      • The Application of the Smart Technique in the Construction and Management of Urban Park Green Spaces

        Urban park green space is an integral part of urban public green space. The smart technique can improve the efficiency of the construction and management of urban parks. This research combines the life cycle of park green space with users' requirement, and establishes an overall frame of a system in which smart technique is applied to the park green space, namely a layered structure which consists of the sensing layer, network layer, supporting layer and application layer. Smart technique is applied to the planning, designing, construction, management, updating and other stages of the park green space, so as to provide efficient and convenient services for the government, the designers, the public, management personnel and so on. In conclusion, the application of the smart technology can promote the rationality of the planning and construction, enhance the friendliness of the usage of park green space environment, and improve the management efficiency and scientificity of the park green space.

      • Smart Nursery Construction Based on the Idea of Cost Performance

        China's ecological environment constructionrequires higher demands to nursery stock industry. Nursery stock enterprises' upsizing and specialization become the trend of the development of nursery stock industry. Based on the fundamental principle of cost effectiveness, this paper establishes the basic framework of smart nursery by the application of smart technology. The smart nurseryis divided into five layers and five modules. The five layers are composed of access layer, supporting layer, network communication layer, exhibiting layerand application layer, creating a complete technical supporting system. Five modules respectively are smart production module, smart sales module, smart logistics module, industrial information module and financial guarantee module, forming a complete industrial chain. The application of smart technology to nursery stock industry can provide services for pre-production, production and after production of nursery stock, promotes industrial overall efficiency and effectively reduces consumption of resources and energy.

      • The Usability Evaluation of the Ecological Agriculture Park Website

        The food quality and safety condition are the important symbols of the national economic development level and the quality of people's lives. Ecological agricultural park strictly controls seedling, producing, processing, storing and distributing links to provide the market with high-quality traceable food. Websites are important ways of the brand marketing of ecological agriculture park. The usability of the websites is directly linked to the benefit of park. This paper establishes the three levels GAHP (Group-Analytic Hierarchy Process) model that consists of index layer, criterion layer and target layer, and the synthetic weight of each index were determined by the four experts. Taking four ecological agriculture park websites as the evaluation cases and selecting 30 users to rate, the comprehensive score of the four websites was obtained after weighting. GAHP method plays collective intelligence, having a relatively high application value for the optimum selection and optimization of the ecological agriculture park website.

      • Construction Scheme Study of Smart Agricultural Demonstration Park

        As smart agricultural demonstration park construction is inevitable for the development of Chinese agricultural modernization, it is very necessary to study the construction scheme of smart agricultural demonstration park. According to the demand of agriculture production and the development tendency of smart technology, this article, regarding perspectiveness, economy and efficiency as basic principles, following a basic approach of system integration, has built a constructive framework. This framework is composed of integration platform, infrastructures, demonstration modules and application platform. The paper detailed discusses the construction scheme of smart infrastructures, smart production modules, file management modules, smart website modules and smart business modules.

        Study on Mechanical Behaviors of Unsaturated Loess in terms of Moistening Level

        Water sensitivity is the special feature of unsaturated loess, which is the main cause of engineering problems in loessial regions. Previous studies have generally focused on potential changes on mechanical properties of loess when it is moistened to saturation, while the moistening process is often ignored. In order to investigate the mechanical behaviors of unsaturated loess during the moistening process, this paper takes unsaturated loess obtained from Ili, Xinjiang Autonomous Regions, China, as study object. A self-developed oedometer was used which was available for adding water into the soil sample during loading, measuring the coefficient of earth pressure at rest and matrix suction during moistening. Loess samples obtained from 3 buried depths were tested under 4 different vertical loads. The moistening level was defined to refer to the relative level of water content with regard to the initial and saturated water contents of a soil sample. Change tendencies of moistening deformation, the coefficient of earth pressure at rest as well as suction versus the moistening level were investigated.

      • Urban Landscape Innovative Design and Its Evaluation

        Innovation is the soul of landscape design, and studying the innovative design methods of landscape and evaluating it have significant meanings. This research classifies landscape design innovation into 9 types: cultural art innovation, functional position innovation, technological and scientific application innovation, space usage innovation, environmental protection innovation, service object innovation, economic efficiency innovation, social development innovation and industry chain innovation. Landscape design innovation is aimed at creating a landscape environment, which can be more in line with the long-term interests of the public. Landscape design innovation can be evaluated from 8 aspects: visual art evaluation, physiological comfort level evaluation, convenience evaluation, resource and environment evaluation, psychological satisfaction degree evaluation, POE evaluation, input-output evaluation, social integration evaluation and life cycle evaluation. The evaluation of innovation aims to ensure that the creative landscape design works could be carried out to provide the public with service and experiences of higher quality.

        A Novel Control Strategy for Improving the Performance of Hybrid Active Power Filters

        Hybrid active power filters (HAPF) are effective harmonic compensation devices. However, the inductor voltage is too low, so the DC-bus voltage can not get enough power flow. Thus, the compensation performance and stability of HAPF can be reduced. Theoretically, increasing the inductor voltage can improve the DC side control performance. Therefore, the relevant mathematical model is established, and systematic analysis is carried out. To improve the performance of HAPF, a new double closed-loop control strategy is proposed. To sum up, the main variable of the outer loop control is the inductor voltage. The current flow direction can be changed by changing the value of the inductance voltage to improve the inductance voltage and realize the stability of the DC-side voltage. Secondly, from the transfer function and the Bode Plots, the introduction of the inverter output current inner loop results in significant resonant spike suppression of the system. Compared with the self-excitation control method with voltage feedforward, this new control method is easy to implement and very effective in DC-bus control. Simulation and experimental results show that the compensation effect of HAPF is improved, the DC-side voltage is stable, and the system can operate safely and reliably.
