t-Butyldimethylsilyl triflate 존재에서 3-Cyano 및 3-Carbomethoxy Chromone(1a,b)과 Allenylstannane(2) 과의 반응에서 Chromone의 C-2위치에 propargyl기가 도입된 유도체(3a,b)를 합성하였다. 합성한 유도체의 상대적 구조는 ¹H-NMR을 통해 분석하였으며, T.S구조의 모델을 통하여 가능한 메카니즘을 제시하였다. Reaction of 3-Cyano and 3-Carbomethoxy Chromone(1a,b) with Allenylstannane(2) in the presence of tert-butyldimethylsilyl triflate afforded the corresponding the propargylation product(3a,b) in the moderate yield. The relative stereochemistry of 3a,b are obtained on the basis of ¹H-NMR analysis. And the possible reaction mechanism are suggested by the molecular models in the transition state.

The ν_6 band of the ethane gas molecule was theoretically synthesized. The intensity and the frequency of each rotational line were computed with VAX-11 computer. The theoretically synthesized spectrum was compared with the experimentally obtained spectrum, which was taken through FT-IR spectrophotometer MX-3600. The R and P branches of the ν_6 band contour of the ethane gas molecule were different from the regular symmetrie top molecule and rather similar to the linear molecules as if there were no K dependence. The absorbance of the P-branch spectrum was overlapped by the unknown branches of the neighbour bands The intensities and frequencies of the unknown lines were not indentified. The overall band contour of the observed spectrum was quite well coincided with the theoretical spectrum except the P-branch.

CSVT법에 의해 증착시킨 CdS 박막의 전기적 특성 및 열전기 특성을 조사하기 위하여 시료의 X-선 회절, 직류 전기전도도, Hall 이동도 그리고 TSC를 측정하였다. 그 결과 CSVT 법에 의해 제작된 CdS 박막이 보통중착법에 의한 것에 비하여 결정성장이 향상되고 Hall 이동도가 크며 저항이 작다는 것을 알았다. 또한 TSC 측정결과, 광조사 조건에 따라 TSC 피크가 다르게 나타나며 이러한 피크 특성은 photochemical reaction model로서 설명될 수 있고, 그리고 제작조건이 다른 두 CdS 박막에서 나타나는 TSC 피크의 비교로부터 CSVT법에 의해 제작된 시료가 보통증착법에 의한 것보다 상온 이상에서의 photochemical reaction 효과 적음을 알 수 있다. To investigate electrical property and thermally stimulated current (TSC) for the CdS films which were grown by close-spaced vapor transport (CSVT), the measurements of X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD), d.c. conductivity, Hall mobility and TSC were carried out. Form the result of the measurements, CSVT-CdS films are found to be better oriented and to be less resistive with better mobility as compared with the films evaporated by the conventional method. TSC spectra under illumination conditions show different TSC peaks. These can be explained by photochemical reaction model. The result suggests that the effect of photochemical reaction above room temperature is to be less than conventional evaporated films in the case of CSVT-CdS films.

<P>The use of composite materials and polynary compounds is a promising strategy to promote conductometric sensor performances. The perovskite oxides provide various compositional combinations between different oxides for tuning gas-sensing reaction and endowing rich oxygen deficiencies for preferable gas adsorption. Herein, a sacrificial colloidal template approach is exploited to fabricate crystalline ternary LaFeO<SUB>3</SUB> perovskite porous thin films, by transferring a La<SUP>3+</SUP>–Fe<SUP>3+</SUP> hybrid solution-dipped template onto a substrate and sequent heat treatment. The honeycomb-like LaFeO<SUB>3</SUB> film consisted of monolayer periodic pore (size: ∼ 500 nm) array can be successfully in situ synthesized in a homogeneous layout with a single phase of perovskite. This periodic porous LaFeO<SUB>3</SUB> film with p-type semiconductivity exhibits a high gas response, fast response (∼4 s), trace detection capacity (50 ppb), and favorable ethanol selectivity from similar acetone. It exhibits enhanced sensing performances compared to those of a binary n-type Fe<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>3</SUB> film and a nontemplated dense LaFeO<SUB>3</SUB> film. In addition, a five-axe spiderweb diagram is introduced to make a feasible evaluation of the optimal practical work condition, comprehensively regarding the response/recovery rate, gas response, selectivity and operating temperature. The enhanced ethanol sensing mechanism of honeycomb-like LaFeO<SUB>3</SUB> periodic porous film is also addressed. 본 연구에서는 흰쥐 중추신경계에서 insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7 (IGFBP7)의 분포를 규명하고자 면역조직화학적 연구를 시행하였다. 실험에는 4~6개월 된 성숙 흰쥐가 사용되었고 IGFBP7에 대한 항체를 이용하여 면역조직염색을 실시하였다. 연구결과, IGFBP7 면역염색성은 대뇌 겉질, 해마, 뇌줄기, 소뇌 및 척수에서 관찰이 되었다. 대뇌 겉질에서는 겉질의 Ⅱ-Ⅵ층에서, 해마에서는 CAI-3 부위의 피라미드 세포들에서 IGFBP7에 대해 강한 면역염색성을 나타내는 신경세포들이 관찰되었다. 시각로위핵, 뇌실곁핵, 중간뇌수도관주위회색질 및 눈돌림신경핵에서도 강한 면역염색성을 나타내는 신경세포들이 발견되었다. 소뇌에서는 조롱박세포와 소뇌핵 신경세포에서, 뇌줄기에서는 위안뜰핵, 달팽이핵, 삼차신경 운동핵, 마름체핵 및 얼굴신경핵에서 IGFBP7 면역염색성을 나타내는 신경세포들이 관찰되었다. 척수에서는 주로 앞뿔에 위치하는 운동신경세포에서 강한 면역염색성을 나타냈다. 본 연구에서 밝혀진 IGFBP7의 중추신경계 분포는 앞으로의 구조적, 기능적 연구에 유용한 자료가 될 것이라 사료된다. In the present study, we performed immunohistochemical studies to investigate the detailed distribution of insulin-like growth factor binding protein 7(IGFBP7) in the central nervous system of adult rats. Twelve adult (4~6 month old) Sprague-Dawley rats were examined in this study. Immunohistochemistry using specific antibodies against IGFBP7 was performed in accordance with the free-floating method. In the present study, IGFBP7 immunoreactivity was observed in the cerebral cortex, hippocampus, brainstem, cerebellum and spinal cord. In the cerebral cortex, heavily stained neurons were seen in layers Ⅱ-Ⅵ. In the hippocampus, pyramidal cells in CAI-3 region were strongly immunoreactive for IGFBP7. Strong immunoreactive neurons were also found in the supraoptic nucleus, paraventricular nucleus, periaqueductal gray and oculomotor nucleus. In the cerebellum, IGFBP7 immunoreactivity was prominent in the Purkinje cells and cerebellar output neurons. IGFBP7-immunoreactive neurons were prominent in the superior vestibular nucleus, cochlear nucleus. trigeminal motor nucleus, nucleus of the trapezoid, and facial nucleus. IGFBP7-immunoreactive neurons were also observed mainly in the anterior horn of the spinal cord. The first demonstration of IGFBP7 localization in the whole brain may provide useful data for the future investigations on the structural and functional properties of IGFBP7.
