Hybrid Patterns Recognition of Control Chart Based on WA-PCA-PSO-SVM
Liu Yan-zhong,Zhang Hong-lie,Liu Yan-ju,Jiang Jin-gang 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of Control and Automation Vol.7 No.10
Based on the analysis of the defect of traditional model, this paper proposes a new control chart pattern recognition model, which includes Wavelet Analysis (WA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) and Support Vector Machine (SVM). WA is good to eliminate noise control chart anomaly pattern recognition of the adverse effect. PCA eliminates the redundant information of data between SVM and reduces the input dimension and computational complexity. PSO algorithm optimizes the parameters of SVM and the establishment of the optimal control chart anomaly pattern classifier can solve the problem optimal parameters of SVM. The simulation results show that the model is feasible, the results are reliable. This algorithm improves the control chart abnormal state average recognition accuracy and be used in the machining process real-time monitoring.

This paper presents a demonstration project concerning the rebuilding design idea for a rural dwelling located in Tibet Autonomous Region (TAR), Qinghai-Tibetan plateau. It develops0-impact approaches to improve the energy diversity, efficiency and to reduce the $CO_2$ emission for rural dwellings. Renewable energy technologies are integrated and applied including solar chamber, solar kang (bed) with cobblestones as heat storage, heat storage by phase change material (PCM) and solar air heater. All the approaches and technologies adapt well to the local climate while following the principles for developing in this region and integrating with local traditional architectural style. Via the application of these technologies, the level of renewable energy utilization is largely improved and the local people's dream of having a safer, warmer and larger house comes true.
A Review of Virtual Anchor Node Technology: Construction and Application
Zhang Hong-lie,Li Cheng,Zhao Xin,Liu Yan-ju 보안공학연구지원센터 2015 International Journal of Multimedia and Ubiquitous Vol.10 No.4
The localization accuracy of the wireless sensor network node is improved by introducing the virtual anchor node, so the virtual anchor node is constructed and applied by many researchers to optimize the localization algorithm further. This paper presents the broad definition of the virtual anchor node and indicates its significance in the wireless sensor network node localization; the wireless sensor network node localization algorithm based on the virtual anchor node is introduced mainly in two aspects of constructing the virtual anchor node and its application in localization. The scheme for constructing the virtual anchor node includes the random construction method, the geometric constraint method, the node upgrade method, the network training method, etc. And the scheme for its application in localization includes the model reconstruction method, the rank sequence method, etc. By making a concrete analysis of the localization scheme based on the virtual anchor node, its future research prospect and its application development trend are put forward.
Model to Predict Absorbed Amino Acid Supply at the Proximal Duodenum in Growing Beef Cattle
Yan, Xianghua,Xu, Zirong,Zhang, Wen-ju,Wang, Jiaqi Asian Australasian Association of Animal Productio 2005 Animal Bioscience Vol.18 No.3
Five crossbred beef cattle (Simmental${\times}$yellow cattle, Shantung Province) fitted with permanent cannulae in the rumen and T-type cannulae at the proximal duodenum and terminal ileum, were fed five different diets containing corn, cotton meal or soybean meal and ammoniated straw to determine the dry matter, crude protein and amino acid flows in duodenal and ileum digesta, and to calculate the regression equations between theoretical and experimental concentration of AA in duodenal digesta. The results showed that there was a strong correlation between experimental (g/d, y) and theoretical CP flows (g/d, x) at the proximal duodenum, the $R^2$-value regression equation of crude protein is very high (0.9636). The $R^2$-value regression equation of the limiting amino acid (such as Met or Lys) is high (0.7573 or 0.9252 respectively). This results indicated that we can formulate better diets fed to beef cattle according to the theoretical amino acid concentration. A mathematical model has been successfully constructed for predicting the supply of absorbed amino acids at the proximal duodenum in growing beef cattle.

In this investigation, global DNA methylation patterns and the specific methylation status of 5 genes were studied in DNA from peripheral blood (PB) and impact on progression free survival (PFS) and overall-survival (OS) in patients with de novo or relapsed acute myeloid leukemia (AML) treated with decitabine-based regimens waas assessed. DNA was isolated from PB samples at the time of -1, 1, and 7 days of chemotherapy. Global methylation was determined by ELISA, and the CpG island DNA methylation profile of 5 genes using a DNA methylation PCR system. Our data demonstrated that patients with a high level of 5-mC had a poor prognosis after demethylation therapy and those who have low levels of 5-mC in PB achieved higher CR and better SO, but there was no significant correlation found between the 5-mC levels and other clinical features before treatment except the disease status. Higher methylation status of Sox2 and Oct4 genes was associated with differential response to demethylation therapy. A relatively low methylation percentage in one or both of these two genes was also associated with longer OS after decitabine based chemotherapy. We also suggest that global DNA and Oct-4/Sox2 methylation might impact on the pathogenesis of leukemia and play an important role in the initiation and progression. Moreover, dynamic analysis of 5-mC and Oct-4/Sox2 in peripheral blood nucleated cells of leukemia patients may provide clues to important molecular diagnostic and prognostic targets.

This study is concerned about the quantitative exponential stability (QES) and stabilisation of discrete-time Markov jump systems with multiplicative noises. First, the defects of exponential stability in practical applications are analysed. Based on this analysis, a concept of the QES is given, and two stability criteria are derived. By utilising an auxiliary definition of general finite-time stability (GFTS), the relations among QES, GFTS and finite-time stability are established. Moreover, the quantitative exponential stabilisation is studied, and state feedback controller and the observer-based controller are designed. Subsequently, the relation between the states' upper bound and states' decay rate of considered systems is quantitatively shown by a searching method. Finally, an example is used to illustrate the effectiveness of the authors' obtained results.

Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo) strains are plant pathogenic bacteria that can cause serious blight of rice, and their virulence towards plant host is complex, making it difficult to be elucidated. Caenorhabditis elegans has been used as a powerful model organism to simplify the host and pathogen system. However, whether the C. elegans is feasible for studying plant pathogens such as Xoo has not been explored. In the present work, we report that Xoo strains PXO99 and JXOIII reduce the lifespan of worms not through acute toxicity, but in an infectious manner; pathogens proliferate and persist in the intestinal lumen to cause marked anterior intestine distension. In addition, Xoo triggers (i) the p38 MAPK signal pathway to upregulate its downstream C17H12.8 expression, and (ii) the DAF-2/DAF-16 pathway to upregulate its downstream gene expressions of mtl-1 and sod-3 under the condition of daf-2 mutation. Our findings suggest that C. elegans can be used as a model to evaluate the virulence of Xoo phytopathogens to host.
