      • 항공기 소음 감소 장치에 관한 연구 : 경항공기를 중심으로

        항공 교통량의 급증으로 환경 공해 문제중 소음 공해 문제가 날로 심각해지므로서 중 대형 비행기의 소음 피해에 관하여는 운항 방법등 여러가지로 연구되고 있으며, 왕복 기관용 경비행기는 소음 정도가 중 대형 비행기보다 작지만 운항 횟수의 증가로 소음피해 인식이 확산될것으로 보아 소음 감소 장치를 연구 개발하므로 소음 피해를 줄이는데 도움이 되도록 연구하였다. With a rapid increase in the volume of air traffic noise problems of environmental pollution became more serious from day to day. As the harmful effects on human against heavy/large aircraft noise go severe gradually, nowadays many scholars go deep into the study of flight operations, noise abatement devices, etc. in various fields of activity. The noise levels of light aircraft with a reciprocating engine is lower than that of heavy/large aircraft, but in small/light aircraft the number of flight operations is getting more frequent, that is the duration of noise exposure increases and finally conciousness against the aircraft noise shall be disseminated widely. Therefore the purpose of this study is to research and develop noise abatement divices to attenuate the harmful influence of light aircraft noise.

        조명해석 프로그램을 이용한 광선반의 적정크기 선정 및 채광성능분석에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this paper is to make an optimum guideline of a light shelf suitable for the domestic situation, this study is worked by experiments using a light shelf and analysis of variables(light self length, reflectance, angle of a light shelf and domestic position) using illumination program(Lightscape). The result of this study is summarized as follows. 1) Concerning the presence of a light shelf itself, the ratio of the maximum to the minimum inner illuminance and the proportion of inner daylight decrease 3.5times as much as that, whereas a distribution of inner illuminance is uniformed 2) Concerning the Sky conditions, the a light shelf has little effect on the light in the overcast sky, whereas it has an effect on the light in the partial overcast sky with the over 45.000lux and in the clear sky with the over 75.000lux, Especially, in the partial overcast, a light shelf was in the highest of efficiency. 3) Concerning the degree of angle of the a light shelf, there is no change under 10 degree from the horizon, whereas the uniformity ratio of inner illuminance and the proportion of inner daylight increase respectively 48% and 29% between 20 and 30 degree. The latter condition is proved to be better for an uniformed distribution of inner illuminance and a more effective lighting. 4) Concerning the proportion of reflectance of a light shelf, 10% of increase each ranging from 60% to 90% is proved to have no effect on the increase of light. 5)The inner and outer optimum size of a light shelf is proved to be over 200mm and 600mm respectively, which makes it possible to make a general formula adaptable to all parts of our country.

      • 토머스 모어와 유토피아에 관한 연구

        If we take account of the 'Architectural Tradition' which aims a construction of better environment, we can see that this tradition has ended historically toward Utopia. It is a continual trend from ancient to contemporary epoch in each transitional periods and especially in Sir. Thomas More & in his Renaissance Era. Utopia is an ideal commonwealth in which inhabitants exist under perfect conditions, ideally perfect places or state of things. Utopia's plans are complete projects of image, its goal is an improvement according to the eras. Its plans are characterized by rigid geometrical pattern as circle and square, which contain generally center·axis·enclosure·boundary·symmetry. Recent architectural circumstances no longer reflect utopian visions. Therefore, the Utopian architecture describes characteristics of the era unlike the continuity of its concept.

      • Lipopolysaccharide가 파골세포의 활성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구

        To study the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the activity of osteoclast, five bone cell populations were isolated by sequential enzyme digestion of fetal rat calvaria and effect of LPS on the acid and alkaline phosphatase activity was studied. And also, effect of LPS on the ^45Ca release from fetal rat ulnae and radii, and effects of carbonic anhydrase inhibitors on the LPS-induced bone resorption in organ culture were studied. Calvaria from rat fetus at 19th day of gestation, were sequentially digested by enzyme solution (collagenase, trypsin and EDTA) for 10, 10, 10, 20 and 20 min. (population I-V). Effect of LPS on the acid and alkaline phosphatase activity of each bone cell population was determined after 24 hr-incubation with 1㎍/ml or 10㎍/ml LPS. Ulnae and radii were removed from 19-day old fetal rats, prelabelled by subcutaneous injection of 200μCi ^45CaCl_2 into their mother on the 17th day of gestation. Afater 24 hours, media was changed with media containing LPS (1㎍/ml or 10㎍/ml) or LPS+ carbonic anhydrase inhibitors (10mM sulfanilamide or 1mM dichlorphenamide) and cultured for 72 hours. Radioactivities of ^45Ca released into media were determined after 24, 48 and 72 hours. Effects of LPS and carbonic anhydrase inhibitors were observed by the ratio of %-release of ^45Ca between paired control and experimental group. The observed results were as follows: 1. Basal activities of acid phosphatase were higher in early released cell populations than late populations and basal level of alkaline phosphatase was reversed. 2. LPS (1㎍/ml and 10㎍/ml) increased the acid phosphatase activity in populations Ⅰ and Ⅱ significantly. 3. LPS (1㎍/ml and 10㎍/ml) decreased the alkaline phosphatase activity of all bone cell populations and significantly inhibited the enzyme activity in populations Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ and Ⅴ. 4. LPS supplemented in media for 72 hours increased the ^45Ca release significantly after 48 and 72 hours of culture. 5. LPS-induced ^45Ca release was inhibited significantly by 10mM sulfanilamide after 72 hours of culture. 6. LPS-induced ^45Ca release was inhibited significantly by 1 mM dichlorphenamide after 48 and 72 hours of culture.

        Uterus didelphys with unilateral obstructed hemivagina and ipsilateral renal agenesis usually presents after menarch with progressive abdominal pain during menses secondary to hematocolpos, and indeed a very rare congenital anomaly due to Mullerian duct malformation. An accurate and prompt diagnosis is of importance to permit treatment and to assure the future fertility of the patient. Pelvic ultrasound, physical examination and pelvic MRI established a diagnosis of hematometracolpos secondary to uterus didelphys with unilateral imperforate hemivagina. An incision in the vaginal septum allowed drainage of the hematocolpos, providing relief of the patients symptoms. We report two case of uterus didelphys with obstructed hemivagina with brief review of the literature.

        During the last 20th century the history of architectur has been one of sortion out, developing, and transitional possibilities implicit at the beginning. What has changed more than architectural technology is the way this study see skyscraper · high rise buildings·mega-structure and survey about them. Mega-structure has had a history of trying to overcome various architectural limits from the Chicago School in the end of 19th Century to the Deconstructivism in the end of 20th Century. But there are still many problems to accept at the present time.

        The safety and economical efficiency of aricraft operations has been made remarkable in bringing about various improvements. In this paper, the methods of reducing fuel with respect to safety operations is studied in light of weather conditions. NAVAIDs, ground operations and navigations. While it leaves much to be done for the various remedies required, these methods suggested in this paper would surely make it possible to effect the applications for the economical efficiency of aircraft operations.

      • 수색 비행장의 이착륙 환경조건에 관한 연구

        수색 비행장이 도심화되어 가는 추세에 있는 모 기지에서 비행 훈련도 증가되어 가므로써 이착륙시의 비행경로(장주 결로)에 따른 각 지점의 실고도와 소음에 관한 조건들을 실측하고, 고도 제한 요건들을 분석함으로써, 수색 비행장의 장기적 운영 방안과 비행 안전 문제를 제고시키는데 목적을 두고 연구하였다. Flight traning from the home base, Susaek airfield, that is trending toward the downtown area is increasing. So it is important to survey absolute altitude and condition f noise of each opot from traffic pattern, analyze the element of the altitude limit, when airplane takeoffs and landings. Therefore the purpose of this study is to improve the long-term management -plan and fligt safely matter of Susaek airfield.
