L1과 L2 언어 간의 영향과 문법난이도의 차이 분석 - 중국어문법능력평가 시험 개발을 위한 분석 -
박용진(Park, Yongjin) 한국중국어교육학회 2019 중국어교육과연구 Vol.0 No.29
Following our research, Park & Ma(2018), “Verification of Prator’s Grammar Difficulty Hypothesis - For Development a L2 Chinese Grammar Proficiency test for L1 Korean”, 172 survey conducted by L1 Korean students were collected and we reanalyzed “L2 Chinese grammar proficiency test”, Park & Ma(2018) designed. This analysis proved that the result of Park & Ma(2018)’s research was right. After the first verification, we adjusted the difficulty level of grammar for L1 Korean students studying chinese as the second language. One of the most meaningful verification of the Prator’s Grammar Difficulty Hypothesis is that the Grammar Difficulty level 4 designed by Prator was the most difficult grammatical item for L1 Korean students studying chinese as the second language. We hope that our “L2 Chinese Grammar Proficiency Test for L1 Korean” would help the teacher evaluate the learners’ level of Chinese language so the Chinese class could be designed to meet the learners’ Chinese level. Finally, this test would be the tool for students to check their Chinese grammar level.
레터링디자인을 특징으로 하는 동적 문자 세트에 관한 연구
박용진(Park Yongjin),박용진(Park Yongjin) 한국디지털디자인학회 2011 디지털디자인학연구 Vol.11 No.4
We are experiencing a rapid development of multimedia leading us into a era of visual language in motion. As a result experimental typography assigns less value on the readability of type and makes it easier for us to accept the moving type as an expressional image rather than type to read meaning. This research is about animated type sets based on the sequential lettering design reflecting upon the structural characteristics of each letter. As a supporting theory it also explores the concepts of time space motion and defines the meaning of animated type. The examples of animated type in this research can be classified by its characteristics of structural changes under the concept of drawing rotation forming transforming replacing and assembling. These classifications are more focused on the sequence of change. They allow us to draw the conclusion that we can predict the style of words consisting animated type that is characterized by coincidential decorative motion demonstrated through the visual identity of assigned theme in motion. Setting starting and ending points of motion in animated type is the main characteristic of visual images representing the change of data as a response to interaction in media. This research can be meaningful as a pre-study for the experimentation of moving types in combination with not only motion but also sound and computer programing with the emergence of new media in the future.

Introduction: Neuroleptic malignant syndrome (NMS) is a life-threatening neurologic emergency associated with the use of dopamine receptor-antagonist properties or the rapid withdrawal of dopaminergic medications. Malignant hyperthermia (MH) may lead to metabolic crisis of skeletal muscle in susceptible individuals following exposure to triggering agents such as bentazone herbicides. Case Presentation: Herein, we report a ca se of NMS occurring after bentazone intoxication, which was successfully treated with targeted temperature management using a surface cooling device. Conclusions: When treating patients with bentazone poisoning, clinicians should consider the possibility of NMS and early targeted temperature management when suspicious symptoms develop.

Park, YongJin,Kook, MooChang,Ngo, Hien T. T.,Kim, Ki-Young,Park, Sang-Yong,Mavlonov, Gafurjon T.,Yi, Tae-Hoo International Union of Microbiological Societies 2014 International journal of systematic and evolutiona Vol.64 No.9
<P>A Gram-stain-positive, aerobic, motile by gliding, rod-shaped bacterial strain, THG-GM18T, was isolated from soil of a bamboo grove. Strain THG-GM18T was able to grow in the presence of up to 6.0 % (w/v) NaCl, at 4–37 °C and at pH 7.0–10.0 in R2A medium. Based on 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, strain THG-GM18T was closely related to species of the genus <I>Arthrobacter</I>. The most closely related strains to strain THG-GM18T are <I>Arthrobacter ramosus</I> CCM 1646T (98.5 % similarity), <I>Arthrobacter nitroguajacolicus</I> G2-1T (98.4 %), <I>Arthrobacter nicotinovorans</I> DSM 420T (98.2 %), <I>Arthrobacter aurescens</I> DSM 20116T (98.1 %) and <I>Arthrobacter chlorophenolicus</I> A6T (98.0 %). Strain THG-GM18T possessed chemotaxonomic properties consistent with those of members of the genus <I>Arthrobacter</I>, such as peptidoglycan type A3α (<SMALL>l</SMALL>-Lys–<SMALL>l</SMALL>-Ala–<SMALL>l</SMALL>-Thr–<SMALL>l</SMALL>-Ala), MK-9 as major menaquinone and anteiso- and iso-branched compounds (anteiso-C15 : 0, iso-C16 : 0 and anteiso-C17 : 0) as major cellular fatty acids. The polar lipid profile contained diphosphatidylglycerol, phosphatidylglycerol, an unidentified phosphoglycolipid, unidentified phospholipids, unidentified aminolipids, an unidentified glycolipid and unidentified lipids. The G+C content of the genomic DNA was 61.0 mol%. The DNA–DNA relatedness values between strain THG-GM18T and its closest phylogenetic neighbours were below 26.0 %. The results of physiological and biochemical tests allowed the differentiation of strain THG-GM18T from species of the genus <I>Arthrobacter</I> with validly published names. <I>Arthrobacter bambusae</I> sp. nov. is the proposed name, and the type strain is THG-GM18T ( = KACC 17531T = JCM 19335T).</P>
The Spillover Effects of Health Information Technology Implementation on Healthcare Quality
Yongjin Park,Youngsok Bang,Juhee Kwon 한국경영정보학회 2018 한국경영정보학회 학술대회논문집 Vol.2018 No.11
U.S. government subsidies under the HITECH Act of 2009 have boosted hospitals’ IT investments, which are expected to improve the quality of care as well as the effectiveness of healthcare management. Given the rush to adopt health information technology (HIT) throughout the continuum of care across healthcare providers, this study tries to identify the spillover effects of HIT adoption on quality of care. Using 1,965 U.S. hospital data in 232 health referral regions (HRRs), we examine how a hospital’s and its neighboring hospitals’ HIT adoptions interact with each other and how they impact readmission rates. We find that a hospital’s readmission rate is reduced by both its own and neighbors’ HIT adoption. Such effects become greater along with the focal hospital’s own adoption. We further investigate how spillover effects vary with HRRs’ different market structures and hospitals’ meaningful-use status. Our findings offer theoretical and managerial insights for both healthcare researchers and practitioners.
SOCS1 induced by NDRG2 expression negatively regulates STAT3 activation in breast cancer cells
Park, Yongjin,Shon, Soo-Kyung,Kim, Aeyung,Kim, Keun Il,Yang Young,Cho, Dae Ho,Lee, Myeong-Sok,Lim, Jong-Seok Research Institute of Women's Health Sookmyung Wom 2007 WOMEN And HEALTH Vol.3 No.1
Although NDRG2 inactivation has recently been found to have an important role in some tumorigenesis, its role in intracellular signal transduction pathways remains poorly defined. In the present study, we demonstrate that NDRG2 overexpression in malignant breast cancer cells specifically inhibits Akt phosphorylation and induces phosphorylation of p38 MAP kinase and SAPK/JHK. In addition, we investigated whether NDRG2 expression affects JAK/STAT- or mitogen-activated protein kinase-mediated signal activation. JAK2 or STAT3 activation in both resting and IGF-stimulating cells was remarkably inhibited by NDRG2 expression. Furthermore, NDRG2 has been found to highly up-regulate the expression level of SOCS1 mRNA and protein. We have found that NDRG2 was able to regulate cytokine signaling in breast cancer cells through the regulation of SOCS1 expression. Finally, inhibition of p38 MAPK activity blocked the induction of SOCS1 expression by NDRG2, resulting in the recovery of STAT3 phosphorylation leve.l Together, these data demonstrate that NDRG2 expression in breast cancer cells is able to inhibit STAT3 activation via SOCS1 induction in a p38 MAPK dependent manner, implicating NDRG2 as a growth inhibitory gene in signal transduction pathways of breast tumor cells.
Ruthenium Bisammine Complex and Its Reaction with Aryl Azides
Park, Jin Yong,Kim, Yongjin,Bae, Dae Young,Rhee, Young Ho,Park, Jaiwook American Chemical Society 2017 Organometallics Vol.36 No.18
<P>A ruthenium bisammine complex was formed in the reaction of ruthenium 1,4-dibenzyltetraazadiene complex with primary amines at room temperature, which was a versatile precursor for the synthesis of various Ru(II) complexes through ligand exchange reactions. In the reaction with azidobenzene, ruthenium 1,4-diphenyltetraaza-1,3-diene complex was formed, while ruthenium imido complexes were given in the reaction with bulky aryl azides such as 2-azido-1,3-dimethylbenzene and 2-azido-1,3-diisopropylbenzene. The ruthenium imido complexes showed high catalytic activity in the reaction of alkyl azides with primary amines to afford N-substituted imines.</P>
