        예비유아교사 임용직전 교육프로그램 개발 및 교사역량에 미치는 효과

        본 연구는 예비유아교사가 정교사로 임용되기 직전 교사로서의 역량을 강화하지 위한 교육프로그램을 개발하고 이 프로그램이 예비유아교사의 교사역량에 미치는 효과를 살펴보고자 하는 데 그 목적이 있다 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 설정한 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사 임용직전 교육프로그램 구성은 어떠한가? 둘째, 예비유아교사 임용직전 교육프로그램이 교육신념, 전문적 자질, 교사효능감에 미치는 효과는 어떠한가? 교사역량을 갖춘 유야교사가 되기 위한 예비유아교사 임용직전교육프로그램의 개발은 문헌고찰, 예비유아교사와 현직유아교사의 인식 조사, 전문가 의견 조사를 거쳐 프로그램의 목표 및 교육내용, 교수-학습 방법을 구성하였다. 예비유아교사 대상 임용직전 교육프로그램의 효과를 살펴보기 위하여 대구시내에 소재한 B 전문대학 유아교육과 3학년 재학생 30명을 실험집단, 30명을 비교집단으로 구분하였다. 실험집단을 대상으로 주 3회, 총 12회기에 걸쳐 실험을 진행하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 18.0 프로그램을 이용하여 실험집단과 비교집단의 사전검사, 사후검사, 추후검사의 평균과 표준편차를 산출하고 시기별 점수 차이가 있는지 알아보기 위하여 집단과 시기를 독립변인으로 한 반복측정 분산분석(repeated measures ANOVA)을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비유아교사의 교사역량을 향상시키기 위한 임용직전 교육프로그램은 교육신념, 전문적 자질, 개인적 자질, 교사효능감 증진을 위한 12회기 프로그램으로 개발되었다. 교수-학습 내용 및 방법은 교사역할에 대한 자신감 및 구체적 기술을 다양한 활동과 반성적 과정을 통해 학습할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 둘째, 예비유아교사 임용직전 교육프로그램은 교육신념, 전문적 자질, 개인적 자질, 교사효능감 증진에 긍정적인 효과가 있다. 본 연구를 통하여 예비유아교사에게 필요한 현장적응 역량 강화교육의 중요성이 강조된다. The purpose of this study was to develop an educational program for pre-service early childhood teachers and to investigate the program`s effects on the teachers` teaching competence. The research questions were as follows. First, what is the purpose, contents, teaching-learning methods, and the assessment of the educational program for pre-service early childhood teachers? Second, what are the effects of the program on teaching beliefs, professional disposition, and teaching efficacy of the pre-service early childhood teachers? The educational program for pre-service early childhood teachers was constructed through literature reviews, surveys on the perceptions of in-service and pre-service teachers, and interviews of early childhood professionals to develop the purpose, the contents, the teaching-learning methods, and the assessment of the educational program. The effects of the programs were investigated by carrying out an experLn1ental study. A total of 30 pre-service early childhood teachers were assigned to the experimental group and 30 pre-service early childhood teachers were assigned to the comparative group. The experimental group participated in 3 sessions per week for a total of 12 sessions. The teaching beliefs was examined by Moon`s (1993) scale, the personal and the professional disposition by Ki`s (2008) scale, and the leaching efficacy by Kim`s (2000) scale. The collected data were analyzed using SPSS 18.0. A pre-test, a post-test, and an afterward-test were carried out to compare the means of the experimental and the comparative groups using a repeated measures ANDV A. The results of this study were as follows. First, the teaching competence of pre-service early childhood teachers were composed of the teaching beliefs, the personal and the professional disposition, and the teaching efficacy. The educational program for pre-service early childhood teachers was developed for 12 sessions to promote the teaching competence through reflective and hands-on activities. Second, the experimental group`s teaching beliefs, personal and professional disposition and disposition and teaching efficacy improved by participating in the educational program developed by this study. The results of this study emphasize the importance of educating the early childhood pre-service teachers to promote their practical knowledge applicable to their teaching profession.

        종합병원 간호사의 요통과 직무스트레스

        Purpose: The purpose of the study was to identify the relationship between low back pain and job stress in hospital nurses. Method: A descriptive correlation research design was employed. The participants were 355 nurses who worked in a general hospital in W city Kangwon-do and consented to participate in this study. The Visual Analog Scale and job stress scale were used in this study. Analysis included descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, and partial correlation coefficients. Results: Experience of low back pain for nurse in the past was 86.5% and in the present was 67.5% for low back pain which measured an average of 4.4 points for the level of low back pain. The mean score for job stress was relatively low(M=47.2). Job demand, organization system, job instability and conflict in relationships contributed to high stress scores, instead inappropriate compensation, job culture, and job autonomy contributed to low stress. There was a significant relationship between low back pain and job stress. Conclusion: These results suggest that further research is needed to develop programs to prevention and management of low back pain for nurses.

        인간체외수정시술시 다낭성난포종 난포액이 정자의 운동성에 미치는 영향

        Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of polycystic ovarian follicular fluid on sperm motility in human in vitro fertilization (IVF). Methods: From May, 1998 to July, 1999, 55 patients who complained of infertility were involved in this study. We obtained ovarian follicular fluids from the patients by ultrasono-guided aspiration. Subjects were divided into two groups. 20 patients who had polycystic ovarian disease were belong to study group, and 25 patients who had normal ovarian follicular fluid were belong to control group. The follicular fluid dilution was done with Ham's fluid as 10%, 20%, 50%, 100%. The sperm motility was analyzed by CASA at 6hr and 12hr after incubation in follicular fluids. Results: The levels of average path velocity (VAP) in all concentration fluid didn't show significant difference between study and control group. The other parameters including curvilinear velocity (VCL), amplitude of lateral head displacement (ALH), and linerity (LIN) were didn't show any significant difference between both groups. Conclusion: PCOD fluid had seemed to have an adverse effect on the sperm biological function. But, this study showed that PCOD fluid had no different effect on sperm motility with normal follicular fluid.

        Timmis반응을 이용한 1,3-Dimethyllumazine 유도체의 위치 선택적 합성과 곁사슬반응에 관한 연구

        1,3-Dimethyllumazine derivatives were synthesized by using Timmis reaction. The reaction of 4-amino-1,3-dimethyl-5-nitrosouracil(1) with 2,4-pentanedione, ethyl cyanoacetate, and ethyl acetoacetate provided 6-acetyl-1,3,7-trimethyllumazine (2), ethyl 7-amino-1,3-dimethyllumazine-6-carboxylate (4), and ethyl 1,3,7-trimethyllumazine-6-carboxylate (5) in good yieId, respectively. The various 1,3-dimethyllumazine derivatives were prepared from the side chain reactions of 6-acetyl and ester group in compound 2,4, and 5. The structure and physical properties of obtained compounds were characterized NMR, UV, IR spectrum, and elementary analysis. Timmis반응을 이용하여 1,3-dimthyllumazine유도체를 합성하였다. 4-Amino-1,3-dimethyl-5-nitrosouracil(1)을 2,4-pentanedione, ethyl cyanoacetate, 그리고 ethyl acetoacetat와 반응시켜 6-acetyl-1,3,7-trimethyllumazine (2), ethyl 7-amino-1,3-dimethyllumazine-6-carboxylate (4), ethyl 1,3,7-trimethyl-lumazine-6-carboxylate (5)를 좋은 수율로써 합성하였다. 화합물 2,4,5의 6-아세틸 및 에스테르기에 대한 곁사슬 반응으로 다양한 1,3-dimethyllumazine 유도체들이 합성되었다. 합성된 화합물의 구조 및 물리적 특성은 NMR, UV, IR스펙트럼, 그리고 원소분석에 의하여 확인하였다.

        제조물책임(PL)법 도입에 식품부문의 따른 안전성 사례 연구 : 수도권을 중심으로

        What is the most important in articles of food is hygienic safety. Because food Is the most common thing in our everyday life, however, the importance of its hygienic safety and other many problems caused by food may be easily neglected. What is more, food is can be dangerous as much as it is directly related to human life and accidents from the same cause may have different effects on the victims according to physical and environmental differences of individuals. Thus PL action for food requires more thorough prevention and measure. Korea has been enforcing 'the Product Liability Act' since the 1/sup 1st/ of July 2002. Product Liability (PL) is liability of the manufacturer or the seller of a product to compensate for the death or injury of consumers or the loss of properties caused by the defect of the product. This study surveyed consumers' response to and the effects of the enforcement of the Product Liability Act, investigated how consumers perceived the importance of food safety and the risk of defective food based on PL standards and their experience in damage by food through a questionnaire survey, and analyzed collected data through empirical analyses (reliability analysis, factorial analysis, regression analysis and ANOVA t-test) using SPSS 10.0. Based on the results of analysis, the researcher proposed strategies for coping with the Product Liability Act in the food industry.

        양파 열수추출물의 항산화능 및 인공소화후의 항돌연변이 효과

        Antioxidant activity and antimutagenic activities with and without simulated gastric digestion of hot water extracts from white and yellow onions were investigated as compared to BHT and ascorbic acid as control Contents of total phenol and flavonoid in hot water extract of yellow onion were higher than those of white one. The scavenging activity of hydrogen peroxide of both extracts were increased in direct proportion to added their concentration. Antioxidant activity and reducing power of the hot water extract were elevated through analysis of $\beta-carotene-linoleate$ system and were lower than those of BHT and ascorbic acid. Antimutagenic activity after simulated gastric digestion of hot water extract of white and yellow onions was observed against mutagen IG and MNNG on Salmonella typhimurium TA80 and TA100. Extract of yellow onion was higher in antimutagenic activity than that of white one. In conclusion, these results suggested that phenol and flavonoid in hot water extract from yellow and white onions may play an important role in the antioxidant and antimutagenic activities. 양파 열수 추출물의 항산화능 및 인공소화 전과후의 항돌연변이 효과를 BHT와 ascorbic acid와 비교하여 조사하였다. 총 페놀 및 플라보노이드의 함량은 노란색 양파 추출물이 횐색 양파 추출물보다 많았으며, 양파 추출물의 과산화수소 소거능은 농도가 증가함에 따라 비례적으로 증가하였다. $\beta-carotene-linoleate\;system$에서 항산화능과 reducing power는 증가되었으나, BHT와 ascorbic acid보다는 낮았다. 양파열수 추출물의 인공소화 후에 IQ와 MNNG로 처리된 Salmonella typhimurium TA80과 TA100에 대하여 항돌연변이 효과가 나타났으며, 노란색 양파가 횐색 양파보다 높게 나타났다. 결론적으로 양파 추출물을 소화시키면 항산화 및 항돌연변이의 효과는 양파의 페놀과 플라보노이드의 성분 변화에 의한 것으로 판단된다.

        COVID-19 관련 업무 경험이 간호사의 직무 스트레스에 주는 영향

        Purpose: This study aimed to compare and analyze the job stress of nurses with and without in COVID-19-related work. Methods: A structured self-reported questionnaire survey was conducted to assess job stress. The extent of job stress was compared between nurses with COVID-19 (COVID-19 group) and those without such experience (non-COVID-19 group). Multiple regression analysis was performed to identify the factors influencing job stress. Results: Job stress was higher in the COVID-19 group compared to the non-COVID-19 group (t=2.54, p=.12). In sub-categorical comparison, stress driven by a taxing work environment, relationship conflict, and work schedule was higher in the COVID-19 group than the non-COVID-19 group. Multiple regression analysis revealed the job stress was higher among nurses with COVID-19-related work experience than that of non-experienced nurses. The factors affecting job stress of nurses with COVID-19-related work experience included emergency room work, providing nursing assistant for COVID-patients, and caring for these patients. Conclusion: Since COVID-19-related work experience is a major factor that affects nurses' job stress, it is imperative to provide various support measures for nursing assistants such as providing a break from working in an environment with high risk of infection, adjusting work schedules, resolving conflicts between personnel, and securing support.

        Bacillus subtilis 유래 재조합 endoxylanase를 이용한 xylooligosaccharide의 최적 생산

        식물체 구성성분의 하나인 hemicellulose의 대부분을 차지하는 xylan은 농산 폐기물 또는 목재 성분의 약 30%를 차지하는 풍부한 자원물질이다. 이러한 xylan을 효과적으로 분해하기 위해 Bacillus에서 발현시킨 재조합 endoxylanase를 이용하여 기능성 식품소재인 xylooligosaccharide의 최적 생산 조건을 조사하였다. B. subtilis 재조합 균주 DB431/pJHKJ4를 이용한 발효조 회분배양 결과, endoxylanse의 총활성은 857 unit/ml이며, 대부분이 세포밖으로 분비됨을 알 수 있었고, 분비효율은 92%로 나타났다. 재조합 endoxylanase를 이용하여 xylan으로부터 xylooligosaccharide 생성을 위한 최적 반응조건을 검토한 결과, xylooligosaccharide 생산을 위한 기질로는 birchwood xylan이 적합함을 알 수 있었고, 4%의 xylan 농도에서 가장 많은 xylooligosaccharide을 생산하며, xylobiose와 xylotriose가 주생성물임을 알았다. 효소의 농도와 반응시간의 영향은 10 unit의 endoxylanase를 첨가하여 1시간 반응시켰을 때 가장 많은 양의 xylooligosaccharide을 생산할 수 있었고, 반응온도는 40~50℃가 적합함을 알았다. 결론적으로 재조합 endoxylanase을 이용한 xylooligosaccharide생성에는 10 unit endoxylanase과 4% birchwood xylan을 기질로 이용하여 50℃에서 1시간 반응시키는 것이 최적반응 조건임을 알았다. Xylan is a major hemicellulose component of the cell walls of monocots and hardwood, representing up to 30% of the dry weight of these plants. To efficiently hydrolyze xylan, the endoxylanase gene from Bacillus sp. was expressed in B. subtilis DB431 by introducing the plasmid pJHKJ4. The total activity of the recombinant endoxylanase reached about 857 unit/ml by batch fermentation of B. subtilis DB431/pJHKJ4 in LB maltose medium. The majority (>92%) of endoxylanase was efficiently secreted into the culture medium. The recombinant endoxylanase hydrolyzed more the birchwood xylan efficiently than the other xylans. When 4% concentration of xylan was used, the highest production of xylooligosaccharide was observed, and xylobiose and xylotriose were the major products. Optimal amount of enzyme and reaction time for producing xylooligosaccharide were found to be 10 unit and 1 hr, respectively. In addition, the temperature of 40℃~50℃ gave the highest production of xylooligosaccharide. Consequently, the optimized conditions for the production of xylooligosaccharide through the hydrolysis of xylan were determined as follows: 10 unit endoxylanase, 50℃, 4% birch-wood xylan, 1 hr reaction.
