Enhanced charge collection with passivation of the tin oxide layer in planar perovskite solar cells

<P>Tin oxide is an excellent candidate to replace mesoporous TiO2electron transport layers (ETLs) in perovskite solar cells. Here, we introduced a SnO2layer by a low-temperature solution process, and investigated its morphology, opto-physical and electrical properties affecting the device performance. We reveal that low-temperature processed SnO2is self-passivating in nature, which leads to a high efficiency. To further enhance the blocking effect, we combined a compact TiO2underlayer with the SnO2contact layer, and found that the bi-layered ETL is superior compared to single layers. The best device shows photovoltaic values in a planar structure with a short-circuit current density (<I>J</I>sc) of 22.58 mA cm<SUP>−2</SUP>, an open-circuit voltage (<I>V</I>oc) of 1.13 V, a fill factor (FF) of 0.78, and a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 19.80% under 1 sunlight illumination.</P>

In this study, presented various measures concerning noise vibration and numerical approach for cleanup and verified against noise problems. A plan for interpretation and duration are designed, verified and finds the optimal design factor.

<P>We report the presence of defects in CH3NH3PbI3, which is one of the main factors that deteriorates the performance of perovskite solar cells. Although the efficiency of the perovskite solar cells has been improved by curing defects using various methods, deeply trapped defects in the perovskite layer have not been systematically studied, and their function is still unclear. The comparison and analysis of defects in differently prepared perovskite solar cells reveals that both solar cells have two kinds of deep level defects (E1 and E2). In the one-pot solution processed solar cell, the defect state E1 is dominant, while E2 is the major defect in the solar cell prepared using the cuboid method. Since the energy level of E1 is higher than that of E2, the cuboid solar cell shows higher open-circuit voltage and efficiency.</P>

$Pb(Zr_{0.53}Ti_{0.47})O_3$ (PZT) was synthesized by a multiple wet dry process. Precipitates prepared from reaction between $ZrOCl_2{\cdot}8H_2O$ and $TiOCl_2$ and $NH_4OH$ in an aqueous solution was dried at $100^{\circ}C$, and calcined at $500^{\circ}C$ and $700^{\circ}C$. The mixture mixed with PbO and as-dried or calcined $Zr_{0.53}Ti_{0.47}O_4$ (ZT) powders was calcined again at 700 and $800^{\circ}C$. Well crystallized ZT and PZT were formed at even $700^{\circ}C$. PZT piezoelectric ceramics of more than 98.5% in a relative density was obtained by sintering at as low as $900^{\circ}C$.

We have developed an optimization algorithm based formulation for performing efficient time driven simultaneous place and route for FPGAs. Field programmable gate array(FPGAs) provide of drastically reducing the turn-around time for digital ICs, with a relatively small degradation in performance. For a variety of application specific integrated circuit application, where time-to-market is most critical and the performance requirement do not mandate a custom or semicustom approach. FPGAs are an increasingly popular alternative. This has prompted a substantial amount of specialized synthesis and layout research focused on maximizing density, minimizing delay, and minimizing design time.
A Discount Policy for Perishable Items Sold from Two Shops

This paper deals with two shops dealing with single perishable product:the fresh items are sold at a list price in the primary shop and the unsold items that have reached a certain allowed age are transferred to the secondary shop to be sold at a discounted price. It is assumed that the demand rates in two shops are independent each other and can be expressed as a function of inventory level and price. With the objective of maximizing the profit under a Last-In-first-Out (LIFO) issuing policy, we develop mathematical models for the following two cases:(1) opening primary shop only and (2) opening both primary shop and secondary shop. There are three decision variables, i.e., the reduced price in the secondary shop, the allowed age at the primary shop, and the order quantities at the primary shop. A solution procedure is developed based on tabu search and its validity is illustrated through a comparative study.

소셜 네트워크 서비스(SNS) 등 정보통신 기술의 빠른 진화는 사용자들 간의 소통과 응집을 가능하게 하는 순기능과 허위 사실의 유포나 소수의 여론 독점 등 역기능 요소로써 소비자의 문제행동을 유발시킬 가능성이 있다. 소비자의 문제행동이 점차 증가하고 있으며 이에 따라 많은 사업자들이 피해를 입고 있음에도 불구하고 소비자 문제행동에 관한 선행연구들이 미미하여 체계적인 대응 전략 마련이 어려운 상황이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 소비자 문제행동에 대한 선행연구와 구조 기반 신뢰 연구에 기반하여 소비자의 문제행동 방어전략을 모색하였다. 본 연구를 통해 소비자의 비윤리적 행위의 영역에 이르기 까지 연구의 영역을 넓힘과 동시에 실무적으로는 소비자 문제행동에 대응한 사업자 전략 및 제도적 장치 보완에 기여할 수 있을 것으로 판단한다. The evolution of the IT facilitated the social actions of the consumers by supporting social communication of the online users. At the same time it help for the consumer to post malicious comments on the Internet or to spread the unproven news for distorting the public opinion in the SNSs. Although the number of the consumer unethical behaviors and the estimated damage of the innocent companies have been increased, a few studies had investigate on this issue. Based on the Literature on the consumer unethical behaviors and the institution based trust, we had developed the defense strategies against the consumer unethical behaviors. This study would introduce the new perspective that the consumer could always not be innocent. Also, the defense strategy developed in this study could contribute to make the guideline for consumer service manual.
