Purpose: This study was conducted to investigate whether a self-efficacy information resources program based on the self-efficacy theory of Bandura (1986) would increase self-efficacy and self-care in patients with CAD. Method: The study was a one group, pretest-posttest pre-experimental design research. The Self-Efficacy Information Resources program was composed of a video tape program and a telephone coaching program and based on vicarious experiences and verbal persuation. The Program was used as an experimental treatment from February 27. to May 27, 1999. Twenty patients participated from a university hospital located in Seoul. Three days later after a pretest the telephone coaching program was given. It was repeated weekly during a 3 week period. At the end of this period post-test data were collected by mail. Data were analyzed with a random permutation test using SAS program. Result: 1) Scores on self-efficacy after the Self-Efficacy Information Resources Program were significantly higher than before the program (p=0.06). 2) Scores on self-care after the Program were significantly higher (subjective self-care. p=0.0005; objective self-care, p=0.0002) than before the program. Conclusion: The Program was found to be an effective nursing intervention for increasing self-efficacy and self-care. When nurses who care for CAD patients plan to increase their patients' self care ability, they should always consider the concept of self-efficacy.

가정교육과 이수여부별 남ㆍ여 고등학생의 가정교과에 대한 인식 차이

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the perception of Home Economics between female and male among high school students who have learned Home Economics and who have never learned. The number of 400 samples were analyzed with frequencies, percentages, t-tests, regressions and x? analyses by SPSS/Win. The results showed that the male students who have taken Home Economics were more likely than those who have never taken perceived Home Economics as a living science and to be interested in the subject. There were sexual differences among high school students who have learned the subject in favorite units, increases in interests, satisfaction with the contents, etc. Sex and the level of participating household works were the most influential factors on the perception of the subject of high school students.

Illustration is the objective art communicated by drawing or painting. It has to aim not only for artist himself or herself but for communication with people, It has an objective and the accurate concept for an impactful communication. However, Illusration must not be skilled or trained expression. It must be the unique one made by liberal sense. And an illustrator must he able to handle various materials or media for the unique expression. So, the experimental illustraion used mixed media has made an development of visual culture and has highlighted for a new way of expression. I've made a strong stress on handling materials or for illustrators with this study. This one has been matte the meaning of illustration used by modern media definitely and the expression examples of mixed media variously.

Hexavalent chromium, Cr(Ⅵ),may reduce on polyvinyl chloride (PVC) filter during air sampling. This study was conducted to cstimate the reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) on PVC filter during air sampling and an correction equation for th loss of Cr(Ⅵ) by feduction in an industrial plating process. The reduction of Cr(Ⅵ) was progressed rapidly in 60 minutes and slowly thereafter. The empirical reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ) (Y) over sampling time (X, min) was the following : Y= 0.916 -0.0208√x (r=0.73, p〈0.05). The loss of Cr(Ⅵ) caused by reduction during sampling can be corrected using the following empirical equation : Sc = S x 1/Y. where Sc = corrected value, S = analytical result, and Y= reduction rate of Cr(Ⅵ).

While it can be clled 'scientific act' to extract such basic materials as 'why should we advertise?', 'To whom?' and 'what should we say in the advertisement?', the act of expressing concrete images and ideas by means of such variety of elements we call 'cretive work'. In order to produce successful advertisements, new techniques of making creative concept more easily accessible and familiar should be strategically considered. Therefore, this research not only presents systematically the patterns of appeal, visualizing methods, and linguistic methods as embodying process in terms of recognizing the meaning and significance of creative concept in the field of advertizing printed media, but also focuses on the creative initiatives by examining and classifying the real cases, and finally aims at the concrete expressing strategy of 'How to say?'

人蔘 Saponin成分이 흰쥐 膽膵液 分泌에 미치는 效果에 관한 硏究

The effect of saponins including water extract of Panax Ginseng was studied on the pancreaticobiliary secretion and cholate output and amylase activity in rats. The saponins tested were crude saponin, panaxadiol (PDS), panaxatriol (PTS). After single or two weeks administration of the samples, pancreaticobiliary juice of rats were collected for 8 hrs and the results obtained were summarized as follows. (1) In animals with single administration, pancreaticobiliary juice volume(PJV) was not significanty increased as compared to the control group. However, there was a significant increase in PJV of animals from 4 to 6 hrs after two weeks administration of water extract (500mg / kg / day) or crude saponin(50mg / kg / day). (2) Cholate output was increased dose-dependently from 1 to 5 hrs after the single administration of PDS, PTS. On the other hand, after two weeks administration of crude saponin (50mg/kg/day), the cholate output of the animals was increased significantly. (3) amylase activity in the juice were intermittently increased in single administration of water extract, crude saponin and PTS(100mg / kg). After two weeks administration, there was a significant increase in amylase activity of animals treated with PTS as compared to the control group.

This study examined the Stress and structural characteristics of reinforced concrete compressive member repair and strengthening by CFS and GFS after pre-loading. The following results were obtained. The results of compressive testing by the kind of fiber suggested that: In CFS, Specimen increased by about 26.9% and strengthening after pre-loading, by about 111.8%, compared with after strengthening, In GFS, Specimen increased by about 69.0% and repaired and models after pre-loading, by about 76.7%, compared with after strengthening. In the compressive testing, strengthen with CFS-Specimen showed a brittle fracture and strengthen with GFS-Specimen represented ductile fracture. More increasing in stress of Specimen, and repair and Strengthening specimen after pre-loading than loading specimen after strengthening suggested the strengthen effect of fiber.

가정교과를 이수한 남ㆍ여 고등학생의 주생활 단원에 대한 인식 차이

The purpose of this study was to investigate the differences in the perception of housing unit between female and male among high school students who have learned Home Economics in high school. The number of 200 samples were analyzed with frequencies, percentages, t-tests, regressions and x? analyses using SPSS/Win. The results showed that there were no sexual differences in general perceptions of Housing unit such as importance, usefulness, and satisfaction with the unit. The most demanded housing contents as the principle of interior design, and the least as the history of housing. There were sexual differences in only a few contents. However, all of 29 items were demanded over median point of 3.0. Most students often imagened their own dream houses and thought about the way to improve their own rooms. They were least concentrated on the newspaper articles on housing. They were sexual differences in the level of practice the Housing contents learned in the class. These results should be considered in the 7th curriculum male students must take Home Economics.

치과용 실험 레진에서 광 기시제와 중합억제제 함량이 광중합에 주는 영향

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of fraction of photo-initiator and inhibitor in the experimental resins on the degree of polymerization using a FT-IR and dynamic mechanical analyzer (DMA). Eight experimental dental resins, four different concentrations of photo-initiator (EXP-A, EXP-B, EXP-C, EXP-D) and four different concentrations of inhibitor (EXP-E, EXP-F, EXP-G, EXP-H), were tested. Storage modulus was measured by using DMA (StressTech Rheometer, Rheologica Instrument, Sweden) with fast oscillation mode (1 Hz). After disk-typed (4 ㎜×1 ㎜) samples were irradiated with Halogen light curing unit at 500 ㎽/㎠ for 30 sec, the storage modulus was recorded continuously for 60 min. The degree of conversion was also measured using the FT-IR spectroscopy (FTS-165, Biorad Win-IR, Perkin-Elmer, USA) at 1 hr and 24 hrs after irradiation with the same curing condition as DMA test. The average of results for five specimens was analyzed using Tukey multiple comparison test (p=0.05). From the results, the minimum concentration of photo-initiator was 0.35 wt.% and the maximum concentration of inhibitor was 0.15-0.20 wt.% to obtain the proper polymerization. To enhance the biocompatibility, the concentration of photo-initiator should be added to dental resins as low as possible. To prolong the shelf-life, the concentration of inhibitor should be added to dental resins as much as possible, but biocompatibility due to the inhibitor should be considered to determine the optimum concentration.

The plant export is as not the export of machinery but machine system bearing technique and know-how. The plant export means export of equipments and techniques in need of materialization of the importers project and maintaining and enlarging the importer's business. Therefore, the plant export is the comprehensive export industry to be composed of the compound factor's, that proves very significant to both sides of importer and exporter from a view point of production method having productive function which is not the raw materials and the ultimate consumer's goods. Therefore, while the plant export has a big value added and an high productive effect, the plant export neccessitate not only the skill of a high order and accumulated experiences but also a large sun of funds. In view of the fact that the plant export have the distinquishing feature above mentioned, the six developed countries which are the united state of America, west Germany, France, Italy, Japan have occupied 70-80% of the world's plant export. Compared with it, Korea's actual records of the plant export are still in significant, in particular, the plant export's ability in fields of engineering and machinary is still in a really early stage. But the Korea's plant export contract amount had been rapidly increased to $877 millions at the end of June,1978 since exporting the textile plant of 1 million to Parkistan in 1973. Though the Korea's plant export is still under insignificant stage, the plant export might be a business with a blight future. This article, firstly, is to inquire into the meanings of plant export, a technical subject, a world's trend and plant expert strategy and supporting policy in the main Developed Countries. Secondly this article has searched the device for improvement of expert through the study of problems which Korean policies of plant export have confronted. A conclusion, writer intended to present the followings for the perspectives of export policy. Firstly, In order to enlarge the productive foundation of plants and to establish the harmonious supply system it needs to aceelate the heavy chemical industrization of domestic industries, and to promote and to specialize the main items of plant industries. Secondly, in order to improve the technology, which is lower than that of the advanced countries, it is necessary to be active in the introctuction of technology and the promotion of manufacturing level of technicians. Thirdly, plant industries being large scope in unit dealings and it's period being lengthy, it needs to enlarge the plant industries, and to specialize and to enlarge the engineering and other soft ware part. Fourthly, it needs the positive export activities through the consolidation and enlargement of supporting system as monetary, tax system and insurance. Finally, it needy the active support of the governmental level as embassies and legations for the strenghening of acceptance competition and the acceptance of large scale projects from foreign states.
