를 통한 학교와 지역교육자원의 연계 방안은 교육자원의 유형과 교육운영 주체에 따라 분류될 수 있었고, 강동구청과 대구광역시교육청의 예를 통해 지역문화교육 지원의 구체적인 사례를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 이와 같이 본 연구에서 제안한 지역협의체의 구성은 지역문화교육의 활성화를 위한 초석을 마련해 줄 것이라고 기대해 본다.
