        플륨 모니터링에 의한 SM45C 레이저 용접특성 평가

        With the increased use of lasers in industrial welding applications, techniques for monitoring and controlling these processes become increasingly important. It is very important that we understand the dynamic behaviors of the laser induced plume in welding because the laser induced plume has considerable effects on welding efficiency and the quality of materials. As the plume fluctuation was associated with keyhole instability, unstable vapor plume indicated the process was unstable and would result in poor welds. An Infrared Themal-vision Camera can be utilized compensate for incurracies encountered in real-time monitoring during laser welding. We have results that instabilities of plume are closely dated with hot cracking and defect of laser welding.

        According to the literatural study on the utility of TaeWonEum, the results were as follows 1.TaeWonEum is the prescription originally registered on Zang Jie Bin's <Jing-Yue-Quan-Shu> and because of the dificiency of the renmai, the chongmai in women, it is made for the discomfort of the pregnancy 2.On the treatment of miccarriage, they were used to the methods of tonification qi and blood, tonificating insufficiently, making flesh, eliminating wind, tonificating the spleen, clearing heat, eliminating stagnat blood, tonificating blood, growing zhang qi, etc but it is almostly used to the method of tonificating qi and blood 3.TaeWonEum is used on the purposes of tonificating the spleen and stomach, qi and blood, on the case of both the discomfort of the pregnancy by the dificiency of the renmai, the chongmai in women, and the insufficiency of fetal growth by the difficiency of the spleen and stomach, qi and blood 4.The symptoms can be used which are the fetal problem of incipient pregnancy, quickening, lumbago, distension, pallor, weakness of the mind, dizziness, cold, anorexia 5.The additional methods of TaeWonEum are as follows when much turbid enuresis is concerned, Disscoreae Rhizoma, Psoraleae Fructus, Schizandrae Fructus can be added when a patient is very difficient of qi, Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma is doubled and Astragali Radix can be added when a patient is often vomiting with asthenia-cold, Typhae Pollen can be added when a patient has fever and weak, Scutellariae Radix or Rehmanniae Radix can be added and Eucommiae Cortex can be subtracted when a patient has the colicky pain because of the difficiency of yin, Lycii Fructus can be added when a patient is at a great rage and qi is ascending, Cyperi Rhizoma or Amomi Fructus can be added when a patient has hemorrage with trauma, Dipsaci Radix, Asini Gelatinum can be added when a patient's vomiting can not be reduced, Pinelliae Rhizoma, Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens can be added

      • 적외선 열화상 카메라를 이용한 Plume 형상에 따른 Nd:YAG 레이저 용접 결함 평가

        In Nd:YAG laser welding, evaluation methods of welding flaw are various. But, the method due to plume shape is difficult to classification of welding flaw. The Nd:YAG laser process it known to have high speed and deep penetration capability to become one of the most advanced welding technologies. At the present time, some methods are studied for measurement of plume shape by using high-speed camera and photo diode. This paper describes the machining characteristics of SM45C carbon steel welding by use of an Nd:YAG laser. In spite of its good mechanical characteristics, SM45C carbon steel has a high carbon contents and suffers a limitation in the industrial application due to the poor welding properties. In this study, plume shape was measured by infrared thermal camera that is non-contact /non-destructive thermal measurement equipment through change of laser generating power, speed, focus. Weld was performed on bead-on method. Measurement results are compared as two equipments. Here, two results are composed of measurement results of plume quantities due to plume shape by infrared thermal camera and inspection results of weld bead include weld flaws by ultrasonic inspector.

      • 七葉一枝花의 抗腫瘍 效果

        To evaluate the antitumor activity of Paridis Rhizoma(PR), studies were done experimentally. The results were obtained as followe: 1. In cytotoxicity against MCF-7, SK-OV∼3, HCT15, concentration inhibiting cell growth up to below 50% of control was recognized at 100-200㎍/㎖ of PR and also against A549, XF498 was recognized at 50-100㎍/㎖. 2. In Inhibitory effect on activity of DNA topoisomerase I, the IC^50 was shown 50-100㎍/㎖ of PR. 3. The concentration inhibiting adhesion of A549 and SK-OV-3 to complex extracellular matrix up to below 50% of control was recognized at 10-100㎍/㎖ of PR. 4. The T/C% was 137.9 in PR-treated group in S-180 bearing ICR mice. From above results it was concluded that PR could be usefully applied for the prevention and treatment of cancer.

        According to the literatural study on the causes of Infertility in women, the results were as follows. 1.The causes of Infertility in women were arranged scholarly thoery during to Jin-Yuan era(金·元 時代) from Huang-Di-Nei-Jing(黃帝內經), and literatures after Ming-Qing era(明·淸 時代) divided and added one's own thoery since they choose preceding thoery. 2.In the Modern Medicine, the causes of Infertility in women are divided the product obstruction of Oocyte, the union obstruction of sperm and oocyte by abnormality of vagina, cervix, corpus, fallopian tubes, pelvic, and peritoneum, Endocrine factor, Immunologic factor, and Emotion factor. 3.In the Oriental Medicine, the causes of Infertility in women are attached importance to functional side as 'asthenia-cool of uterus'(子宮虛寒), 'deficiency of vital energy and blood'(氣血虛), 'deficiency of yin'(陰虛), 'impairement of seven emotion'(七情傷), 'disease of extra mierdians'(寄經病), and so forth; while on the other in the Modern Medicine, the causes of Infertility in women are attached importance to organic side as abnormality of uterus and ovary. 4.In the successive literatures, 'asthenia-cool of uterus'(子宮虛寒) occupied most frequency in the causes of Infertility in women and in the next obesity(體肥), 'deficiency of vital energy and blood'(氣血虛), menstrual irregularity(月經不調), 'deficiency of yin'(陰虛), 'impairement of seven emotion'(七情傷), emaciation(體??), 'disease of extra mierdians'(奇經病), and so forth occupied much frequency. 5.In the bodily form, obesity(體肥) and emaciation(體??) occupied comparatively more frequency.

        치어기 조피볼락 사료내 구기자 첨가효과

        A 8-week feeding trial was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of Kugija (Lycium chinense) on the growth and immunological response in juvenile Korean rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli). Six experimental diets were supplemented with Kugija at 0, 0.1, 0.5 1.0, 3.0 and 5.0% (K0, K0.1, K0.5, K1.0, K3.0, K5.0) on a dry-matter basis. After 2 weeks, triplicate groups of 30 fish initially averaging 3.36±0.2 g (mean±SD) were randomly distributed into the aquarium and were fed one of the experimental diets for 8 weeks. By the end of the 8-week feeding trial, fish fed the K0.5 and K1.0 diets exhibited a higher weight gain and specific growth rate than fish fed K0 and K0.1 diets (P<0.05). Feed efficiency of fish fed the K0.5 diet showed significant higher value than that of fish fed the K0, K3.0 and K5.0 diets (P<0.05). Hepatosomatic index of fish fed the K5.0 diet was significantly higher than that of fish fed the K0.1 and K5.0 diets (P<0.05). Hematocrit of fish fed the K0.5, K1.0 and K5.0 diets was significantly higher than that of fish fed the K0 diet (P<0.05). Glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase of fish fed the K0.5, K1.0, K3.0 and K5.0 diets was significantly lower than in fish fed the other diets (P<0.05). Glutamic pyruvic transaminase activity of fish fed the K3.0 diet was significantly lower than those of fish fed the K0 and K0.1 diets (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the activity of the transaminase in fish fed the K0.5 K1.0, K3.0 and K5.0 diets. Lysozyme activity of fish fed the K0.5 and K1.0 diets was significantly higher than that in fish fed the K0 and K0.1 diets (P<0.05). Respiratory burst activity of fish fed the K3.0 diet was significantly higher than those of fish fed the K0 and K0.1 diets (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in respiratory burst activity of fish fed the K0.5 K1.0, K3.0 and K5.0 diets. Fish fed Kugija showed lower early mortality than fish fed a Kugija-free diet upon challenge with Vibrio ordalii. The results suggest that feeding of Kugija (Lycium chinense) enhances growth, non-specific immunity and disease resistance in juvenile Korean rockfish.

        Effects of a Pre-Filter and Electrolysis Systems on the Reuse of Brine in the Chinese Cabbage Salting Process

        In this study, the effects of a pre-filter system and electrolysis system on the safe and efficient reuse of brine in the cabbage salting process were investigated. First, sediment filter-electrolyzed brine (SF-EB) was selected as brine for reuse. Then, we evaluated the quality and microbiological properties of SF-EB and Chinese cabbage salted with SF-EB. The salinity (9.4%) and pH (4.63) of SF-EB were similar to those of control brine (CB). SF-EB turbidity was decreased (from 0.112 to 0.062) and SF-EB residual chlorine (15.86 ppm) was higher than CB residual chlorine (0.31 ppm), and bacteria were not detected. Salinity (2.0%), pH (6.21), residual chlorine (0.39 ppm), chromaticity, hardness, and chewiness of cabbage salted with SF-EB were similar to those of cabbage salted with CB. The total bacterial count in cabbage salted with CB was increased as the number of reuses increased (from 6.55 to 8.30 log CFU/g), whereas bacteria in cabbage salted with SF-EB was decreased (from 6.55 to 5.21 log CFU/g). These results show that SF-EB improved the reusability of brine by removing contaminated materials and by sterilization.
