        Research on machining technology of high speed and ultra-thin wall parts

        This paper mainly analyzes and experiments the processing technology of high speed (12000 r/min) and large proportion thin-wall parts (thickness/width = 1:80 and thickness/height = 1:120), so as to guide the machining of closed centrifugal impellers in aerospace. In this process, low melting point alloy is selected as the filling material to increase the rigidity of thin-walled parts and improve the indicated roughness of parts. Different low melting point alloy filling structures are carried out on large proportion of thin-wall sample parts. In addition, an auxiliary angle R is added at the stress concentration of the part itself to reduce the vibration caused by the machining path. For the results of simulation and test, the parts without filling low melting point alloy can not be processed and used at all, while the "tower" filling structure has fine cracks at the top of the thin-walled parts. The "column" filling structure increases the rigidity by about 19.97 % and the roughness by about 50 %.

        Gain tuning method of closed-loopinjection low-order feedforward controller considering axis dynamics

        Low-order feedforward controllers have attracted much attention in engineering applications due to their simple structure and easy implementation. This paper focuses on loworder feedforward controllers with closed-loop-injection architectures. Currently, the gain of this type of feedforward controller is tuned with the goal of accurately fitting the following error. However, due to the limited control bandwidth, the compensation signal generated by the feedforward controller cannot be fully responded to by the feed axis. This paper proposes a new gain-tuning method. It enhances the feedforward controller's performance by considering the axis dynamics. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by experiments implemented on a two-axis bench. The results show that, compared with the method that does not consider the axis dynamics, the proposed method further reduces the following error and the trajectory error during trajectory tracking.

        Efficacy of acupuncture for cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitation: A systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: Cerebral resuscitation is one of the main therapeutic aims in the treatment of cardiac arrest (CA) patients who experience a return of spontaneous circulation (ROSC). However, the therapeutic effects of current treatments are not ideal. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of neurological function of acupuncture combined with conventional cardiopulmonary cerebral resuscitationthe (CPCR) for patients after ROSC. Methods: Seven electronic databases and other related websites were searched to identify studies on acupuncture combined with conventional CPCR for patients after ROSC. R software was used to conduct a meta-analysis, and the outcomes that could not be pooled were analyzed using a descriptive analysis. Results: Seven RCTs involving 411 participants who had experienced ROSC were eligible for inclusion. The main acupoints were Neiguan (PC6), Shuigou (DU26), Baihui (DU20), Yongquan (KI1), and Sanyinjiao (SP6). Compared to conventional CPCR, acupuncture combined with conventional CPCR led to signifi- cantly higher Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) scores on day 3 (mean difference (MD) = 0.89, 95% CI: 0.43, 1.35, I 2 = 0%), day 5 (MD = 1.21, 95% CI: 0.27, 2.15; I 2 = 0%), and day 7 (MD = 1.92, 95% CI: 1.35, 2.50; I 2 = 0%). Conclusion: Acupuncture-assisted conventional CPCR may have a potential role in improving neurologi- cal function in CA patients after ROSC, but the certainty of evidence is very low and more high-quality studies are required.

        Developing TCM clinical practice guidelines: A comparison between traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine

        Clinical practice guidelines in Traditional Chinese Medicine (CPG-TCM) is the recommendation that aims to provide the best service to users by identifying and summarizing the rules of prevention, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and regression of diseases based on systematic reviews of evidence and balancing the advantages and disadvantages of different interventions for clinical questions of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Over the past 30 years, the concept and methods of evidence-based medicine have had a significant impact on the development of clinical practice guidelines in Western Medicine (CPG-WM), and their standardized guideline development methods are being adapted and used in the development of CPG-TCM. However, the quality of CPG-TCM is far from CPG-WM, and the methodological system for developing CPG-TCM is not yet fully established. Therefore, this study aims to explore the methodological differences between CPG-TCM and CPG-WM and to inform the development of high-quality CPGTCM.

        The role of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment, prevention, and rehabilitation of patients with COVID-19: A scoping review

        Introduction This study aims to summarize the available evidence and guideline/consensus recommendations for acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment, prevention and rehabilitation of patients with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19). Methods A scoping review was performed. Eight electronic databases and other related websites were searched. All studies related to acupuncture and moxibustion for COVID-19 were considered. Descriptive analysis was applied to analyze the all included studies and guideline recommendations. Results We ultimately included 131 eligible studies. The main topics of the included studies were the treatment (82.4%) and prevention (38.9%) of COVID-19. The most included studies were literature reviews (65, 49.6%), protocols of systematic reviews (20, 15.3%), and guidelines and consensuses (18, 13.7%). The 18 (13.7%) COVID-19 guidelines and consensuses included 47 recommendations on acupuncture and moxibustion, which focused on the treatment (21/47, 44.7%), rehabilitation (17/47, 36.2%) and prevention (6, 12.8%) of COVID-19 patients. Zusanli (ST36), Feishu (BL13), Guanyuan (RN4) were recommended mostly for the treatment, rehabilitation and prevention respectively. Conclusion Acupuncture and moxibustion are effective in the treatment of COVID-19 patients to some extent. However, more high-quality of clinical trials still needed to determine the feasibility of acupuncture and moxibustion in COVID-19 patients to better guide clinical practice.         Introduction and Analysis of a Strain-Softening Damage Model for Soil–Structure Interfaces Considering Shear Thickness

        A damage strain softening model for predicting the shear behavior of soil–structure interfaces is presented. The damage model, which contains only four parameters (i.e., undamaged shear modulus G′, damage evolution parameters n and m, and the residual shear stress τr), is developed based on Weibull distribution statistical damage theory. By fitting curves, the model parameters are obtained from director simple shear tests. As the shear thickness is usually considered an important factor on soil–structure interface constitutive relations, the shear thickness ratio (η) is introduced to the model to compensate for the influence of the shear thickness. The relationships between the model parameters and the shear thickness ratio η are also analyzed under different levels of normal stress based on data from both direct and simple shear tests. The results show that the undamaged shear modulus G′ increases with increasing normal stress and increasing shear thickness. The shear thickness has a significant effect on the damage evolution parameter n, but the normal stress does not. Neither normal stress nor shear thickness have significant effects on the damage evolution parameter m. The residual shear stress τr increases with increasing normal stress.
